WOW. Custom Barong Tagalog and Traditional Filipiniana heaven is right here!…read moreMiss Glen is an amazing designer. Her storefront is situated at the end of the hallway of Seafood City Marketplace. Upon entering the plaza, walk past the beauty salon and realtor company(?) towards your right side. We custom-ordered Kim's Barong Tagalog and we are completely happy with it. We just picked it up today. Quality craftsmanship! Her attention to detail is astounding. She is altering the filipiniana dress that was ordered for me by a friend in the Philippines. It needs major help and Miss Glen is up for the task. Miss Glen makes sure you are up-to-date on the ordering process and fitting process. She is easy to contact and she return calls/messages in a timely manner. I'd recommend you order your traditional garb of choice early on. Works of art like this takes time. As a summary, this is what was done for us: 1. Custom Black-Grey Barong Tagalog in Jusi (Banana Fiber) 2. Custom Camisa de Chino (Silk undershirt) ---- TOTALLY FAB!!!! 3. Alteration of a disaster of a dress from the Philippines. (Pics to follow!)

We always felt welcome in her home when my cousin and his groomsmen were getting measurements done and designs chosen etc. Her commitment to quality is ABOVE anything I've experienced before. She was able to create a custom Barong Jusi for my cousin (the groom) in a monochromatic color fade unlike any other one I've ever seen! (He has the first and only so far to look as it does) Her team has extraordinary talent for hand-dying their fabrics and their embroidery is art with so much skill that is apparent from first glance. The groomsmen barongs were also held to the same standard and the results are stunning! Everyone was so happy to wear their art pieces and have them for other special occasions. We will be working with Glenda and her team for years to come. There's no one else to consider - just go to Glenda!! (I'll add pictures as they come in from my cousin's wedding!)

Tammy went above and beyond for our wedding she took the stress out of everything. From the first…read moretime we met her she gave us a checklist of items she could offer and assist with (photographer, videographer, flowers, DJ) including setting up for our church ceremony. She made it easy to pick out what we needed and gave us great ideas when we were a bit confused as well. If you have any inspirations or things you want done, she can do it for sure! Every few months she would check in with us and we would reach out if we needed to make any changes. All of this was handled with care and proper communication so we were on the same page. For the big day Tammy and her team exceeded our expectations and we were left speechless with what we walked into. Our guests loved what she had done with the venue and the flower selections were beautiful. The DJ she had for us also created an amazing vibe for the guests. 10/10 you only do the big day once so make it count!

Tammy is jack of all trades!…read more I reached out to Tammy because I needed my wedding venue decorated, florals created, hair and makeup done. She is such a sweetheart and her communication is great. I met with her in person to go over the basics and get a price quote. Then over the many months she would call to check in, ask for inspirations of what I wanted and asked me to meet again for samples of curtain colors, floral centerpieces, etc. This was all happening during the mist of our tariff issues, and she was very transparent about having some upfront payments so she can lock in the price of a few items she needed to purchase. We needed more centerpieces ordered, we needed to change the start time by an hour and she adapted to all the changes. She is up-front with you that you can change layouts and designs but if you have a theme color change, please be courteous and let her know ASAP in case she needs to make more purchases. The day came and I couldn't be happier with all of her work. She is such a pleasure to work with, I would hands down recommend her!

Writing this long-overdue review because this boutique truly deserves it. From the moment I walked…read morein, I was in awe of the stunning lehengas and jewelry. As someone who isn't Indian, I'll admit I felt a little intimidated at first--but the owner immediately made my family and I feel so welcome and comfortable. I was shopping for my engagement dress, and honestly, everything I tried on was beyond what I had imagined. Every piece felt like exactly what I was looking for--but even better. It really is a one-stop shop. It's been over two years now, and I still come back regularly. I recommend this boutique to all my friends and loved ones without hesitation.

