Yes, I love their style of clothes! I've bought so many pieces from the Palo Alto store. However, during my recent visit on October 7, 2023 to this location during the afternoon, the staff did not offer to help me. I had approximately 6 pieces to try on and no one helped me find sizes I needed or a fitting room. I went to the cashier and she just pointed towards the fitting room. There were at least three employees working and discussing how much money they needed to make to hit their daily mark, but no one could be bothered to help me. There was probably one other patron in the store, so it wasn't busy. Anyways, needless to say I left without purchasing anything from the store that day. There were plenty of other stores willing to help me find products and clothes I needed. read more

Go see Marcus at AllSaints. He provided me with such a wonderful experience that I even picked up the phone and called to let the store manager know. AllSaints is known for their leather jackets. They are expensive, but quality. I purchased one for my boyfriend 4 years ago and it was time for him to return the favor ;P He picked one out for me online and ordered it. I wasn't 100% in love with it, and when you are spending $600-$700 on an investment piece, you should LOVE it. We visited the store to try and find one I liked better. A few different people helped me out, and everyone was very attentive, but Marcus happened to be walking by and offered some advice on which styles he liked and why. He is super knowledgable in textiles and leather. His advice helped me solidify my choice, and he even pulled a few different jackets in the same style and size, just because each leather piece will look and feel different, since leather is not manufactured. I settled on a jacket that I loved and I was so glad that he took the time to address all my concerns and never once made me feel rushed. Thanks again, Marcus! Thank the lord for Arturo because he seriously saved my life. My very first leather I ever bought for myself was from All Saints was stolen 3 months after I bought it. Absolutely devastated, I had to just immediately go buy another. Unlucky for me, they were completely out of stock, other than ONE in my size in Northern California. Arturo was able to pull some strings and get the jacket down here. This has always been my favorite brand for a couple years now and the store always has something I like. The customer service at this location however is terrible. The past couple of times I've shopped there I got absolutely no greeting or help from the 2 male associates and I'm usually the only one in the store. Not only is it unprofessional but it makes the shopping experience pretty awkward. I had to go up to him to get his attention for a size cause I guess he was too busy on his phone. He rang me up and just stood there in silence not saying a word. Not a good look when you have that kind of attitude paired with the pretty pricey clothes that they sell. There is one girl that works there that is super nice and always attentive which is why I was generous with the 3 stars. read more

I love shopping here but terrible customer services. I asked the lady to get the size of some clothes. She told me it's on the manikin so she can't let me try it on. I asked another lady to help me out, she got it for me. Some of them are nice but some of people working there, they just chit-chat, they don't care about customers. They don't even say thank you to the people made a purchase. They just hire pretty women and let them talk while getting paid. Terrible terrible just terrible experience. I searched all day for a leather jacket, and finally went to all saints. Kevin was super helpful as I tried on an unreasonable number of jackets, in different sizes, over and over again. If I'm gonna spend $600 on something, I want to make sure it's right! He was super patient and the jackets here were of consistent quality and style, and they have a great selection compared to the other stores I visited, including big department stores. I ended up buying a black cargo biker jacket that I'm sure will see me through many a southern california winter. read more

Love the clothing here! Got myself a coat for the upcoming winter season. The clothing has a nice slim fit to it and is different. Yes, it's expensive, but I'd rather save up and buy one piece of quality made attire that looks freaking amazing rather than having a bunch of H&M crap.
