Today, for example, their website and menu both said they were open from 4-8 PM, with a note to call at least 30 minutes before closing. I called at 6:50 PM, and when I didn't get an answer, I waited and called again at 6:59 PM. A very rude woman answered, i proceeded to request an order for pick up and she abruptly told me they were closed and cleaning. It's a real shame because the food is fantastic, but the inconsistent hours and poor customer service are a major letdown. We'd love to continue doing business with them, but they need to get their act together regarding their hours and how they treat customers.
