Against all modern wisdom, we decided to check out Industry at 1pm on a Sunday - prime time for the geezers to leave church and make 19th street a parking lot of 5 MPH Buick Regals. Overall, the food is average. But the place tries to be so hipster, they don't serve ketchup with their curly fries. And when you request it, the bottle has barely any left, so squeezing it makes a farty sound. -This is not the place for a first date. The ambiance is fun and there are TVs everywhere, but the place clearly passes the electricity bill on to its patrons. Overall the place is overpriced for a movie theater parking lot restaurant, but the good news is that the high prices keep the old farts away. All you have to do is worry about the new farts from the condiment bottles. read more

OK so we've been here four times now in 10 days... first time we're gonna give them some Grace, even though they messed up our pizza twice.. it was the first week open.. second time was decent.. third time missing things on the menu.. fourth time train wreck!! service was good missing several different things from the menu, absolute, complete, joke, missing, simple things, and the manager is standing around on her phone. I think her job would be go get items missing that are on the menu. Just my thought process as a personal business owner... and she looks like one of the kitchen staff.. very disheartening, great concept, great looking building, but this will be the downfall of them, management, and the lack of understanding the menu and what's on each item.. Excellent variety, quality and space. We tried a burger, steak, chicken, pizza and soup and all were great. And the space is very large with lots of seating, including a private bar and seating (with couches). Adding this to one of our regular spots. Tons of tv's and a large bar. read more

Went here for the first time yesterday. On a Saturday around 4:30 for an early dinner. We were immediately sat and our waitress was Autumn. She was very attentive and checked on us alot and answered all our questions. We liked her. The atmosphere is also really cool. We each got drinks, my husband got the old fashioned and it was good. Made properly with just one big piece of ice, just how it should be. I ordered a long island ice tea and not sure the bartender knew how to make that. It had no coke splash in it and really just tasted like a whiskey sour. That was the only downfall out of the whole experience. We got the chips, salsa and queso and was delicious! I got the grilled salmon with charred broccolini and loaded baked potato and my husband got the chicken fried chicken with mashed potatoes and gravy and fried okra. My salmon was delicious! It came out very hot which is rare I've noticed when I order salmon at many places. The broccolini was definitely charred and tasted good and the loaded baked potato was awesome! It had real pieces of cut up bacon instead of bacon bits. My husband's chicken fried chicken was really good and huge! He ate the whole thing. He said the okra could have used more seasoning but was still very good and was the potatoes. We'll definitely be back and make our way through more items on the menu! read more

Management at the Moore location is terrible. Went there for the NBA game 7 final game. First half sound was great, but the management and owners refused to turn the volume up so you could hear the commentators and the sound of the the game for the 2nd half. I didn't go there to hear the voices of everyone in the building, I went there to watch the game and for the environment but was very very disappointed that the management refused to turn the volume up for the game for a better experience that was expected. You have TV's that surround the whole area and a sound system that should accommodate the amount of TV's but I guess it was too loud for the owner and the manager and they didn't seem to care about ruining a great experience for everyone that spent good money in their establishment. I will never go there to watch a sporting event ever again, possibly never again period. I complained to my waitress several times and she actually agreed that the volume should be turned up and talked to the management, but they still refused to turn the game up to make it a better environment and experience. I even expressed not being able to hear the game to the management before I left, but they are complacent and didnt seem to care. The management ruined an amazing time for Oklahoma City history by not allowing their patrons to have a better experience in their establishment. I would not recommend going there for any sporting event if you want to actually enjoy the game and hear what is actually being said by the commentators, the management will not accommodate you. I hope this place fails or they find better management that will give patrons a better experience when spending good money. I could have stayed home and had a better experience. read more

REALLY GOOD!! We had the hangover burger, curly fries, and the chicken fried steak. They were all really tasty and hot. The hamburger patty was a very quality patty and hearty. Not like a typical restaurant patty. The chicken fried steak was really good and flavorful and we're kind of picky about CFS. The Brussels sprouts were just ok, but that's just a taste thing because I don't care of sugary stuff on my Brussels sprouts. Service was great, hubby's beer was as expected. Overall, awesome! 8:00pm on a Saturday with another couple. It was not busy and the restaurant was about half full. Took 50 minutes to get our food. My tequila lime chicken had no flavor, was dry and chewy. My mushroom risotto came 10 minutes after I got my entree and it was rice not risotto! They should have told me they were out instead of trying to pass off rice as risotto. We wanted to try this new restaurant in Moore we're it just to be a buffet stile restaurant. We walk in and was loud since the place game was about to end we sat in a booth and waited 15 minutes a waiter came with the menu and wallk away to come back in 10 minutes took the order and bring 2 iced tea it took a 20 minutes for her to get back and let us know the item in the menu was out so we change it to another dish that took another 15 minutes and we were still waiting so I ask the server that I wanted to pay for the 2 iced tea since it was taking to long after that the Manager walk to the table and said that if I already order from the menu I was obligated to pay I told him that I disagree whit that he start asking me were do I work if that was relevant to the issue after that his Co manager was carrying the dishes that we order and trow it to the table and walk away I don't blame the server since apparently didn't was trained right I know that if you work in the costumer service world you need to have great costumer service and not fill the need to be rude and ugly Just because you have the Manger title does not mean you can treat your costumers with out respect. I give this place thumbs down for service and attention to your GEST. read more

Very disappointing. They didn't have half the drinks on the menu, the old fashion was nothing like an actual old fashion. Figured we would try the nachos because there is no risk in that, nearly impossible to mess up nachos...... well they sure showed us! Nachos were not good so we definitely will not return. The waitress was nice but we went for the food and drinks and for the lack there of they get one star. Hope they make some changes for the better because it definitely has potential. read more

It seems that the normal (Blonde) bartender in the morning is more interested in talking to her regulars and talking on her phone than helping new customers that would drive more business. She stayed on the opposite side of the bar 95% of the time I was there. I was out of a drink on several occasions and had to flag her down for food and drinks, the manager was to busy being her friend to correct her bad behavior. We never had the chance to taste the food here. We arrived at 6:20 and were promptly seated. There is a lot of space, and while it had the appearance of a sports bar, the televisions were no where close to where we were seated, in the Southwest corner. Evidently, we were placed where there were no servers. I thought one was coming over, but after making eye contact, she went in another direction. I just wanted to try the food, but after sitting in our seats for 17 minutes without contact; we left. If you find yourself in Moore, and are thinking about eating here, you may want to reconsider and go across the street. read more
