Since then I've grown, I've taken responsibility for my uninspired ordering and can now confidently say--they have some of the best coffee shop breakfast bites around. What should you order? Their strawberry avocado toast. Strawberries on avocado? I'm unsure, you may be muttering. Please do yourself a favor, stop muttering, and just order the dang toast. It's goat cheese sprinkled, balsamic reduction drizzled, and quite simply some of the best avocado toast I've had the pleasure of consuming. What else? The baked oatmeal with berries. Warm, comforting, and adorned with fresh berries--it's the stuff winter dreams are made of. I love during the holidays they have some fun holiday lattes (s/o to the jingle bells latte) and I've also recently ordered and enjoyed their tangerine mocha (citrus-y delight!). They also had a good selection of bakery items, and I chose a Cinnamon Coffee Cake Muffin. I normally ask to have muffins warmed up, which they're always happy to do. This time they mentioned that they have a microwave available for customers to use themselves. I had never noticed it before, but I think it's a brilliant idea. You can warm up your pastry just the way you like it, or even give your hot beverage a quick reheat if it cools down. I wish more coffee shops offered something like that. We'll definitely be back!

The only thing I had an issue with was the price of the sandwich, which was a bit high at $16 for the relatively small size. For that price I would expect a larger sandwich or at least a side of chips or something. Still; we enjoyed the experience and will be back.
