Stopped in for lunch and wanted to give this place a try. As someone who absolutely loves Chipotle, the best way I can describe it is that it's like Chipotle's Greek cousin. The ordering process is very similar, but with a Mediterranean twist--feta cheese instead of shredded cheese, different sauces, and Greek-inspired toppings throughout. The service was fast, the restaurant was clean, and all of the vegetables tasted fresh. I ordered the spicy chicken, which definitely had a nice kick to it without being overwhelming. Is it better than Chipotle? In my opinion, no--but that's mostly because I'm not a huge Greek food fan. That said, if you enjoy Mediterranean flavors, this place is absolutely worth trying. The ingredients were fresh, the food was flavorful, and I can definitely see why people love it. Overall, a solid lunch spot with fresh ingredients, quick service, and a unique alternative to the typical burrito bowl experience.

CAVA is amazing!! We love it here from the food to the staff! This was on opening weekend so the house was packed! We are so happy CAVA is here in PSL! Great location and everything was great and fresh! Atmosphere here i would say is an in and out kind of place but everybody is enjoying their food LOL! My go to here either half grain half super salad with all the fixings and double grilled chicken (you can ask for half and half meats) they have vegan options / I also go for the pita with harrisa/crazy feta and zaziki sauce mixed with fixings and have honey spicy chicken and garlic sauce You have all sauces but my favs are harissa, garlic, cilantro yum! Enjoy guys and hope you can make it here soon! Thanks CAVA!!

I ordered online due to the store just opening didn't want to wait in line and received my order just in time. The place is clean, it was packed the line was long but seemed to be going fast. I had a staff member with a friendly face making sure my order was correct handing me my order for pick up. I ordered rice, broccoli, lamb meatballs and chicken with a mix of cucumber and tomatoes, the pickled onions are a little spicy but I love it. I choose the red pepper hummus which tasted so fresh and delicious. Food was amazing. I ordered a tangerine drink which was also delicious and not overly sweet. Clean, organized, friendly staff, great food, will definitely recommend!

Easy place to get to , parking no problem. Order at the counter . Was are 1st time. I had the falafel bowl as they have it, I think it's the way it was built that wasn't a hit for me altho all seemed fresh. The black lentils were tasty, it also had rice, lettuce, slaw, chopped roasted veggies (too small), a very small amount of loose hummus, falafels that really should be made to ord or at least on the to vs bottom. They were in their bin premade in the topping/item bar. There's a nice pesto on the top with crisped chips. Overall was good tasting. Husb had steak wrap/pita. Zion at the register was great. My choice was from the menu list. From an ambiance perspective nothing out of ordinary; they do have quite a few different bev choices tho. I may try again diff item.

Just what we needed in this area!!! Amazing selections for the build your own bowls, my husband got the steak bowl and loved it. They have healthy soda options and lemonades/teas. I will come every time I am over this way

My order: Half Grilled Chicken, Half Spicy Lamb Meatballs (Suggested by someone: Saffron Basmati Rice, Tzatziki, Crazy Feta, Red Pepper Hummus, Fire-Roasted Corn, Tomato + Onion, Sumac Slaw, Persian Cucumber, Skhug; sauce on the side: Lemon Herb Tahini). I've been waiting for CAVA to come to Port St. Lucie for quite some time, and I have to say -- it was just as great as I expected! The line was long, but the wait honestly wasn't overwhelming. Once we got up to order, everything moved pretty quickly. The staff was very patient, friendly, and gave great portions. The vibe inside was nice, although the restaurant itself is a bit small. I tried an order recommendation I saw online and absolutely loved it, everything was fresh and very flavorful. Someone online described CAVA as a "Mediterranean Chipotle," and I would definitely agree with that comparison. Overall, it was a 10/10 experience. Great food, great service, and everyone was wonderful. I'll definitely be back!

The damn robbery that they committed on me. I even got extra chicken, more like extra theft. I feel violated. I will not be coming back.

It's a small place, with just 9 tables and an assortment of bar chairs inside, but there is lots of seating outside. We ordered the falafel appetizer. I'm used to a different flavor of falafel and crisper. These were okay, but I don't think I'll order them again. It did come with a nice selection of veggies and plenty of delicious sauce. We also tried the spinach pie appetizer, and it was generous and delicious, big thumbs up. Both of us ordered the gyro sandwich. One of us got fries the other a salad. The fries were good, well-seasoned, maybe could have been cooked a little more for my personal preference. The salad was a nice surprise, tasted great. Both were large portions. We both enjoyed the gyros, and they were also extra large. One of us took half of it home. We ordered takeout for tomorrow, and we aren't exactly sure what we ordered because it looked a little different when we got home and took it out of the bag. However, we are not that familiar with the menu (which is extensive), so maybe we didn't order what we thought, which was a trio that includes 2 sides (beans and a salad), spinach pie, moussaka, and pastitsio. It looks like the moussaka was missing. Service was good, portions extra large. We plan to return and will make sure we check with the server about what exactly we thinking we're ordering when it comes to the takeout, if we do that again. ETA: The takeout we took home was definitely missing the moussaka. The rest of it (pastitsio, pie, and beans) did not taste that good at all. We might give them another try, but we aren't in a hurry to return.

We sat down anyway and eventually was greeted by a woman with menus and she returned with waters. After that we were never attended to for approximately 22 minutes after that. This was a Friday afternoon approximately 1:45 and the restaurant seemed 40% full. Wait staff didn't seem too interested in being in the dining area at all. We ordered chili, a Cuban sandwich, and chicken bites. The chili had large chunks of onions that didn't add much flavor. The Cuban sandwich had a strange taste, almost as if the grill hadn't been cleaned properly, and the chicken bites were not good at all. We asked for the chicken bites to come out first, followed by the chili and sandwiches, but everything arrived in a different order. The sandwich also came with potato salad that was soggy and lacked flavor. The waitress seemed very busy managing tables while also attending the bar. Overall, it was definitely not a great experience. I've honestly had better meals at simple bars than at a restaurant that is supposed to take more care with its service and food quality. My stomach didn't feel well afterward, and I couldn't even finish my dinner. They may want to improve their food and service if they hope to keep customers coming back--although perhaps they already have a clientele that enjoys it.
