A family member had recommended I get a suit from here and at first I didn't think too much of it. I had no idea how much of an experience getting a suit could be. We had an upcoming wedding to attend and it was a really special one so getting a nice suit was really important. I honestly can say I never had a better tailoring and overall service experience in my life. I was able to sort thru so many different options and browse all different kind of fitments. Ky who I believe runs the shop there, is super professional and made me feel really comfortable in a world I didn't really know. He helped me dial in a perfect color and style for the suit I would end up being really happy about. I absolutely loved the classy approach and ideas he had for me to go with and found the whole experience to be awesome. I thought the price was great for such a high quality suit. The details were what made it exceptional to me I ended up matching my girlfriend dress super well based off only pictures. 10/10 will go back for my next suit and even had some friends compliment me at the wedding, to which I sent them Indochino's way. Posting this for my fiance who was extremely let down by Indochino UTC, but is too nice to complain. A number of friends had recommended Indochino for their suits, but we definitely won't be doing so. He scheduled an appointment a few weeks ahead of time for a Sunday, and even had his groomsmen tag along. When they arrived, there was a huge lack of customer service. Whoever was assigned to him barely did anything to help or even guide him through anything. The selection was good though and not as overwhelming as he expected considering it was fully custom. He was able to look through the fabric samples and pick a few things out. They didn't really have actual suits to try on, just the samples. When he had selected something, they had told him it was out of stock! For a custom suit?! And this couldve absolutely been discovered so early on if the guy had just helped. He put in a different color and gave him a price. It was decent value for getting a custom fitted suit, but was not worth the hassle of not getting what he actually wanted. The guy literally also told him to go check Suit Supply as they were leaving, and thank God he already planned to because he ended with much better service there. read more

Came to the store and they fixed everything (some items had to be remade). I got to keep the items that needed to be remade since I bought the outfit for an event. My fiancé was looking for a custom tuxedo for our wedding and we ended up at Indochino because Men's warehouse, Friar Tux, and other stores that we looked at were either too expensive or they couldn't provide what he was looking for. Don't get me wrong anything custom is going to be a little pricey, but at Indochino we got the most bang for our buck. Pretty much everything is customizable from the buttons, the lapel, the material for both the jacket & pants, etc. We even got our initials and the wedding date embroidered on the inside of the jacket because it was included in the package! Our entire experience was handled by Edward. He was very knowledgeable and professional as he was juggling multiple customers questions/requests. We had a lot of questions, but wasn't condescending and was very patient. The same day we walked in to just browse, we ended up paying for everything and Edward was able to take my fiancés measurements right then! Overall great experience! read more

You handled the measurements and completed the new alterations in just three hours. Was having touble finding a suit that says," This is me" for a gender fluid person. Was not interested in paying for an off the rack that would need a lot of alterations. The crew at Indochino were super patient and helpful in getting the right fit and look. Price was reasonable for a basic black suit if you consider the alternatives to get the desired outcome. I brought in three suits from my weddings that needed tailoring - some were too tight and one was too loose - and they took the time to understand what needed to be fixed. Two of the suits were three-piece suits, so there were a lot of pieces and adjustments involved, but they handled everything professionally and efficiently. Pedro was phenomenal, and I really appreciated that they prioritized one of my suits that I needed sooner while still taking care of the rest. I had invested a lot in these suits, so it meant a lot that they were able to help make them wearable again after a couple of years. INDOCHINO = The United Healthcare of 'Custom' Suits 1 No Refunds 2 Cheap, ill-fitting suits from China 3 Bring someone w you bc the showroom bros will tell you every looks "really good" while they joke about you behind your back 4 This will be THE worst customer support experience of your entire life 5 If the manager tells you to "come see the tailor M-F before 5", don't cancel your meetings or take off of work early because THE TAILOR DOESN'T EXIST. It will be the same exact frat bros using ipads and their bare hands to take "measurements" 6 After several rounds of alterations, just know that this is as good as it will get... if you ask them to remake the garments, they will just tell you to talk to their corporate support team, and that team will tell you to go **** yourself 7 No Refunds I wish I could more constructively craft the titanic level of disappointment and frustration that working with Indochino to get 2 suits made over the span of 5 months has caused me and my partner, but I cannot. I'm just glad I haven't disputed a single transaction with my bank in over two decades, because that appears to be the only way I'll be getting any sort of justice here. read more

Showed up for my appt only to be turned away due to needing my suit in a month. Thought it was advertised 2-3 week turnaround. But really wish when they called me to confirm my appt they could have relayed that information so I could have just cancelled instead of travel 30 minutes for nothing.
