I've never been in a restaurant that didn't serve (free) tap water upon request. The pizza was delicious. Another reviewer said the mushrooms were canned. Yes, they were but that didn't bother me. And the crust/cheese, etc. were quite tasty. A small pizza was enough for us (followed by ice cream elsewhere) for dinner. We will go back next visit to Dolgeville, but we'll bring our own water bottle.
