So I headed in right after the work rush. It was pretty crowded, but that is expected. They have plenty of space (indoor and outdoor) and hahe TV's for everyone (definitely sports bar style). I sat at the bar and got served immediately. The staff was super friendly even though they were busy. They have a full bar and quite a few beer options on tap. I tried the eggroll and the burger, since it was supposed to be good. The eggroll was decent, a little dry but the sauce helped a bit. Comes with some sweet sauce and Dijon on the side. The burger was Good though. It came out and it was huge. The burger is messy but that's not an issue lol! You'll sit underneath the burger on fries and be full and not even though you got full. It had a pretty good flavor to it. I would definitely go back for the burger alone if need be. Overall I would definitely come back. Came here for the first time a few weekends ago and was not disappointed at all! Our server was attentive and made sure to check on us throughout the meal! Food and drinks came out pretty quick and it all tasted great! I ordered the dumplings and chili (both fantastic). I don't normally like to order dumplings at restaurants but was pleasantly surprised by theirs! The crab dip was sooo good but we ran out of the bread before the dip (typical). My friends come here pretty often and I can definitely see why! Great place to come with a small group and catch the games during football season! First time visitor here and here's what I have to say. 1. Parking garage is nearby and the restaurant will validate your ticket. Once your ticket is validated you must leave out of the garage within 15 minutes. 2. I'm all about first impressions. Reprint the menus or simply go with a QR code. 3. We ordered lobster nachos as an appetizer and they were out of lobster. Instead our server suggested chicken as a substitute which worked. The toppings weren't just on the top, they were throughout the nachos which is a plus. I thought we wouldn't want to order entrees after eating them but we still had room for more. 4. My daughter loved her burger. She mentioned to me the mac and cheese was definitely cheesy but needed more "seasoning." We prefer not to add salt to our food once it is prepared so needless to say, the Mac & Cheese remained. I ordered the spaghetti with meatballs and it was pretty good. It was even better when I could use Parmesan cheese out of my frig. The Parmesan there wasn't tasty and had an unpleasant odor. There weren't a ton of guests present when we arrived but by the time we left, the place was becoming packed. I still don't quite understand why it took us to long to receive our food. It was a game day or anything. Our server was pretty much the highlight of this visit. I hope she had a blessed birthday as she sported her birthday sash. The hush puppies were good and the sauce was great. The pizza had ricotta and mozzarella along with pepperoni and hot honey and was amazing. First time trying with family yesterday and we enjoyed the food but the service was terrible! Ordered an appetizer and it took well over 30 minutes or more just to get an egg roll appetizer! After repeatedly asking server who kept saying it was coming, I finally got up and found a manager. The appetizer all of a sudden appeared, then immediately our entrees came out. Didn't have a chance to enjoy the appetizer because of eating our main entrees. Manager comes back with appetizer in her hand and says, oh it arrived. Mind you, our entrees are there as well with the starter! Now what really upset me was the fact that the manager was made aware of the situation, and didn't try to make it right by taking it off the check or apologizing! A paying customer to your establishment had to literally get out of his seat to address an issue with an order. I would think that warrants an apology or comp to make things better. What in the heck are you managing for the owner then? To management, this was a very bad experience I must say. Again, food was great especially the Shepherds Pie, but bad service ruins everything! The server I believe forgot to place the order and was just very unorganized the whole time. Nice guy, but just couldn't get it together. I saw another table he was serving frustrated as well you could tell. Never refilled our drinks, saw that we were visibly upset and never apologized. This is not how business is done especially in this city where there's so many options to choose from. I'm very skeptical about returning but we really enjoyed the food. Mike made sure we had everything we needed the entire time, the drinks were on point and service was fast. He recommended the passion fruit and lavender lemon drop, and it was amazing, definitely ask for them if they're available! Me and some friends were looking for a late night place to eat after the Atlanta United game. We have been here before, so one of us had suggested it. We got here around 10:30pm on a Saturday night, so we had to order off the late night menu. I got the buffalo wings, my girlfriend got the turkey burger with mac and cheese, and my friends shared the Brooklyn pizza. All the food was GREAT. My wings were a good size and they tasted quite hot actually (I got hot flavor). A 7/10 wing. My girlfriend's turkey burger, was soooo good. It had all the toppings. A 9/10 burger. The mac and cheese was honestly some of the best mac and cheese I've had, 8/10. And the pizza was pretty good as well, but it felt very thin, a 5/10 pizza. It's amazing how one individual can affect the feeling of a whole business. When I walked into a very busy Industry Tavern at 6:30PM on a Wednesday the hostess could not have made me feel more unwelcome. Since I was not with a group she motioned me to the bar which was full. I checked for any open spots and then returned to the host stand. She glared at me and asked "so, you want to be put on the waitlist or what?" I said "yes, I would like to eat" she looked at me with pursed lips and as much contempt as one person can likely have and asked for my name. I waited 15 minutes or so, and was seated and the rest of my visit was wonderful. My waitress was lovely, the food was good, and the drinks were great. Price was acceptable, but as a business traveler who has a large team in this area, I will never bring my team here out of fear that they would be received as rudely as I was. That's just me. As to the food... My husband had a turkey burger. he complained that the meat was not seasoned and dry. Pretty much the same complaints that he had the first time. The shrimp was nicely seasoned and cooked to just the right level... It was not rubbery or unpleasant on the tongue. They did an excellent job with the shrimp. loved well. The ingredients were fresh and plentiful. The dressing was delicious. I wish that I could have a bottle of that dressing. I would pour it on everything! I also ordered a kale salad. I didn't eat it until several days later. That being said, it was still very fresh when I got to it they were very generous with the toppings, which were delicious. Again, the dressing! These guys are wizards with the dressing! I recommend the kale salad as well. In summary, Industry Tavern is a fine establishment....
