Prompt service and delicious food. I have been ordering food to go as well as eating in. Staff is always friendly and helpful.

Stopped for a late Sunday morning hot latte. Lots of tables with friends and family enjoying their snacks and beverages. Nice homey feel inside. Staff was great. Since writing my original review I've been back several times. The products are still good, and the atmosphere casual and relaxed. However the thing that really sticks in my mind is the service. It's efficient, but just not very warm or friendly. I visit plenty of coffee shops and there is nothing like having a genuinely warm greeting when you get your morning drink and muffin. Maybe it's because I'm not enough of a regular to get their best greeting? Not sure, but it always leaves a bit of a negative impression. read more

A friend and I met for a morning coffee, and we enjoyed the place. With the option of indoor or outdoor seating, it is nice to pick according to the weather and preference. Be aware that the outdoor eating area allows dogs, which is not a problem for me, but might be for others. There are tables in the sun and also with shaded areas. The menu is a nice variety, and the Mocha with almond milk was delish. My friend got a smoothie, and it was really good too. The Cinnamon Roll was crazy good and big! The options range from sandwiches to muffins to hot and cold drinks. There is also a range of local artisan items for purchase inside. Coffee for home brewing is also available. I saw lots of families with children enjoying their morning here. Room for kids to run around outside. The one drawback is the train nearby, which goes back and forth repeatedly all morning. And the trucks from the local quarries and heavy businesses are loud as they make the corner turn. We had to regularly stop our conversation as they went by. But that is not a big deal for a nice outdoor spot to sit. The accessibility is good by the sidewalk at the other end of the building. The outdoor seating is on the ground level so that's easier if someone can go inside to order. Service was fast and well done. I plan to return. read more

Servers are always very pleasant every time I go here. Food is great. Drinks are really good, especially smoothies. The place is always very clean. Only negative I would have would be food prices. $10+ for some sandwiches that are very basic + a bag of chips is too steep. This is why I typically stick to drinks. If they were about 20-25% less expensive I think I'd eat there more often. I have no problem supporting local businesses and respect the better ingredients but just becomes too pricey for lunch. There are other chain coffee shops in the area that are half the price so it's hard to justify. read more

Simple and basic coffee cafe selections. I ordered a cold brew with sugar free vanilla and oatmilk- the cold brew was too tangy for my taste. I had a muffin to go with it- the muffin was huge and pretty tasty. It's too busy to sit and enjoy a book, but listening to all the town gossip was pretty fun. read more

Hot coffee, tasty food and great ambiance! I've done it all: mobile ordering (SO fast!), remote working, breakfast "date" with my 5yr old and weekend relaxing with my husband and son. Super cute cafe! So many flavor add ins to choose from so you'll never get bored with your coffee. Very reasonable prices as well. I will say, my latte was a little strong from my taste, but once I stirred it up a bit, it was fine. I think the espresso just settled too much on the top so I got hit with a bitter taste, but nothing that wasn't able to be fixed. The breakfast options look great too! We were biking the Bugline Trail and came upon this place after the restaurant in Merton didn't allow for us to park our bikes (bicycles!). The menu looked fantastic and the place was spotless. Yay! The gal at tha counter asks, "What can I getcha?" So I start to order. Two guys standing behind her. She says, "Oh, I'm sorry. Our kitchen closes at 2:00 p.m. on Sundays." So we walk across the street with our bikes and I look at the time on my phone five minutes later and notice it's 1:50 p.m. Places like this do not want or deserve ou business. I leave reviews like this one star review in hopes that the owners of these businesses take notice: your staff is costing you in more ways than one. We won't be back! Too bad. I am a regular. Why? Because the baristas actually make REAL espresso drinks by hand, not by pressing a button. Great smoothies too, and lots of tea varieties! And the food is --- fresh fresh fresh and delicious: breakfast, salads, sandwiches and wraps. Try the Loca Croissant or the Chicken Artichoke wrap -- my two favorites. You will not be disappointed. And staff is competent, friendly, responsive. You can tell they are happy working there, which contributes to the atmosphere. GO! read more

I got the Wisconsinite breakfast sandwich which was delicious! The bread was toasted just right and the chipotle gave it just a bit of kick. I will definitely be ordering it again. Also ordered a Toasted Almond Mocha latte which was wonderful on a dreary day. I ordered online and simply picked up my order so I don't have much to say about the staff except for the one person I did interact with was friendly. I hadn't ordered online with them before so I wasn't sure what to do when I got there but the staff member kindly directed me to the takeout stand. The only thing I wish was different was for a decaf option when ordering the latte online. I couldn't find it anywhere. But that won't stop me from going back. read more

I frequented this establishment under the previous owners and loved it. I hadn't been in since the change of ownership. A few weeks ago I had a conversation with my dental assistant about the place and she mentioned the rude owner. Well I visited for the first time today. The ladies were nice. My matcha latte is one of the best I've ever had. However....the owner was so rude to the staff. Barking orders at them in front of customers. This was so uncomfortable to witness. I'll go again bc this matcha latte is too good but if I witness the owner speak to his staff like that again I'll take my money elsewhere. read more

I gave two stars because workers are super nice and friendly. But for me coffee was ok , I got a muffin and breakfast sandwich. The sandwich was not good the eggs were gross, fake looking. Muffin just general run of mill blueberry muffin. Kinda expensive. read more

It was a really nice cute place w gluten free options :) the workers were super nice however while we were sitting we could hear the male manager yelling at the poor girl cooking in back, hopefully I came on a bad moment and the manager isn't as bad as he presented himself to be because otherwise I definitely wouldn't want to work there. Staff was extremely rude. -- Attempted to order food at 3:34 and the gentleman became very angry and yelled that the kitchen was closed after 3:30 (instead of nicely explaining it OR telling me when I walked in at 3:29 and advised I needed to look at the food menu) -- The male also was barking orders at the poor girl which made me feel very uncomfortable (& to acknowledge the previous owners comment on the other review, I was the only one in the entire coffee shop. They were not busy. & even if they were, that would NOT be an excuse for the way this man was talking to her.) read more

Best customer service in entire Sussex area. We've stop by on our way to Bugline Trail. Such a nice surprise to find a well established and spotless clean place to take a load off for couple of minutes. People are friendly and coffee is superb.
