Love love love India bhavan, great portion sizes for a fair price. The chicken tikka masala is delicious, and the garlic naan is crazy good. Have been here a few times now, and will continue to eat here!

Great service (my water was never empty) and amazing food. Their prices are very affordable for the amount you get. I got butter chicken with naan and my friend got chicken tikka masala with naan and our food was ready within 15 minutes of ordering. I have been here a few times and it always impresses!

100/10 this is the best restaurant on earth. michelin star restaurants wish they tasted 2% as good. i dream of india bhavan. i live in michigan and plan trips to green bay for this restaurant. they are highly economical, have the best food on the motherfucking planet, amazing ambience, and always remember my family of seven's varying allergies and spice level preferences. they are generous with outstanding service. their mango lassi is to. die. for. i would give both of them my kidneys if it meant they could continue blessing peoples hearts and stomachs. their lamb vindaloo is quite literally my favorite food on the planet, i will ask people what their favorite restaurant is just so i can talk about it when i'm craving it. this is not a paid ad, i just really love them and i hope their business is forever prosperous so i can continue to return and enjoy their gifts.

Excellent, clean and organice, we ate "meal" delicious , fresh you need to try. So good and we are so full , there is a good portion .

Having lived in LA over 30 years, I know and love good Indian cuisine. India Bhavan's dishes were very disappointing. Veg biryani rice had too many pieces of raw spice ingredients to count (star anise, large leaves, large, hard chunks of something--cinnamon?). All should all have been removed before serving. Onion kulcha had so many onions it was distasteful, I couldn't eat it. Raita was good. Unfortunately, both the above ruined my experience. Good Ingredients. Bad execution.

The food and service are always excellent. Our 'go to' place in Green Bay when we are in the mood for Indian.

Food and service were very good. It was a cold, snowy night and we felt welcome and well fed.

When I tell you the Basque Country Salad is the best salad I believe I'll ever eat in my lifetime, I'm not exaggerating. Their white whine vinaigrette could be bottled and sold for millions. If you like chicken, prosciutto, walnuts, figs and goat cheese, this salad will make you shed tears of joy. Everyone is SO NICE there! Even when we cater in a smattering of sandwiches, pasta salads and dessert bars everyone raves about how fresh and delicious everything is. Top notch quality across the board.

I got the special of the day which was cranberry egg salad sandwich, and cranberry bread. It was so tasty. I had a choice of sides with it. Potato chips, apple or veggies and dip. I chose veggies and dip because that is not offered very often. The veggies were wonderful and the dip was even more wonderful. When I'm up in Green Bay again I definitely will stop by.

The last time we went at 2pm on a Thursday during a heat wave in the summer. It was not busy. we had been out running errands and stopped in for a quick beer and appetizer. Wait staff is always so nice and it was exactly what we needed. They have something for everyone and the food always is fresh and doesn't seem frozen or processed. Definitely one of our go to spots on the west side

The main dining room can get very loud on busy nights so I appreciated the more closed off space for a large dinner event. The caveat being we received spotty service - for example, water pitchers were set in the corner and you had to get up to pour your own water. At minimum, it would've been better to just leave pitchers on the table directly for faster access. Food was hit or miss. While we loved the appetizers, half of our table found their main entrees to be MEH. For example, my halibut arrived warm but the curry was room temperature. My colleague said her burger was one of the worst she's had. My other colleague said his steak was mediocre. People who ordered pizza loved it. An unfortunate mixed bag given the lively environment and nice ambiance. I'd come back again to give it another try because the menu rotates enough where I'm sure I'll land on some better food options next time.

It is, as I already mentioned - small (about a half dozen tables for two). I'm guessing it is good (better) for takeout but we arrived just after 1:30 on a Thursday and had no problem getting a table. It is light, bright, and cheery inside. The two young women working behind the counter were very pleasant and patiently explained the options to us and all the customers who came in after us. There are about a half dozen "suggested" bowls but you can create your own or make changes to the ones in the menu. I ordered the Berbere Spiced Sweet Potato with almost all the colors of the rainbow represented - spiced sweet potatoes, radishes, carrots, Brussel sprouts, broccoli, dried cranberries, and green apples (I think I remembered everything). There is an option for an upcharge to add a protein but the vegetarian option was uncooked tofu and I only eat tofu that is well-seasoned and cooked so I passed. Hubby had the Lemon Herb Rotisserie bowl which he liked. Both were very filling and we couldn't finish them. Drinks range from Diet Coke to cold pressed juices. Great option for downtown Green Bay. Four stars because the (one) vegetarian protein option was not to my liking.

We've found ourselves in this particular moment, him 5 years sober, me 26 and often confusing experiences of pain and pleasures on the thin ice of addiction. Today we are in wisconsin, visiting family, having coffee to stay at a cafe my grandma recommended we go to. She has my tiny brother, so it's just my dad and I, how things were for 16 years. We work as a team to find free parking. We love doing team things to save a dollar, a minute, or find a loophole. We decide on our coffees, and when the barista asks if we'll have them to stay my dad says yes, which brings a smile to my mind. He suggests we share this berry oat bar thing. One thing I find so charming about his sobriety is his need for sweets. It's somewhere in trainspotting 2 that mark tells spud "you'll always be an addict. You just have to find something else to get addicted to." I think of this when i see him with a big fat bowl of ice cream after dinner and a new exciting hobby every other month. I think of this when I consider what my life might be like if I decide to admit some things to myself sooner than later.
