The most frustrating part was that I got home and realized she had put only one coat of color on my right hand. It was quite noticeable once I saw it. I don't live nearby, so I had to drive 20+ minutes to go back and have them correct it. No apology for the inconvenience. There were a couple of other issues I had the first time around, as well (painfully scraping the nail file on my toes as she was filing; started using the wrong color and then placed the blame on me). Again. No big deal. No one is inspecting my nails except myself. The thing that I'm most disappointed about is the nail chip. It has only been 1 week and 1 day since I got them done. It started off as a fracture line and the dip piece just fell off. I have fracture lines in other areas not picture so I am expecting pieces to start falling off soon. It was also $40 for dip and with tip it comes out to almost $50. Pretty expensive for nails that lasted a week. I won't be returning. hope the nail techs can use this review to improve.

Lately I've been going to some pricey places, only to leave disappointed... techs who put minimal effort into the pedicure and the results. The tech at A&T noticed my heels right away. She started to grate away at them, checking from time to time if they were improving. My heels are like butter now. No cracks or flakes. I also found their prices to be much more reasonable.
