Pushy sales tactics by the sole owner, Erica. The business looks kind of run-down inside. The decor looked secondhand and the paint and wallpaper looked as if someone did it with their eyes closed. The sign outside about it not being a medical facility is real. They don't have any sort of answering service. Which is great if you're actually trying to schedule a service or speak with anyone at all. During my consultation when she was telling me how much I needed the services they were pushing, I noticed her missing nail. She didn't look like someone who owns a medspa. Unfortunately, I still bought an overpriced package from her. I had three sessions but they kept rescheduling, and on my fourth session no one even showed up. I spoke with Erica twice about getting my money back for my unused sessions and she pointed out I signed a contract that says no refunds. I wish I had a copy of this contract. All this to say, I think she is in desperate need of money because the business is struggling and doesn't make very much. The pictures on social media aren't of the business at all. This place is an absolute RIP OFF AND SCAM!!! I understand having a non refundable deposit if a client cancels the day of which I was involved in a motor vehicle incident and called one hr prior to my appointment time at 3:30 letting them know of my situation and asking if I could come later. The girl I spoke with was so nice and sensitive to my situation stating that she was doubtful I'd lose my deposit of 29 $ and it would be transferable however without permission I was charged the full 179$ for no service. Before noticing this a lady by the name of Ericka was given the phone. And she was pushy about me adding more services and to reschedule never considering the fact I told her about having my car being towed due to accident she just kept insisting I reschedule even though I told her I would call when I had time to look at my calendar. NOWHERE In Any paperwork or contract does it say they will charge 150$ or the price of service without performing it. I am completely devastated as of my day could get any worse I get ripped off by what I wanted to be much needed pampering. I had the best experience and amazing results at Indiana Medical Center! the girls worked hard to achieve results at every session. They always went above and beyond to keep me happy. Everything we talked about on my first consultation was addressed and the difference is visible and obvious. I'll definitely come back for more treatments. Buyer beware!! Do not and I repeat DO NOT receive services from this facility. They convince my husband and I to get a package and it was a waste of money. Now we are stuck paying for 2 years. My frustration with Indiana Medical Center is far beyond total disappointment! * I had sent messages back-and-forth to Indiana Medical Center about what they had to offer. I feel I was totally talked into buying packages! I told them I was either going to go through them or back to Bloomington Dermatology for Cool Sculpting. I DEFINITELY SHOULD HAVE GINE BACK TO COOL SCULPTING!!! It was a total waste of money going through Indiana Medical Center! I spent over $3000 and had very minimal results! * I'm retired and working part time for insurance. I had taken money out of my savings account just to do something special for me! It was a total, total waste of money and time! *I think I only had inches off one time. * Absolutely no difference in my arms. * Absolutely no difference in the flabby part of my inner thigh. * I can see minimal change on the back of my legs...but very minimal. * I was told in the beginning that my thighs would be the only part of my body that would require two sessions off of my package. My tummy and arms ended up being two sessions each time! I understand they have two machines, but if you tell a client upfront that you're only going to be charged a certain amount of sessions, that should remain for that client. * I was also told when we were doing my tummy, the upper tummy would "fall down"and even everything out. Seriously? That most definitely didn't happen! * There is a suction part of my sessions didn't happen until middle way through my procedures. * They pressure people to leave a review before their sessions are even finished! Excuse me? I love to leave reviews but I'm going to wait until the end of my sessions so I can leave an honest review. * I worked on my arms, thighs and tummy with several sessions on each area! Had an initial consultation after purchasing a Groupon for "six sessions". I was told that I would need at least 10 sessions to be happy with the results and my Groupon deal would cover one. That should have been a red flag. I paid a hefty deposit and scheduled my first appointment but had to cancel it later that same day. I called to cancel and get a refund of my deposit to be told they don't give refunds but they will hold my deposit for a future treatment. Don't buy the Groupon, don't schedule a consultation, and don't pay them anything unless you just have money to throw away. Very disappointed!!! read more

I visited this business about a month ago. I called and spoke to Erica, the owner about cancelling my future session and a refund on the amount that was left over from one session. Erica advised it was no issue to cancel future session and she would issue me a refund. This is $600 that is owed to me. It has now been a month and she will not refund my money nor respond to me. The Nurse Debbie that she has perform the procedures gets distracted easily and if she is, she will burn you with the device she uses for the procedure. Erica is not an honest or nice person and I would not recommend this place. They are a joke. read more