But Pranesh and Sonu helped me find all three of my outfits and jewelry for my sangeet, reception, and wedding, and the whole process was honestly such a fun and memorable experience. For my wedding outfit, he actually met with the designer with me and helped me design what I wanted and had it shipped to his store and tailored. He really took the time to understand what I wanted and paid attention to every little detail. And gave really great advice. The final result was even more beautiful than I imagined. Pranesh was always available whenever I had questions or wanted to bounce ideas off him, and he's just such a down-to-earth guy which made the whole process feel really comfortable and easy. You can tell he genuinely cares about making sure you love what you're wearing. The selection at Siya is also amazing. A lot of the other stores I went to felt pretty similar to each other, but Siya's pieces felt much more modern and up-to-date. It's a really nice blend of traditional designs to East meets West styles, and everything felt unique and thoughtfully curated. On top of that, his pricing is honestly very reasonable for the level of quality, craftsmanship, and style you're getting. I couldn't recommend Siya more if you're looking for bridal outfits that feel special, personalized, and beautifully made.

I purchased my wedding dress here as well as two other event-specific outfits. I am a white,…read moreAmerican bride, marrying a punjabi and therefore, wanted a dress that is the perfect fusion of indian and american. Sari Palace delivered! On the day of my appointment, the mother-daughter duo helped me fully customize my lehenga and choli based on other things I liked from their website and additional inspo from the webs. I was able to pick and choose fabrics, embroidery types, straps and even the level of fluff under the lehenga. From there, desi aunties took my exact body measurements, asked questions about how Id style the outfit and what level of modesty or immodesty I hoped to have LOL Im very big-chested so it was lovely that they could customize my top for support and coverage. When I came to pick it up, about three months later, I was OVERJOYED. It is literally exactly what I wanted and fits like a glove. I also purchased my haldi and mehendi outfits here, one of which had to be taken out and a stain removed. They did it no problem and offered a discount, too. Every time I am in here, they greet me by name and are incredibly friendly. The selection is insane!! The only reason this is a four instead of five is because I do feel the price point is high for some of the off the shelf items but for custom, I felt the $850 I paid was reasonable especially when a lot of "american" wedding dresses are $1k+ in addition to alterations.

My sister purchased her bridal dress and jewelry set here, and unfortunately the experience was…read moreincredibly disappointing. The prices are extremely high for the quality you actually receive. You'll pay over $3000 for plastic sequins all over. Beaded embroidery fine, but just plastic sequins? The bigger issue was the jewelry set. It honestly looked cheap, with uneven coloring and a painted metal appearance. We came back hoping to exchange it, the younger manager immediately became defensive and said they don't "force" anyone to buy anything. No one said my sister was forced, the point was that this set never should have been recommended to her in the first place, especially at that price point. She felt pressured and ultimately regretted the purchase. My sister went back and I met her there to help her with the tough conversation. Any clarification questions I asked were dodged, and both managers spoke to me in a very dismissive and condescending way, even though I remained respectful the entire time. I think they got used to my sister saying yes to everything, then were unhappy to have someone question them. They then showed us another jewelry piece we actually liked, but it was almost $400 more on top of the $750 already spent. When I asked what made it higher quality or more expensive, the older manager straight up said "there was nothing different about the material or jewels" and that they were simply charging more because they paid more for it. That response alone said everything. To make matters worse, the bridal dress was packed tightly into a small bag. When we opened it, it smelled strongly of chemicals and glue. (Um....it was supposed to be hand stitched....so why glue smell?) When I asked about it, they casually told us to "just steam it...? like you do regular clothes...?" For a bridal gown costing thousands of dollars, the presentation and preparation were shockingly poor. I've purchased bridal dresses elsewhere that arrived properly hung, covered, and ready to wear. What's most disappointing is that I've recommended this place to many people over the years and have personally shopped here multiple times. After this experience, definitely won't be recommending anymore. The customer service, pricing, and quality simply do not match what they advertise. Go elsewhere, even worth traveling to LA to see their bridal offerings in Artesia versus defaulting to local shops in Berkeley/SF.
