We had the special "pulled pork hush puppies" as an appetizer and the "Sicilian Pizza" which was recommended by David our server. The service was great, the beer was awesome! The hush puppies were good and the sauce was great. The pizza had ricotta and mozzarella along with pepperoni and hot honey and was amazing. Had an awesome experience at Industry Tavern, thanks to our bartender Mike! He was incredibly friendly and welcoming from the moment we sat down. Mike made sure we had everything we needed the entire time, the drinks were on point and service was fast. He recommended the passion fruit and lavender lemon drop, and it was amazing, definitely ask for them if they're available! First time trying with family yesterday and we enjoyed the food but the service was terrible! Ordered an appetizer and it took well over 30 minutes or more just to get an egg roll appetizer! After repeatedly asking server who kept saying it was coming, I finally got up and found a manager. The appetizer all of a sudden appeared, then immediately our entrees came out. Didn't have a chance to enjoy the appetizer because of eating our main entrees. Manager comes back with appetizer in her hand and says, oh it arrived. Mind you, our entrees are there as well with the starter! Now what really upset me was the fact that the manager was made aware of the situation, and didn't try to make it right by taking it off the check or apologizing! A paying customer to your establishment had to literally get out of his seat to address an issue with an order. I would think that warrants an apology or comp to make things better. What in the heck are you managing for the owner then? To management, this was a very bad experience I must say. Again, food was great especially the Shepherds Pie, but bad service ruins everything! The server I believe forgot to place the order and was just very unorganized the whole time. Nice guy, but just couldn't get it together. I saw another table he was serving frustrated as well you could tell. Never refilled our drinks, saw that we were visibly upset and never apologized. This is not how business is done especially in this city where there's so many options to choose from. I'm very skeptical about returning but we really enjoyed the food. Hopefully this gets addressed especially with a manager knowing the issue and didn't try to make things right. Maybe she was too busy having fun with the hostess up front from what I saw. read more

First time visitor here and here's what I have to say. 1. Parking garage is nearby and the restaurant will validate your ticket. Once your ticket is validated you must leave out of the garage within 15 minutes. 2. I'm all about first impressions. Reprint the menus or simply go with a QR code. 3. We ordered lobster nachos as an appetizer and they were out of lobster. Instead our server suggested chicken as a substitute which worked. The toppings weren't just on the top, they were throughout the nachos which is a plus. I thought we wouldn't want to order entrees after eating them but we still had room for more. 4. My daughter loved her burger. She mentioned to me the mac and cheese was definitely cheesy but needed more "seasoning." We prefer not to add salt to our food once it is prepared so needless to say, the Mac & Cheese remained. I ordered the spaghetti with meatballs and it was pretty good. It was even better when I could use Parmesan cheese out of my frig. The Parmesan there wasn't tasty and had an unpleasant odor. There weren't a ton of guests present when we arrived but by the time we left, the place was becoming packed. I still don't quite understand why it took us to long to receive our food. It was a game day or anything. Our server was pretty much the highlight of this visit. I hope she had a blessed birthday as she sported her birthday sash. I really wish we could have tried the lobster nachos. Because of that, the menu appearance and malodorous Parmesan, I can only award 4 stars. read more

The burger I received had to be a sick joke. I hadn't eaten all day due to work and I was looking forward to the meal... until I received it. I ordered the 2x4 burger which is supposed to come with special sauce. There was absolutely no sauce on the burger, no sauce in the bag, they couldn't even include ketchup. This was hands down the driest, flattest, nastiest burger I have ever tried in my life... and I was in the military. That says it all. I paid $20 for them to send me that disrespectful plate. Right next to our hotel and it was packed due to the conference that was going on. Luckily we made a reservation. It was loud and lively and we had our baby with us. Luckily they were able to seat us outside at a booth so we weren't in so much noise and if she was loud she wasn't bothering people. It was the perfect seating arrangement for us. Me and some friends were looking for a late night place to eat after the Atlanta United game. We have been here before, so one of us had suggested it. We got here around 10:30pm on a Saturday night, so we had to order off the late night menu. I got the buffalo wings, my girlfriend got the turkey burger with mac and cheese, and my friends shared the Brooklyn pizza. All the food was GREAT. My wings were a good size and they tasted quite hot actually (I got hot flavor). A 7/10 wing. My girlfriend's turkey burger, was soooo good. It had all the toppings. A 9/10 burger. The mac and cheese was honestly some of the best mac and cheese I've had, 8/10. And the pizza was pretty good as well, but it felt very thin, a 5/10 pizza. They had quite a few pizza options and many other options as well. Definitely a good place to check out either for late night food or just for lunch or dinner. Perfect place to watch the game, and actually good food! A lot of sports are lack on the flavor, but this place has some really good appetizers and food options. The bar is pretty large and has tv all over the place playing any and every sporting event you could want to see. Seats range from booths, to high tops, and around the bar. Not the easiest if you have a large group, but they try to be as accommodating as possible. The staff here were super nice and helpful, remembering a lot of information all at once, in a super loud environment. Shout out to them for being so cool! We got a few food items, including the meatball sliders, the chicken parm sliders, the bahn mi, and fries. Everything hit the spot and was very tasty, with quick service as well, food was faster than the drinks. I did take off one star because the bathroom situation is not great, they have one stall of the girls and that's not enough for how many people were in there, the line would get backed up quickly... but on the bright side they do provide a little tv right by the bathroom so you don't miss any of the game if that's what you're there for! read more

When I walked into a very busy Industry Tavern at 6:30PM on a Wednesday the hostess could not have made me feel more unwelcome. Since I was not with a group she motioned me to the bar which was full. I checked for any open spots and then returned to the host stand. She glared at me and asked "so, you want to be put on the waitlist or what?" I said "yes, I would like to eat" she looked at me with pursed lips and as much contempt as one person can likely have and asked for my name. I waited 15 minutes or so, and was seated and the rest of my visit was wonderful. My waitress was lovely, the food was good, and the drinks were great. Price was acceptable, but as a business traveler who has a large team in this area, I will never bring my team here out of fear that they would be received as rudely as I was. I went back to industry Tavern for takeout. I have to admit the first time that I went, I did not love it. My husband and I both had burgers and the presentation and flavor were lacking. I still was not happy that I had to ask for a fork and knife and ketchup. I was prepared because of what happened last time... But I would've been very upset if I had gotten to my destination and didn't have the proper utensils. I think it's fair to expect the restaurant to include them in the bag or to offer them. That's just me. As to the food... My husband had a turkey burger. he complained that the meat was not seasoned and dry. Pretty much the same complaints that he had the first time. I on the other hand, tried something completely different. I eschewed the burger, and got the Thai salad with blackened shrimp. It was exquisite. The shrimp was nicely seasoned and cooked to just the right level... It was not rubbery or unpleasant on the tongue. They did an excellent job with the shrimp. loved well. The ingredients were fresh and plentiful. The dressing was delicious. I wish that I could have a bottle of that dressing. I would pour it on everything! I also ordered a kale salad. I didn't eat it until several days later. That being said, it was still very fresh when I got to it they were very generous with the toppings, which were delicious. Again, the dressing! These guys are wizards with the dressing! I recommend the kale salad as well. In summary, Industry Tavern is a fine establishment.... To find true joy, I suggest that you opt for a salad and skip the burger. read more

So when I got home from the hospital & could not cook for awhile I did Door Dash for the first time. I can without question say that of the places that I ordered from over the course of my recovery, Industry did the very best job of sending me delicious food that was packaged extremely well!
