Adorable and comfy coffee shop where you feel like a hallmark movie set! Admittedly I judge places on thier ability to use nondairy and make chai. Theirs earned 5 stars! Frothy and well blended and a nice clove heavy spice. Service was quick and friendly despite the long line as the cold weather drove everyone indoors.

Love this cute little Fiddleheads in cute little Cedarburg! Giving all the mom and pop vibes. They offer lots of great options for cafe drinks, including everything espresso, various teas, smoothies, lemonades and rotating specialty drinks. There's also plenty on the food menu for breakfast and lunch. But if you're just looking for a snack, be sure to grab a bakery item, which is what we did! A very tasty raspberry crumble bar went well with our iced latte & matcha latte. What I like most about this place is all of the outdoor seating to be enjoyed when the weather is nice. There's a nice wood overhang that wraps around the back and side of the building where you'll find plenty of tables. It's all very welcoming. We sat outside with our goodies and noted what a lovely area it is. We would no doubt return.

On a perfect fall day, enjoyed my oat milk chai and white chocolate cranberry cookie. Perfection!

We stopped in for a quick beverage while shopping. Fiddleheads is a great little coffee shop. From the moment you walk through the door, the wonderful fresh coffee aroma welcomes you. I love local businesses because of the unique personalized experience they offer. This shop is small yet spacious with a top notch staff. They provided professional and friendly service. My sisters tried their coffee and I tried their tea. We loved everything. Their coffee was rich and smooth. My iced mango black tea was fresh and tasty. The interior felt a bit dark but still comfortable. We sat outside watching the Washington Avenue activity. I saw another cute sitting area in the back also. I would definitely return on my next visit to Cedarburg.

A wonderful coffee shop nestled in the beautiful town of Cedarburg. I was visiting the area and found myself at this coffee shop every morning. The staff is wonderful and the coffee is outstanding! This is definitely a local favorite as it was always filled with patrons. The inside has a few different rooms to eat in and there is a wonderful outside area that has plenty of seating. Whether it's for a quick bite or a cup of coffee, Fiddleheads is definitely worth trying!

Their menu consists largely of Mac & Cheese, wraps, paninis and frozen custard. Being a Wisconsinite it really resonates with me. I get the classic "original" mac and cheese every time. It's always consistently good and it's still warm after my 20 minute drive home. They use a less common noodle that is quite large and the portion is generous too. The other menu item I'm always to is the shake of the week. They always have a different one and they're always good. Oh, and I have to mention their salads. Not for me, but my mother likes them as much a salad she gets anywhere else. Another thing I appreciate is the fact they have an app. An app for a local place isn't common in my experience. This makes it easy to order in advance so you can skip the line, skip the phone call and better still earn rewards. Finally, I have to commend a few of the guys who work here. Two gentlemen in particular who both are always pleasant and personable, which alone is commendable, but they've also both been there a few years. They both seem to be managers, but I'm not sure, though I wanted to recognize them. Both are older than the general staff and both are there various weekdays.

You know I love a good hidden gem…read more Old Germantown is just that. We were in the general area-ish doing some shopping and wanted to get some pizza for takeout some place closeby to enjoy at home while watching the Olympics (because it's in Italy--so pizza seemed like just the thing). A search on Yelp brought up this place as somewhat closeby. It was after dark when we went in search of it. We drove down a rural road past what appeared to be a driveway that led to a farm. This can't be it. We tried again. Navigation brought us to the same driveway. My husband was ready to give up. I decided to call the business. A kindly gentleman answered and said--yep! It will look like you're driving to a farm but we're here! As we got closer to the end of the drive we saw a bustling parking area. While it might be hard to find--the people have found it. And, so did we. We entered to find beer hall vibes with tons of communal seating. We asked if we could order to go which they were more than willing to accommodate. We found a couple bar stools at their bar, ordered our salads and pizza, and then enjoyed a couple of stout beers while we waited. The beers, salad, and the pizza straight from their wood fired pizza oven were all fantastic. We got one of their specialty pizzas which was a white pie that comes with ricotta (as well as mozz) mushrooms, and basil on a crust that has just the right amount of chewiness and char. Lovely! The folks working here were above-and-beyond friendly. And, one told us that they have a large outdoor patio during pleasant months. We will definitely be back during the pleasant months. And, let's be real--during the less than pleasant months as well. Get to it!

