I'll probably hate myself for giving 5 stars as when people find out how good this place is it'll get crowded. The service will get slower, I'll wait substantially longer for my Peruvian Chicken fix. But this is my cross to bare while you run, don't walk, to one of the best Latin style restaurants in Westchester. Honest and sincerely run, tasty, with great quality ingredients. The owners are a great couple and are present making sure all runs well. Key things to try are the salads, very fresh and varied veggies not just iceberg; the Lomo Saltado; the steaks and of course the chicken. Just make sure you leave some for me. This is a small space, not the most efficient waitstaff and not great for large groups but the food is great and the waitresses want to see you leave happy, and come back again so give them a chance to wow you with out an attitude and you'll leave very happy. read more

This small and quaint place has the best food in port Chester. It's so tasty! I've been a regular for years now and have had a lot of dishes in the menu and have not been disappointed, even those I've come with. I have even got a dish to go and it was still great! The people that work there are so friendly and helpful. The place is small but mighty. The room can become crowded easily so it's best to come at off times. We learned about IncAztetca from a Westchester Magazine post, checked out the menu online, googled some of the menu items, and went to check it out tonight. What is Huancaina? (pepper-cheese sauce) Lomo Saltado? (stir-fry fajitas) Jalea? (fried seafood) Parihuela (seafoood soup)? I went for the Parihuela, my wife for Sustancia de Pollo (chicken-noodle soup) and our son, the (everything) Nachos from the Mexican side of the menu. We started with "Yuka con Hauncaina." We'll be back to eat our way through the menu! It's great. Everything was great - and the staff is attentive, friendly and kind. The bill for everything (with 20% tip) was around $50. Amazing food and amazing service--the staff was so kind and pleasant. The lomo saltado was incredible, as was the chicken with pasta and fried rice. We saved dessert to have on our return trip, because i am definitely coming back! Delicious food! we came at an off hour, around 3/4 pm and the restaurant packed up pretty quickly even then with a full house. Food is fresh so it takes a few minutes longer to come out. Food is "pretty good" - not the best Peruvian or Mexican I've had but I give them credit for being more vegetable forward than a lot of Hispanic restaurants. Should help our colons to sing. Well unfortunately for my first time here, I got the waitress who speaks no English which made ordering an issue. I sat down at 6:30 pm (me, myself & I) & ordered my appetizer & meal (it was not very crowded at all) and also ordered a water & a Horchata ... one of their 'in-house' beverages. I asked for a water 3x (free nachos make you very thirsty) and they smiled and nodded and 30 minutes later my water & Horchata drink arrived. Usually a water is the first thing placed on the table for a customer. I ordered the Corazon appetizer (beef hearts) & 35 minutes later when it came out, it was steak (Churrasco) the wrong appetizer. I also ordered the classic Peruvian dish Lomo Saltado so now I ended up with basically two servings of steak. She offered to take the appetizer back for the Corazon (beef liver hearts) but that would have meant sitting here another 40 minutes, so I stuck with what would ended up double dose of steak. A little over an hour later (sat down & ordered at 6:30 pm) at 7:33 pm my order of Lomo Saltado arrived. Two couples who sat down twenty minutes after I had arrived got their appetizer & meals before me. Not sure why I was waiting after them. The food is good. My tiny strips of sirloin (Lomo Saltado) were chewy. I've had more tender sirloin at Peruvian restaurants in the city. My advice is to brush up on one's espanol to provably receive faster service although I've never waited 30 minutes for a glass of water & 35 for an appetizer and 60 minutes for dinner. Not when it is a small place where I was one of maybe 8 customers. Positives: The Horchata was good ... tasted like eggnog ... This was our first time here, the service is a little slow which it's surprise for such a small place. Food was alright but not the best, I ordered arroz chaufa de pollo and came with fried hot dogs a very weird combination for a Peruvian dish, my friends got arroz con mariscos looked good and they said was alright. They don't have liquor license so don't expect to have some pisco sours or a cold beer with your food. Apparently they have the bathroom inside the kitchen as you can see people passing through. We have never been to this place before and we thought the food was phenomenal! We were in the Port Chester area for a movie this past Friday night. The movie started at 9:50 but we didn't know where to eat. After reading some reviews, we decided on this place. When we first walked up to the restaurant, we had second thoughts. The were only a couple people inside, therefore we were hesitant to give it a try. Being that we were limited on time, we went in. We started with some waters and an appetizer. I asked if they could make tostones since I didn't see it on the menu. They made them and they were amazing. They were topped with some onion garnish. Delicious! Moving from NYC up to Westchester we looked for a pollo a la brasa place to replace our go-to Pio Pio fix (Pio Pio is also a Peruvian fusion restaurant, located mainly in NYC) and Incazteca just does it perfect. Have ordered takeout twice and was not disappointed. They have a Mexican menu and Peruvian menu (thus the name). My fam has had the rotisserie chicken, lomo saltado and pescado a lo macho. The chicken was well seasoned and juicy. The half chicken came with 2 sides. We opted for the fries and beans both times. Fries are tough to go as they don't stay crispy but that is not the restaurant's fault. The beans were awesome. More like a refried bean side than a South American dish but with great seasoning. Lomo saltado was delicious and not too greasy (which is the problem I often find with lomo). Now I disagreed with the seafood order as it is fried fish with a spicy sauce and seafood on top. Told the wife it would be soggy by the time we ate it but she was not deterred. It was delicious. The sauce had just the right amount of spice and the fried fish soaked it up. Put it all on top of the separately packed rice and your good to go. Small dine in area but not doing it in the COVID era. read more

I can't comment on it the Mexican side of the menu , since we only ordered from the Peruvian side . We had Lomo saltado which was very good and a big portion along with papa la huancaina which needed a touch more spice in the sauce , but otherwise quite good . Also had pollo broaster and salchipapa which was also very good . I would revisit this place and try the Mexican side of the menu . Nice little find off the beaten path in Portchester which already has a ton of quality Latin American eateries . I recommend this spot . read more
