I wanted to state that this place is awesome, i always get really nervous going to a new piercing place especially because i moved out of state this past year and they did not disappoint- i got my nipples done here and my second nose piercing done here as well/ the ladies are so sweet, i haven't gotten a chance to be pierced by mikey i hear he's great- they are so awesome about what the client wants/ when i got my nose done i didn't like the placement because it made my nose look bigger and she let me choose where it should be done and the whole nine yards/ overall a sweet place that's very welcoming. They need to get their hours straight and work on communication. Went in on Thursday to get a piercing and the piercer wasn't there but the guy in the front told me to "come back tomorrow, he'll be here from 1:30-3" so I went at 2 and some lady with a bitch ass attitude said "haha no, you can come tomorrow from 3-5" I ended up going to Livermore and getting my piercing done there. read more

Piercers there probably don't know what they're doing. Any of them. I got a double belly piercing and both of the piercings there was no room for my piercing to swell and it looked like both of them were sinking into my skin. they pierced them so right with literally no room to swell or anything. Decent enough pricing, however the workers didn't really know what they were doing it felt like. I went in for a navel piercing and the girls provided no upfront info on aftercare or the healing process, I had to ask all the questions myself and the process felt a bit rushed. I also wanted a screw piercing I had removed and two different girls tried to take it our, but apparently they didn't know how and told me to come back when their head piercer would be in? I ended up going back to Zebra (my normal spot which was just closed for a while) and they took it out with no problem. I would recommend Zebra or somewhere where most of the staff seems more knowledgeable. Nice workers though! read more

The artist(s) just looked at us as we walked in so we said hi first and they mumbled hello back. Not very friendly, however we walked straight to the smoke shop section and some younger guy was very helpful with helping picking out 2 pipes. He cut us a deal from the sticker prices. He kept dropping the pipes on the floor to show durability. Carpet is always a safe bet but I appreciated his selling technique. I would go back ONLY for the smoke shop. OMG. I am ALWAYS so pleased after leaving blue moon tattoo/piercing spot. I was ESPECIALLY ecstatic because I was lucky enough to get Kiki as my piercer and she was extremely lovely, very engaging and I never would have thought she was an apprentice. So professional and so very understanding when I wanted a little tweaking with the placement. She also was very patient with all the energy I had due to way too much coffee during the day lol. I came in for a septum piercing and the piercer didn't feel my nose before and just went to start my piercing and was trying to push the needle through the middle of my cartilage. We had to stop because it was hurting so bad. I had to ask him to remove the needle since it was still only partially in my nose When I asked him to remove it he kept asking if I was sure that I wanted to remove the needle and piercing since he was trying to push it in even though it was obvious that it wasn't going in and I was in immense pain. After asking him multiple times he finally started to try to remove the needle, which was incredibly hard to remove to the point that he had to call over another employee. This entire time I was in pain and just wanting everything to be over. Overall was a terrible experience and definitely would not recommend going there. read more

I went here tonight because my nose piercing accidentally came out and my nails are too long for me to put it back in myself. I was not greeted when I walked in and had to go searching for someone to help me, finally found two people that work there just standing there chatting and seemed irritated when I asked for help. The piercer was rude and made me feel stupid when I asked questions, he also put the jewelry in wrong and it isn't tight enough and literally feels like it's about to fall out so I had to put a bandaid on it. I will be going to the place I went to get it pierced originally (Blue Cave in Livermore, SO much better) tomorrow to get it fixed. After he put my new piercing in he told me to go to the front to pay, and I stood there waiting for someone for over 5 minutes and finally had to go searching AGAIN for someone to ring me up, also costed me $16 which is a complete ripoff. Absolutely horrible customer service and I will not be going back. read more

From our first contact with a text through the completed process of our piercings, my daughter and myself, had an incredible and relaxing piercing experience at In-Bloom. Not only were Kiki and Jolene knowledgeable and experts at their craft, they were kind and patient. They explained everything they were doing and it really calmed my 16 year old down. We had gone to other studios to get some information and we felt very out of place and not welcome. So we were pleasantly surprised to walk into In-Bloom and find a clean, calm and beautiful studio. Pulled into the parking lot and was kinda nervous since I had my 2 year old son with me. I called in to make sure it was fine and they were totally okay with it. BEST PIERCING PLACE IN TRACY,CA. I went there for a septum piercing and it was two younger girls working that day and I wasn't able to get their names unfortunately but they were extremely helpful and nice. The piercer made sure I picked out a good jewelry size for my nose and made sure I was comfortable. The piercing process was done within seconds and she sanitized and cleaned up the piercing area before and after. Everything was also very cleaned and sanitized throughout the store. Also my septum piercing came out to 52 dollars which is a VERY good price. read more

Nice layout, they have a lot of stuff ranging from jewelry to smoking accessories. the staff were super chill and helpful. i came in for an upper lobe piercing and Zack pierced me.
