I'm not the type of person that would write a bad review for a business or even write a review in general but I felt this was a need. I have always gone to inails to get my mani and pedi due to the fact it has a huge parking lot for customers, friendly service and the price is not bad at all. But..today was my worst experience ever. I normally come in on a weekday but today i came in on a saturday for the first time. Everybody that worked there today were faces i never seen before (only 2 familiar faces). The girls that did my mani and pedi were definitely new (i confirmed with them). After choosing my color, the lady that was going to do my pedi asked me to sit on a seat that had nail filing debris all over the chair. And she expected me to sit on that?? She then saw it and decides to dust it off but onto the water i was gonna soak my feet in. Wth? Another thing that threw me off was when the girl that did my mani pour away my used soaking hand water bowl into the water where i was suppose to soak my feet. I was only have way done with my pedi. My feet still needed to be soaked in the water. Wth? Theres much more rudeness to the story but im not going to get into details. Long story short. Dont know if ill come back. Sadly I stopped going here about a year ago I got a horrible toe infection was on antibiotics for 3 weeks and foot soaks of all kinds my toe was disgusting all because 1. If you want to get your nails done in a relaxing, clean & affordable environment, then iNail Spa is definitely a place to consider. Like other reviewers mentioned, this place is clean! I overheard a customer worry about getting sick since someone was coughing in the area. The worker immediately took some Lysol/Clorox wipes to clean that specific area. I decided to get a full set and it turned out really nice. She was really patient with me when I decided last minute that the color on my ring finger didn't look as how I anticipated. My only complaint is the lack of nude colors they provide, which isn't a huge deal if you are the type to bring in your own nail polishes. I am highly interested in getting their pedicures next! I've been coming here for well over six months now, and I've found it to be a hit or miss, until recently, that is (Thanks Tom!). I always get acrylic (fill) and gel manicure. Every once in a while, I'll get a pedicure. Ive had three botched jobs, all by people who don't seem to work there very often. The first time was on New Year's Eve, so it was definitely a bummer. It was an older lady doing my nails as I got a pedicure at the same time. Some nails came out crooked and wonky and the paint job was sloppy. The second time was this man that seems to be there a lot more recently, but I haven't had him since. He was super nice, but I wasn't impressed with the work. I tried that new shimmer polish that's super popular. Not only did the polish start to crack the next day- not chip, but crack, like huge craters.. (and it just got worse over time) but two of them broke within a week. The 3rd time was by a lady who I haven't seen there since that day. She seemed to be related to the woman who I believe is the shop manager. Either that or maybe it was her first day... But the manager lady was standing over her talking the whole time. I ended up not liking the first color I chose, so I had to pick a different one... She made me feel rushed and seemed annoyed that I didn't know exactly what I wanted the first time. The paint job was the sloppiest I've ever had and I was leaving for a week the next day, do gad to deal with it.I tend to get creative with my colors, so it was a bad experience being rushed. THANKFULLY I've now found Tom!! He's awesome at what he does and he listens!! I haven't had a bad job from him yet and I schedule with him only. He knows how to shape, suggest awesome color schemes, is efficient and fast, and very professional. If ever 0 stars was applicable! I have been to iNails Spa about 3-4 times in the past 6 months. I have a regular nail shop I go to but when they are booked, I didn't mind iNails as an alternative. Although I wouldn't use words like "personable or friendly" to describe iNails, they have always done a decent job and have gotten me in and out timely. This past Saturday that all changed!! I went in for my usual gel mani/pedi. Two women began to assist me, and almost immediately they seemed annoyed. I had to ask the woman doing my mani to be more gentle as she was being really rough with my cuticles. It got worse, the two woman began speaking amongst themselves, laughing, and bringing other workers into their conversation, which I realized was about me once the other workers began looking over at me. I was humiliated....and pissed. I should have left, but I had a birthday party to attend and didn't want to go with half completed nails. Honestly, I should have just bounced with the half done nails. When leaving, I asked to speak to a manager. I expressed how disrespectful it is for employees to be OBVIOUSLY laughing and talking about a customer. Her response? She turned red and said "I'm sorry". No denial! This place is VERY clean and sanitary, using disposable filers, disposable scrubs, clean new tools, and plastic over all the pedi bowls. So this place is hella inconsistent. Some days they are really good and others very bad. Today one of the older ladies literally cut my finger hard while she was trying to clip my nails and as it was bleeding, she continues to keep going after she apologizes and tries to stop the bleeding. Besides it hurting and the bleeding didn't fully stop, she continued as if nothing had happened. That is super unsanitary. What if I had HIV and my blood could be transferred to other people who use the same products she used on me?! Luckily I don't but that just really grosses me out and I don't really want to come back even though this is my go to place. I came in needing a fill. My previous acrylics were way too thick and uneven (done at a different store). I should've just gotten a whole new full set but that was going to take longer than a fill. My nails were so bad, the lady (wish I got her name) took about an hour just to file everything to how it should be. She did an AMAZING job though. Then I was running late for work, I didn't think that it would take this long for a fill. So I kept rushing her but she still did a wonderful job. I ended up paying $30 for a gel fill. This use to be a wonderful nail salon. Long story short. I went in for a fill with Nhi, it was noticeable that she had an attitude. During the drying process she would allow the UV light to cycle once touch the nail saw it wasn't dry apply more polish and repeat the process. Now in the past she would allow the UV light to cycle twice before checking. It was clear she was ready for me to leave. The next day in the shower my jewels came off my nails. When I called Nhi to advise the attitude was noticeable and showed in her work because my jewels came off. She told me if I didn't like her work not to come to her anymore. They use good polish and products. However, their customer service is bad and it needs to be improved. This is one of the best nail salons hands down. I started coming in December to get a one time glitzy nail job for my birthday ( I was referred by a cousin) It is now April and I've been coming ever since. I was a loyal customer for about 10 months. However, they do not value customer loyalty at all. They kept messing up my acrylic nails to the point where I'd have to go back in 2-3 days, after having them done, so that they could fix them. After having the same problem, for the third time, I have decided to stop going to them.
