For me a sandwich shop goes from good to great with their bread and let me tell you, their daily fresh made focaccia bread is off the hook!! Only downside is their hours, they don't open until 11 so you can't start early and closed on Sunday's too. I knew I would be in the area and so pulled up my Yelp early in the morning and remembered seeing reviews for Incline Bak'd I shared it with my coworker and she was game. It was a quick five minute drive from where we were and it was in a shopping center in which there were a few food businesses there. I was excited to check it out. Not a hard crust but has a nice chewy texture but not just doughy or dense. Same with the pizza crust and stromboli crust. Customer service is great- very friendly and hard working. Nice area to sit and eat but limited space. We always order online ( great option- makes it a lot easier for takeout) and it's very convenient! We placed our order and had a seat at one of the tables and played connect 4 while we waited. They have indoor and outdoor seating. It's a small cute little place and it got packed quick. Excellent Stromboli - the 3 meat is a match made in heaven. A large is good for 2 people or you'll be hungry if you divide and conquer for any more than that.
