I have two other sinks available. They agreed. From the very first hour I started receiving calls from them, stating the sink was not working and they should not have scheduled. Frustrated I agreed to pay them anyway if they would do the rest of the cleaning. When I arrived home, it was unbelievable. They did NOT even dust. They did not clean face of stove but cleaned top. They did not clean out the sink they used and left hair and debris. I called and shared concerns. Their responses were worse than the service. They minimized agreement about sink limitations, repeatedly kept stating they were sorry I did not have a "good experience" rather than at least acknowledging they absolutely did not keep with their end of the contract. They did agree to discount after I showed them multiple pictures. When they discounted, they actually added the new fee while the hold was still on my account for the original fee. Essentially locked up almost $600 in cash flow. When I confirmed the amount with my bank, I realized they had made my fee reoccurring without authorization. I ended up having to pay for a stop payment in order to interrupt their unauthorized reoccurring fee. It is beyond bad business. I am reporting them to BBB. Save yourself some time, money, and lots of aggravation but never using Deluxe Maid.

I have a new build so when it was finally time to hire an inspector I decided to go with MC2. So glad I did. They were reasonable and the inspection took about 3 hours. It was a smooth process and Greg, my inspector, was awesome. He was VERY picky (which I love) and he pointed out things that I wouldn't have seen. Please do NOT purchase a home without getting your own inspection done (IMO). Greg was very professional, he came in with footies and he had the report done later that night filled the pictures, notes and suggestions. It was definitely useful when I did my walkthrough with the contractor. Building a new home is already stressful but MC2 made it a little easier. Thank you for all your help, it's appreciated.

We had not seen the property in person, yet he was very honest in letting us know that the condition of the house did not warrant a full inspection, and stated that he did not want to charge us the amount of his original estimate. He did a thorough walkthrough with us by phone and clued us in on foundation cracks and moisture (potentially mold) issues that we would have otherwise been unaware of. He also provided high resolution images that helped us to see what was going on that the seller or contractors did not tell us about. Although we lost our earnest money deposit--as apparently Indiana law does not currently require sellers to be honest in their disclosures, we learned a big lesson and saved ourselves the headache of buying a house that was more of a lemon than we bargained for. We will definitely use Chris' expertise in the future and fully recommend him to the community.

Early the next morning, I had a message from Adam B. Once I got to work, I returned the call and quickly described my issue and what I believed it to be. The first available appointment wasn't until Monday (it wasn't urgent, so I wasn't worried about going the weekend). I got my timeframe. I had a couple other appointments that day, so I ended up taking the day off so I could easily be available. I immediately liked that they told me who would be arriving - AND that was who arrived. I also liked that they use a customer portal that allows you to have some security if you pay online or to review your records. Christian arrived (there was one other person with him). It took him a couple minutes to diagnose the issue he believed it to be, and it took him not a lot longer to determine that diagnosis correct. He quoted the price, I agreed, and he got to work. After finishing the work, he determined the original issue I'd believed it to be wasn't quite needing to be addressed (but will be in the near future). We discussed options, including ways I could save a bit. Christian was personable and explained things in a way I could understand. The issue was likely caused by me, but he managed to avoid using the word "idiot" at any point. The repair was done in a timely manner. The price ended up being a bit lower than quoted. I appreciated his honesty as he very easily could have pointed me toward a repair not needing done yet. It also became obvious the last person I'd used had really only done half the job. Everything has worked beautifully since Christian finished. There are likely a couple more projects I'll tackle in the near future, and I won't hesitate to return to Grateful Plumber. The housecall was $59, but that was credited toward the repair once I decided to have them do the work. Friendly employees. Good follow-through. Fair pricing. Quality work. Problem solved. That's 5-star for me and another winner for Yelp's project feature.
