This was on 7/25/26: The service was not great. Immediately when we walked up the cashier, which was a young lady, at the front was not welcoming and didn't greet us, she was very dismissive, making us sound dumb for paying with cash because they didn't have enough change in their drawer. I had a party of 6 placing orders, and 4 of us were able to get our orders taken but the last 2 in our group, also under the age of 14, were denied service because they were closing for lunch, which seemed extremely unprofessional because the cashier upfront also knew that we came in as a group because there were no other people taking orders, but us. We were confused and frustrated because they have a sliding door so there was no signage that they were closing at 3 until they slid the door to close the shop. If we knew, we wouldn't have placed orders. They close at 3 and reopen at 4 for their lunch, but I just wish the cashier would've at least gave us a notice because we didn't have the time to wait another hour to just place an order for the rest of our party. I went in asking for a refund so we can get food elsewhere that will cater to our whole party of 6 because it felt wrong to just eat in front of the other 2 people in our group. I was denied a refund by the cashier because they already "started making our order" is what she said. I still requested to have a refund made and she rolled her eyes and went to the back to grab her manager, and to compensate the manager said they would add an extra $1 sauce, or a $3 drink.. Our order itself was $48 and the others, $54 so that just didn't seem to fix the problem that we had. Since we were denied a refund, we just agreed on them adding a bit more things into our order. They added an extra side of mozzarella sticks which we didn't order, which kind of compensated... We ended up just sharing each other's order with the other two that didn't get an order placed.. we were still hungry after that and had to get food still elsewhere. The manager also tried to clear up the problem by just laughing it off and said something along the lines of "we good amigo?" (we had a spanish speaking person in our group) once they walked to the back room for lunch. It also rubbed us the wrong way because it was very dismissive and made it seem like our problem wasn't a big deal. So overall, the food was good.. the service was just horrible. I understand the need to take a lunch break because they deserve one, but it was just the bad service, bad compensation, and the cashier at the front not giving us a notice, and overall being rude. read more

Every single time we're in Tahoe, Wings Korean is just our go to spot and honestly it never disappoints! The flavors are so authentic and really deliver on what you'd want from Korean wings. There's a ton of value here too, and we've often gotten some cute little extras thrown in which is always a nice touch and makes you feel like they actually appreciate you coming in. The staff are super friendly and welcoming, and while the food does take a bit of time to come out, it's because everything is freshly made and honestly that's exactly how it should be. So it's been I while since the last time I had their wings but I had a craving. Nothing much had changed but they added an outdoor eating area which was nice to see. Also I tried their spicy ramen which I was highly disappointed. The noodles were similar to those instant bowls you buy at a supermarket and the broth was the same as an instant bowls. It came with a hard bowled egg and a few dumplings which were okay. I really enjoyed the side of a pickled veggie. But I would give this dish 2 stars. Made a day trip to Tahoe with family friends and they really wanted some quick Asian food, coming from the Bay Area where we have plenty of options, I wasn't really sure what to expect, BUT boy was I glad they proved me wrong. Honey butter is on the sweeter side so if you're not into that flavor profile try another flavor. Wow! These are some of the most incredible wings I've ever had! They are the juiciest wings I've had while also maintaining that delicious crunch on the outside. The chicken wings are very hot and fresh from the kitchen. The Super Spicy is not really spicy though, but a little bit sweet. The Crinkled Fries are extremely salty. The Mild Beef Bone Broth Ramen is actually instant noodles and the mild is actually spicy. The portions of food are big. The price is not low. They charge at least 18% tips but there is basically no service, you will have to return the tray and clean the table like in a McDonald's. The star of the show is any of the KFC flavors. All of the chicken was fried and flavored perfectly; crispy, not too salty, and fresh. The fries and fried cheese were also decent. Just be aware that the batter for the fried cheese is slightly sweet, which may be a surprise if you were expecting mozzarella sticks. These are my favorite wings they are HUGE and so juicy! The locations is so convenient and so easy to pop in to pick up or sit and enjoy on the patio when the weather is nice. If you're on the north Lake Tahoe side this is the place to go. We happened to be at Sand Harbor for the day and was driving back and wanted to find something in incline village and this stood out in comparison to the other restaurants yelped around. This is your classic Korean fried chicken place where you can customize which flavor you want. The whole concept is really thought out because they include a pair of gloves, napkins, and wipes with your fried chicken because they know it will get messy with all of the sauce. I went with the angel wing flavor, which had two chili signs. It had a really good kick to it without it being too overpowering. I went with the eight piece and I felt like that was the perfect amount. You get to choose one dipping sauce between ranch and honey mustard. To balance out the spice in my wing flavor, I felt like the ranch was a perfect combination. The wings were made fresh and were super tender and tasty. They gave us an estimate of 20 minutes for it to be cooked, but it honestly was a lot shorter than that. If you're in the mood for some fried chicken and want some good fresh quality, I would recommend this place. I'm genuinely shocked that I've found some of the best KFC in Tahoe of all places. I come from ATL where there's a huge korean population, but the KFC at Wing's tops anything that I've had in ATL. First off, look at how massive the wings are!! They don't play around here - they also give you gloves, wet wipes, and plasticware so you don't have to get your hands all messy. The wings are crispy on the outside and juicy/tender on the inside. Each bite it flavorful and sooo delicious! They also offer these honey butter fries that are great. They taste just like the honey butter chips that you can get at an asian store. This place is located inside a small shopping plaza and can't really be seen from the parking lot/street level.
