Get your nails did! Pros: -Fairly easy to get an appointment or walk-in. Went on a Friday afternoon and only waited 10 minutes. -Free parking. Just beware of parents, dropping off or picking up their karate kids. -A sweet middle-aged Vietnamese woman named Jenny did my manicure. I asked for a French manicure, which was only $5 extra to my total bill. Jenny did my French manicure like a pro! She used a really cool French manicuring brush, which was amazing to watch. Then, she filled in the base part of the nail with some light pink polish (chosen by moi) and sealed everything with clear polish. I have to say it was one of the most efficient and beautifully done nail jobs I've ever gotten. -Another younger Vietnamese woman did my pedicure. I got the basic pedicure (not the fancy $55 one), but it was still nice! My favorite part of the pedicure was the hot stone massage! I had never had one of those before in a basic pedicure. She rubbed a hot river stone to all along my calves and shins. Heaven! -They have massage chairs! Always a plus! -They offer water or tea if you ask. -Warm, moist towels are used to remove oily residue before polish is applied. I love me some warm towels! Cons: -The woman who did my pedicure could have put a lot more pressure during the massage she did with her hands. I did ask if she could press harder, but she didn't do it. -The decor is not super chic; looks kinda like a middle-aged coolish Asian auntie's house. Overall: I would come back again! First time here. Jenny did an amazing job with my nails. She was extremely nice and paid attention to detail always asking me if everything was good. I was afraid it wouldn't turn out the way I wanted, but she pulled through. Definitely going to ask for her the next time I get my nails done. 4/5 because when my mom and I came in we set up an appointment between 10-10:30, lady said it was fine. When we showed up at 10:30 they looked at us a little rudely and said we were late. There were only 3 other customers when we got there and when I finished there was only 1 lady left. I've been coming here to get my gel on and I like that they offer tea while I get my mani and pedi. They also have a variety of colors and they are never busy on Sundays. Cleanliness is high on my list as well and they are very sanitary. Did I mention super friendly? The chairs work and their prices are very reasonable. I started coming when they first opened and as the weeks went by I noticed a deterioration in their service. I would always call to make an appointment to lock in a time. Most recently (happened 3x) they would take the appt but when I arrive- I end of waiting 30 to 45 minutes before they would take me. This is frustrating and inconsiderate of people's time. I get the deluxe pedicure with a mask but even the classic one includes a hot rock massage. The place was very nice but it was too expensive also the nail person did a horrible job doing my nails, he put too much acrylic on my nails and he also put them all over my real finger. He also made my finger bleed to the point where he stopped and put some powder to make my finger stop bleeding. A couple weeks ago when it was time to take off my nails, I had a hard time taking them off especially with one of my fingers. As I took it off half of my real nail came off with it. Came here on a Friday afternoon with no appointment and thankfully it was not busy and was seated right away. I came in for a gel manicure and a regular pedicure. They add lemon n rose pedals to the water and it was really nice. They used a hot stone to massage my feet and they really spent time on me. They used a scrub and then lotion it was much needed after a long week. The place is really clean the staff is friendly although they definitely make it obvious when they r speaking about you to each other which was not ok however I did not mind since I had a long week and I was getting a much needed massage but any other day I would have not been ok with it. So as it turns out, I went a second time and the woman who did my nails did such a poor job that my friends made fun of me. My nail polish was slightly see through, and there was tons of paint along the edges of my nail bed/skin. I tried to give this place another chance. Parking is great and it's a nice and clean. But the customer service is what makes me not like them so much. Today I had an appointment with Nhi at 12. I get there and it took about 5 mins for someone to acknowledge me. Then I told them I have an appointment, whoever wrote down my appointment didn't write me under Nhi and she was booked until 3. I was told just come back. Uhhhh if I could come at 3 I would've made my appointment for 3. Then as I'm talking to the other lady, one of the guys is looking me up and down like I'm the issue. I just went in for a color change ($8). Nice place but $35 for a mani/pedi. Please. Everywhere else in be neighborhood is cheaper and just as good. What's so special about their services? Oh the flowers and lemon they put in the water to soak in? The one thing that made me raise my nose a little was the fact that they use a heating machine to dry my nails or was that just for me because I wasn't getting any other services done. I went in there with my friend tonight for two pedicures. Let my start off with saying I absolutely love that they take their time, so you feel relaxed and pampered. I love that a basic pedicure involved a leg scrub, foot rub and hot stones. But I was completely turned off by one lady in particular and I will never return. I showed them a cute basic design on Pinterest and asked if they could do it. The girl that was doing my pedicure went to another women working there to ask if she could do it. The woman barely glanced at it for a second before rolling her eyes and saying no. I then asked okay well can you just do a flower. They were speaking another language but the demeanor was clear. She was annoyed and refused. For being a nail salon, a simple design request is not out of the norm or asking too much. Her attitude towards it was just annoying and unprofessional. Another woman came over and put two flowers on my toes. An extremely basic 5 dot flower. Which is fine but then preceded to charge me $10 extra for something my 5 year old can do. So if you just want a basic polish yes this is a good place. But if you want absolutely anything else, be prepared for no one to know how, a few eye rolls and then being overcharged. read more

So I decided to try iNail because my usual spot was full. I made an appt for 2 people and long story short.. they started us an hour late. Then they had the young girl who is a receptionist.. apply the polish for my pedicure.. she actually did fine but two of the nails and the skin around it were sloppy, which I know she knew and others did as well because I saw her point it out to the other lady, she tried to clean around it so many times, and then another lady tried to come and clean around it too...they tried to play it off and go on but I did mention it to one of the others and she did just take it all off and redo it but it was by force .. over all I don't like my pedicure at all. My gel manicure looks fine but I don't have much hope for it to last.. the ones I did interact with and who did my nails were nice so they get a star for that. Took two of my friends here for a pedicure as a Christmas gift. The owner Davion was very sweet and attentive. She offered us a wide variety of teas and a biscuit while we had our pedicure. Massage chairs were relaxing and the bowls our feet were dipped in were so pretty! She added rose petals, lemon, and a certain type of salt into the water-- Honestly, my feet water smelled good enough to drink! I come here for my pedis and so far Dao is my all time favorite. She's my go-to when she's available and she's very attentive to detailed care. Ask for her when she's avail! Guarantee you won't be disappointed. They're pretty clean with their tools. They use a hot lotion followed by a hot stone rollover when they massage you. Polish is always neat and precise. I add on the callus treatment (+$7) every now and then, more often when it's sandal season to keep my heels soft and smooth!Definitely worth every penny!
