I was curious to see how all these flavors would work together but it was all delicious. I loved the crunch from the walnuts, the sweetness from the cranberries, and the creaminess of the feta. I can't say I've ever had a salad with cauliflower in it either but it was actually really good. For $19, I was really impressed with the quality and serving size especially of the salmon.
