They wore shoe covers when coming into my house, and they were very knowledgeable and communicated what they needed (like turning on the faucets in my bathrooms when the main water line was shut off). I had bought the utility sink that I wanted to replace my old one with so Andrew and Gustavo figured out the new piping that needed to be put in, and went the extra mile to make sure that the install of the sink was perfect by stabilizing the sink so it wouldn't be so shaky. We hired JR Plumbing to come repair a leaking toilet and fix the heating system which was making a rattling noise. We were about to sell our home so the upcoming inspection was important! Guy shows up with literally no tools and spent about a total of 9 minutes in in our home.. The plumbing job was to replace the toilet seal, the most rudimentary plumbing repair in all of plumbing in my opinion. (Spoiler alert, the toilet is still leaking, even as I write this review) The HVAC job was to quiet the noisy furnace. Dude actually listened to the heater and then just looked at me and said "well it sounds like you have a noise there." Then instead of going to his truck/car to grab the appropriate tools to complete the job (as I would have expected), he asked if I had tools he could borrow MY tools! Long story short, nothing was fixed. And that was the extent of his "expert" help. We got charged $160 for two items that needed repair and they're LITERALLY in the exact same condition as they were prior to their visit. **WHEN WE CALLED TO COMPLAIN, we were informed it was the OWNER of the company who "attempted" to make the repairs. Oh, and they REFUSED to refund my $ TO ANYBODY READING THIS, seriously (this IS the point of Yelp, right?) I would think long and hard about calling this company, for anything. Complete incompetence.
