Now with their coffee, I personally prefer an authentic phin drip cà phê sữa đá for the rich flavoring, as I believe this is just bottled lees coffee. It's still good, but could be better. I asked about refills of the very, very modest portions of banchan (sides), which I'm used to being free and was told that they would be $3/ea, so I declined. Just a reminder that accidents happen. The issue isn't even the soup at that point, it's the lack of understanding and customer service. I also want to give Alexis credit because she handled the situation with respect and kindness the entire time, rushed to help clean up, treated the customer well, and actually tried to help her out. Her periodic checks on us were non-intrusive, and again, timely. The cocktails, the appetizer and the main entrees were all very good, The layout of the restaurant is nice as well, good vibe. BUT, we came for my wife's desire for a bento box entree. They are available for lunch only. The restaurant name threw off our expectations. Beyond that minor nit, it was a very good all-around dinner.
