The first few times I ignored it, but after it happened again, I called the restaurant and informed them about the issue, hoping they would improve their food hygiene. Unfortunately, it has happened again. Finding hair in food once can be a mistake, but four times shows a serious lack of quality control and cleanliness. This is unacceptable, especially when customers are paying for their meals. I hope the management takes food safety and hygiene more seriously so that other customers do not have the same experience.
