I hate writing this review because I've actually ordered from them before [had it delivered to my home] and everything came out amazing... But I ordered again today to have it delivered to my work and it was pretty bad. It took them almost 2 hours to bring my food, which sent up red flags to begin with. I called and was just told "Oh there's traffic but it's being delivered." When I finally did get my food, most of it was cold except for the tikka masala [warm]. My coke was warm instead of cold. My Chicken 65 was well overcooked. It wasn't juicy, there was tons of dry seasoning all over it and uncooked peppers. The sauce that comes with it [can't remember the name, but it is green] is usually really good so I always order extra but this time it was just really watery with almost no flavor. I've ordered this dish a lot from other places and I've never had it like this before. The tikka masala, which is different from other restaurants I've ordered it from, while it has good flavor, again the chicken was not cooked properly. This chicken should fall apart, almost melt but it was over cooked, or simply not prepared appropriately. I guess I'll just have to stick to my usual regular spot. They don't deliver, but at least the quality in food is always amazing. read more

We ordered through Uber Eats last night. The order was lamb tikka masala and lamb vindaloo with naan. We like to get different things and share. Both were ordered MILD. The lamb tikka masala was so spicy that the first bite I took I coughed and then sneezed. It was super spicy. It was also extremely salty. So salty and spicy that I couldn't eat it. The lamb vindaloo was good and the rice was also good. The naan was pretty good too. So I guess it's just getting lucky with the dish you select whether you'll be able to eat it. After an hour, a polite staff member from the restaurant calls, and says the driver is outside, (which he wasn't) and he has been calling my phone (also, not true). Well, 4 phone calls later (she is assuring me that she is talking to the driver), and 3 "Please hold" later, she returns to the call and says- I believe he has been at the wrong address. We found this place on Grubhub and it was the best Indian food we've ever had. We both had lamb dishes. I tried the lamb rogan josh and my hubby had the Lamb Saag Paneer Gosht. Indian Grill was fantastic! We went during lunch and had the buffet. Everything I tried was very tasty. They had fresh Naan bread that was absolutely to DIE for!!! We had a couple of vegetarians in our group who were disappointed they didn't have a vegetarian curry. So we said something to the owner/chef (not sure if he was the owner, but he acted like it). He immediately came to our table asking questions about what we would like and cooked a fresh vegetarian curry for our table. He even allowed us to take the leftovers. Sadly customer service has failed. I received rotten bread pudding and they refused to refund me for it. My containers were also cracked and inverted so that the plastic was in the curry. Love the food here! We ordered from this place a week or so ago thru Uber Eats and it did not disappoint. I ordered my usual fav Indian dishes: bhindi bhaji, veggie samosas, regular naan and jasmine rice. My food was amazing! Flavors were spot on, everything was piping hot and delicious. Don't let the fact that this used to be the location of a Dairy Queen fool you. The food is delicious and everyone working is really friendly. We used Grubhub to get some takeout from Indian Grill. The food was very good. I had butter chicken, mildly spiced, my spouse had the curried lamb. The chicken was perfect! There was a nice burn, but not too much. I heard the lamb was good. The naan was excellent too. Everything was perfect, except for the delivery guy. He complained the tip wasn't enough for the drive he had to make, and asked us for some cash to supplement his charged tip. Not a good practice for the driver to beg for more money. I have to admit, I'm not the biggest fan of Indian food. But I ate here and my opinion has changed. We had the Dinner for 2 meat special. It was sooo much food. Appetizer, one if 3 dishes, one meat dish if your choice, one vegetable dish of your choice, naan and dessert. We had to take some home. The staff was friendly, and the owners made us feel so welcome and at home. They asked for any criticism I may have about the food or anything, I had none. I now found a new spot for me and the wife. From Norcal to Atlanta this is on my top 2 list for favorite Indian restaurants (the top 2 tie for first place). The flavors and quality of the ingredients are great and the service has been outstanding. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for great food and warm service. The food is good, we had food delivered from here, the goat karahi was good although i was a bit disapointed about goat to onion ration in there i.e., too many onions, the container also came with a broken lid and everything smelled a bit goat karahi-ish in the bag, chicken tikka was appropriately flavored ( smaller portion than many other restaurant), the dal was a downright disappointment , the nan was smaller than many other nans, i suspected it looked and tasted a bit like the frozen nan you get in store , the veg samosa was a down right atrocity, it was burned. There were also two tiny sauce containers, I have no idea what the green sauce is, it looks too toxic in color to be a podina chuttney, all in all 3 stars. I STILL decided to give it another chance because I wanted delivery again and this was the only option at the time. I've ordered delivery from here at least twice a month since the pandemic started. My wife loves the vegetable samosas and the tamarind sauce. I've been working through the various entrees, and so far the Paneer Korma and Chicken Pasanda have really hit the mark. The Chicken 65 is hit or miss, maybe due to differing chefs, but most often is quite good. Delivery in the local area is fast, and the drivers are always cheerful. Came here on a Tuesday evening with a friend. The food came quick. The food we ordered was delicious! (Vegetarian friendly) There wasn't a wait time to be seated since we were the only ones inside. The outside may discourage people to walk in but it is definitely a hidden gem! Only reservations about my experience is not because of the food but the service...somewhat. Our server was nice but I believe this may be her first job...not sure if she was familiar in how the menu worked (ex. I work close by and eat here about once per month. Unfortunately, the quality has has steadily declined since opening ~1 yr ago. Interior is always unclean and highly disorganized- racks of clean dishes sit on tables with dirty/used plates, buffet glass, serving dishes, and doorhandles are visibly stained and greasy. All the meats are bone-in, which requires you to pick the meat from an array of small bones and cartilage pieces. The base gravies are pretty good, but many of the spices are left whole, so biting into a cardamom pod or clove is inevitable. Today might be my last lunch. read more

This is definitely the best Indian food I've ever had in my life. Much better than the Indian food in Little Five Points. The deals are great through Yelp eats 24 and Groupon. My favorite items to eat are the veggie samosas, chicken tikka masala, lamb tikka masala, the spinach paneer, and chicken Tandoori, the garlic naan, the cucumber raita sauce, the mango lassi drink and the chicken 65 plus the chicken wings are really great. The dining experience is better than the delivery experience because the server and the chef are very generous and hospitable and kind. They gave great advice about the best things to eat and had excellent recommendations and did not steer us wrong. We also received a discount card when we left which was a very nice gift. I love Indian food. This is one of the best restaurants we have ever eaten at. We had lamb vindaloo and chicken tiki plus veggie samosas and garlic naan. All the food was delicious, but that garlic naan was THE BEST I have ever had. My daughter said she would marry the guy who made it ( I think she was serious). It was also affordable; we got a groupon for $25 for $40 worth of food. Great food, amazing service, unbelievable value.