Upon driving in there is a building for the restaurant along with nice outdoor seating, and area for kids to play! We went in mid May on a sunny but cool evening. The kids loved having the sand area and toys to play with while waiting for dinner to arrive. They have a good menu, but there seemed to be a decent amount of items unavailable especially the sausages my friends wanted to try. We ended up with the spring pizza, sassy pig, a plain cheese, and then a three combo of sausages. I thought the pizza was all good, not the best I've ever had but solid. The spring pizza was my favorite. The sassy pig was very unique but good! Personally, I wasn't a huge fan of the sausages but others in my group liked them. We upgraded that to include fries and there was only a very small amount. We will definitely be back, seems like a great spot for groups!

The restaurant is very small, with limited bar seating and booths, and there's no real place to wait inside. Everyone waiting for a table ends up awkwardly standing close together near the entrance, which wasn't very comfortable. You have to check in at the bar, and unfortunately the bartender seemed visibly annoyed whenever groups tried to add their name to the waitlist. He rolled his eyes and came across as pretty grumpy, which was a rough first impression. I honestly considered leaving, but I was really craving pizza, so we stayed. Once we got a table, we had to go back up to the bar to place our order. We got cheesy garlic bread, a deep dish pizza with three toppings, and three sodas. The sodas were poured right away, and I carried them back to the table myself. About five minutes later, the garlic bread was ready, and I went back up to grab that too. When food is ready, they yell out your order and vaguely point in your direction while saying "front" or "back," which works but isn't exactly organized. One positive surprise was the deep dish pizza. It came out much faster than expected. Most deep dish places take 45-60 minutes, but this one was ready pretty quickly. The food itself was very good and definitely the highlight of the experience. When we finished eating, I went up to get a to-go box and pay. That's when I noticed sodas are not free refills, though they're priced at $1.25 each. We ended up paying for six sodas total (three originals plus refills), which honestly wasn't bad and came out to about the same (or even less) than unlimited soda elsewhere. Still, it would've been nice to know ahead of time. I was also unsure about the tipping situation since we did all the running around ourselves: ordering, picking up food, carrying drinks, and paying. I left a 10% tip, but it felt a bit unclear what's expected in this setup. Overall, I really enjoyed the food, especially the pizza. The experience was just dampened by the lack of a waiting area and the initially grumpy bartender (though he did seem to lighten up as the night went on). I'd come back for the food, but I hope the service and organization improve.

One I have a tax exempt number because of this is a religious function and second was that I had a 20% off coupon. I was told I could use both. Using that 20%off made is reasonable to be able to order the subs. Upon looking at the receipt, I thought that the amount was more than I had calculated. The receipt only showed $10.00 for the 20% off. (My entire bill was $385.00) Which made the amount well above what I was expecting. Also noted that we could not obtain points because it was past the 4 days to enter. EVEN though we didn't pick up and pay for the order until the 19th. Upon asking the store manager about these questions he was polite and just stated that it was the corporate policy about the limit of $10 off. I did not note that on our phone conversation. And that yes, the 4 days had past. The manager gave us the corporate number to call. We did contact them and they just told us that it is the policy that the limit was $10.00. Even though we were not informed or that was noted on the coupon. All corporate would do is give an additional points. How would that help our past religious even or even a few subs credit. I have ordered from them before for this same event and had no issues. But the cost was also less which made it reasonable to use them. The subs were great and ready on time. My complaint is that the corporate offices are not in tune to keeping recurring customers. I will not be using Cousins again for any further functions. Will also try different Sub shops chains in the future.
