This was the worst experience I've ever had. I used my ClassPass points to book a hard gel set, and I also booked a classic gel pedicure that I paid for out of pocket. The pedicure service was extremely disappointing. The nail technician rushed through the entire appointment. He only cleaned under the nails on one foot, poured cuticle softener all over the top of my feet and lower legs, and did not properly remove the existing polish, buff my nails, or add anything to the water for a proper soak. The callus remover wasn't used during the service either. After the pedicure was essentially finished and the water had already been drained and lotion applied, I asked about the callus removal. He said he "forgot" and then attempted to do it afterward. Once I mentioned that I am a licensed cosmetologist, he insisted on doing the callus remover and refilled the tub, but there was still no proper soak. Because it was rushed, one foot was left noticeably rougher than the other. He then had to wash off the lotion to remove the callus treatment. The massage was also very rough and uncomfortable rather than relaxing. When I went to start the hard gel service, I asked the nail technician for the manager. She immediately asked why. When I explained that I wasn't happy with the pedicure, she responded with a sarcastic and dismissive attitude. She repeatedly said, "You're the nail tech for five years, you tell me what you want." I explained that I wanted the tip placed over my natural nails because I am growing them out and asked her not to cut them. She continued repeating that it would "look different in the back," even after I told her I was fine with that. She kept saying, "You're the nail tech, you should know," in a very antagonistic, unprofessional, and condescending tone. She also mentioned she has been a nail technician for 16 years but said she cannot do sculptured nails and only works with tips which to me is a failure if ur still stuck at the basics after almost 2 decades. I eventually spoke with the manager, who resolved the situation by adjusting the service and charging me only for a polish change, which I was fine with. However, the overall atmosphere was extremely unprofessional, and the experience was very unpleasant. Based on this experience, I would strongly recommend going somewhere else. read more

Sweet people but.. horrible nail job.. my mother got a pink gel from there color station it was orange no where near pink... as for my toes... I got acrylic on only one toe.. to fix the nail shape.. pic says enough and which is obvious. Horrible. Save money. Cost 140 for both pedicure. read more

I absolutely love this place. This is the first time I've been and my experience was out of this world. Was not expecting much since every other salon I've been too are similar customer service and atmosphere. But this place provided a warm welcome, accommodate right away even though I just called 10 minutes prior for appointment, and the shop provided services like lashes, pedicures and manicures with plenty of space and good air filtration unlike those places where it stinks of nails. I come back every 6 to 7 weeks so for sure will be back. This is the place for me and definitely recommend!! 10/10 read more

Mama was so unsatisfied with her toes to the point that she left and didn't get her nails done. On the other hand, I came to get my nails done and it did not come out how it was supposed to be. I got the French gel and the French was off and crooked. And the light pink gel that I previously had on was not cleaned all they way and is still visible under the new manicure.The person that did my nails had a good conversation and was very kind. I've been coming to this place for about two years. The work was okay, not the greatest but I was just there today 5/21/23... and I had the worst pedicure I have ever had in my life, the lady was cutting the nail around and my big toes and they were bleeding, she had to use a blood stop product to stop the bleeding on one toe. My toe is swollen and painful, I just hope it doesn't get infected.... There was no lotion, no top coat... she hurried through the whole thing...and I paid full price (and I furnished my own polish) when the sign outside says "Grand Opening 20% off" when you get up to the counter to pay that's only if you spent a certain amount of money... false advertising! I have been going to this salon for 5 years now. They just charged me $80 for an ombré fill when the tech didn't even use the white acrylic and used the pink only. He did a pink fill near my cuticle and fixed one broken nail. The lady told me rhinestones can go to $25-$30 per mail which is complete bullshit. I only have 4 small rhinestones on my hands on two fingers lol they have lost me as a customer and I'll never ever return. If you are gonna charge for an ombré make your tech do both colors! I've been coming here since they opened and love the way I am treated here. Ken and Michelle are the best. All the nail techs are wonderful at what they do. My favorite is Ruby! I have not let anyone touch my eyebrows but her. She shapes them perfectly by threading and waxing and her eyebrow tinting is on point!!! I wouldn't trust anyone else. Anyone with thin non existent eyebrows knows you have to find someone that can get creative with what their working with and that's Ruby. She takes pride in what she does. This is my second time here and i llove this place. I stumbled upon this place because they have extended hours monday through friday and stay open til nine which is great because i work and most places are closed by the time im off. The first time i went, jackie and lee worked on my nails and it was awesome. I get the coffin or ballerina shape because i feel it makes my hands look more dainty. It lasted about two weeks before my nails started to come off and then i took the rest off before i had a chance to get a fill. I just do regular polish in top of a full set because i get tired of my nail color so quickly i like being able to change my color at home too. This time ashley did my nails, loved chatting with her and she did an amazing job. Made sure i liked the shape and i love that my nails arent too thick. That happens with acrylics sometimes. She also made sure the underneath part was clean and cuticles were taken care of as well. Tip: if you do regular polish instead of gel, sit and be patient for the whole dry time. I always leave early and bump my nails or something. But thats my fault cause im impatient haha read more

Been sitting in the soaking water close to 45 minutes now, feet are pruning and still nobody to come start my nails. The prices are really quite expensive then the usual place I go. $50 for classic gel pedicure plus $5 for the sparkle color that is not an extra charge at my other salon who's base gel manicure price is $40. The actual tech was nice but she even had to ask if someone was coming to help me. Unsure whether to get my nails at this location I consulted with other yelpers and browsed the pictures. I was scared to see the ugly claws people have been posting. I thought the purpose of getting fake nails was to enhance the beauty of them even with unique designs but wow I can't believe people pay to get such atrocities, yuck! Either way I was recommend to go there and I still gave them the benefit of a doubt. The place is really nice and clean. The nail artist was very careful and detailed. She spent a long time filling my nails down because she applied them crocked. She fixed them and I was happy. The final product was mehhh. There was a lot of acrylic behind the nails, most nails except for the middle fingers are all different lengths. When she filed them she reduced them so much they are all stubby. I waited until she would start thinning them and I had to ask several times to thin them farther. She was going to leave them super bulky on the top. If you look at them from far they look nice but up close there are very thick, uneven I hate them :-/ read more

DO NOT GO HERE. I went here on Sunday, 8/25/19 at 1230pm. On Sundays they only have walk in. Grace at the frobt desk told me it woukd take 15 mins, I ended up waiting 45 mins. I just needed nail polish removed and cuticles cut, she told me it would $15 each. In addition to waiting long, she wrapped my nails on my hand only. When the nail technician started removing my nail polish, Grace came to me and told me she couldn't wrap my toes to remove nail polish, I told her she should've told me that when I arrived. Then there was confusion on the price, Grace talked to nail technician who had to talk to another mail technician, I ended up paying $25 including $5 tip. read more

My friend recommended V Salon for all things gel. I have been to my fair share of nail salons and I know how hard it is to find one that actually does good work. I have come here quite a few times now just for a gel manicure and I love it. I usually just walk in and they always have someone available. The last time I came in was with Kevin and he is by my favorite person I've been to. He is very picky about his work and will redo a nail if he thinks it doesn't look good enough. Last year when I came I wanted to get a regular manicure with nail art and it was not done well at all. I wanted a spider and web for Halloween and it came out looking like a blob. Some places just aren't great for nail art and this place is one of them. If you are looking for a great manicure or pedicure this is the place.
