I've been supporting this shop for many years and recently they decided to cancel the status and discount to their gold members who are the ones that helped this shop become what they are today. I don't care if specialized bought the shop out - it's just poor customer service to cut off the folks that have supported you for so long. I know a lot of guys that are disappointed and are choosing to shop elsewhere because of this. You would think a company like specialized would know that this would cause the shop to lose customers and sales. Seems like it went from owner operated to a greedy corporation overnight. Don't get me wrong, it's a good shop. I'm just disappointed and turned off. Bottom line. Lots of good guys, bikes, gear and service at the shop although I can pass on the cool guy attitude that a select few employees have (kid with long brown hair). Overall good experience but unfortunately the changes at the shop have forced me to look elsewhere for my cycling needs. I'll be back but not on the same scale. Good luck read more

Additionally, the selection of bikes to choose from is outstanding, especially with all of the shortages happening this year (2020). When I was last there, I purchased a Cervelo Aspero Apex1 Gravel Bike, and was assisted through the whole process of test riding the bike to the proper adjustments needed, as well as grabbing all the gear needed for riding this type of bike; i.e., clip in shoes, associated pedals, and riding gear. I called ahead of time to put two Specialized helmets set aside. They were very helpful over the phone. I drove from Burbank and made it in time with one hour before closing time. As I arrived, there was a line outside of the store. I was happy to see the shop had set up six feet apart squares for customers to stand in before they head into the store. And as soon as you get to the door, if you don't have gloves, they will provide a pair for you and give you some cleaning solution for the gloves. Everyone in the store are wearing mask and trying their best to keep their distance but also being very helpful. I shopped a little to show even more support, got my helmets at checkout. Overall I thought I would feel extremely nervous being in a store with the virus around but I felt quite safe. read more

**BIKE RENTAL REVIEW** With great customer service, Incycle Bicycles is the ideal place to rent a bike. With a triathalon coming up in a week, I was without a bike and worried about not being able to get one for the race. Luckily, the triathalon recommended calling them for a rental. Boy, I am sure glad I did. The person on the phone was super helpful asking for my information and then got back to me right away with availability of bikes. When I came to pick up, the person who helped us made sure the bike felt right for me before letting me go. He not only adjusted the seat but also walked through the different gears. He even helped us put on our bike rack for the car. In terms of parking, there are several 30 minute spots right in front of the shop that is ideal for those renting bikes. Otherwise, the rest of the lot has plenty of spots for parking. Overall, I would highly recommend Incycle Bicycles for your bike rental needs. read more

This place is horrible. I recommend going here to look at their bikes, but never buy here. All their employees act entitled and better than you, and the bikes are very overpriced. I went to look for a new bike for my son and was told you can't browse the store anymore, I need to tell them exactly what I wanted. When I told them I didn't know and wanted to look, I was told they were worried about Covid and won't let anyone just look anymore. That was a good excuse for the last year, but both my son and I were obeying the rules and had a mask, and still weren't allowed to look. Just remember, whatever you buy here, you can save 20% elsewhere and not deal with the attitudes of Incycle. read more

Beautiful store with an amazing selection of gear and bikes. The only issue I've ever had here is the staff. They come of as extremely rude. The several times I've been in unless your rolling in a $1,200+ bike you're ignored. I took my sons first bike to get a tune up about 3 months before the rest of this happened. It was a generic big box mtb to teach him how to ride and not destroy a $1,000 set up. Rolling that in you'd think we asked them to tune a piano. It was odd and uncomfortable like we were there for charity work. I went in looking for bikes for my family about 3 months later. Thinking hey I'm about to drop $2,500 for 2 bikes. We should be good. Nope. I asked if my son and I could be helped fitted on a couple hard tails. They pointed and said those should fit. When asked if we could do a bit more than point they walked over pointed closer this time and suggested this one and walked off. It was full suspension. There is over a foot in height difference between my son and me. Pointing to a full suspension when I asked for hard tails. Then telling me that will fit doesn't make much sense when I was clear we needed two bikes at the time. So I ended up buying 4 bikes elsewhere and going to another shop for service. Two specialized rock hoppers and Scotts were purchased after someone took the time to help. If we go back it's to look at all the cool stuff we'd buy elsewhere. read more

I'm so glad I bought my bike here instead of online! After crashing my 30 yr old bike I wanted a safer option. The staff helped me find the right bike ( out of hundred),, and it was all put together, adjusted and safety tested. And when there was a mechanical problem with the bike from day one, they tried to fix it When this was unsuccessful the manager got the manufacturer to exchange rhe bike. I was in the area and needed a few inner tubes for my Mountain bike. I went on Yelp and found Incycles was just down the Street.. First thing, they have a big parking lot because it's in a good size strip mall. As I walked up I noticed a table blocking the Entrance. I was Greeted and told to sanitize my hands. Then a Sales person asked if I needed help. I told her I was looking for inner tubes. I thought they would have a big selection of tubes. If they did, I wasn't given a choice. Next thing I know I had the tubes in a bag and I was walking out. I liked how efficient she was but I also wanted to look at New Bikes. I felt like with this Virus. This store is my go-to for all my mountain biking needs! I started shopping here when I bought my bike on Nov. 29. The staff were super helpful: they explained the different features and helped me rack up the deals so I could get a good mountain bike for my school's team. Now they help out with my maintenance (which is free since I bought my bike here!) and are happy to explain everything from technique to tires. I don't like feeling like a transaction. Some of the employees are awesome but the manager and owner have poor customer service. I had spent nearly $100 to have the tubing in my bike fixed. When I returned the following day to pick it up, someone eagerly rushed me inside and informed me to wait (this person was the manager). Then another person walked out my bike and took it outside and just told me to pay (this was the owner). The person who was handling my transaction charged me and walked away. There wasn't any information such as 'your bike is waiting outside, or go see this guy who will help you.' At this point I wasn't sure if I was suppose to test drive it or just take my bike and leave. There was no one around to assist me as they were helping other people. After I had left I decided to test drive it in my drive way and the tire popped! I had returned it later in the day and an Asian man assisted me. He was so friendly and assisted me with my questions and concerns. I didn't feel rushed. I understand that this pandemic has increased business for all bike shops, but my first experience felt like they were just trying to get thru their guests as fast as possible. The manager and owner looked more annoyed if anything unlike their staff who definitely took their time to help people. Overall I'm disappointed with the leadership of this location. I do frequent here often to purchase any bike necessities or gear, but after my experiences with management I'd rather find an alternative bike shop that exemplifies true leadership and customer care. read more
