This recipe calls for one breaded chicken patty, Italian pasta sauce, pasta and cheese. But it's cook wanted to take it to the next level. Which was an epic fail. The chicken, A+. Finally had a go at Indy wait-all-night late after the fireworks and plenty of libations, among other things. A friend frustratingly ordered as he said the phone staff are terribly difficult to communicate with or rude. We were being somewhat difficult, so I can't hold that against them. Just read every other review noting the below-par service. I ordered a western-style specialty burger with onion rings and pulled-pork barbecue on it (the name escapes me and I don't believe the pictures of the menu are up to date on here). A friend and I also shared nachos. Those, in addition to two entrees ordered by other friends took about an hour and a half to get to us (around 3am on a Saturday night and July 4th). The burger I ordered was messy, unattractive, and had little flavor other than the bbq sauce, but it hit my late night booze-filled stomach gloriously. The nachos were very average and my fries were terrible soggy. The other entrees looked cheaper than ball park sandwiches. Indy Wait-All-Night is meant to be a late night option for drunk munching. The bun was soggy, and the mayo on my sandwich didn't even look like a dob, less than whats left on the knife. The toppings were at the bottom, i didn't even dare put them on. They must expect their customers late at night to be stoned or drunk because only those types of people would enjoy their food. The moral of the story is that I would order again, lots of food for an ok price, but never fried food, never again. Only pasta or pizzas or wraps. If you're desparte yeah, it was ok. The only great thing that I can see about this restaurant is that they will deliver late into the evening. Presumably, the only people who would order delivery at 3 AM are people who are completely hammered. Which, incidentally, is the only way I can imagine a person enjoying this food. I called the restaurant and they told me that they would send another. We waited about 30 minutes for a new sandwich to arrive. Moreover, he then told me that they did not make me a new order of fries, so I needed to take the old fries out of the wrong sandwich container and just give him the sandwich back. It was really awkward. I have ordered from Indy All Night for delivery about five times over the past three months while staying at the Staybridge Suites downtown hotel. The food has not been that good any time and I ordered different things each time hoping I would find something I really like since it is convenient to be able to get food late at night/early morning. Last night I ordered a medium meat lovers pizza that came to almost $20 with tax, tip, and delivery charge. The pizza was HORRIBLE! I cannot describe the "flavor" but either the ingredients were old or the chef doesn't know what a true pizza is. When I called to complain, I was treated rudely by a man who I was told was the "store manager," by a woman who answered and said she was the manager until I said I wanted a refund. The "store manager" was condescending and VERY RUDE. He hung up on me after saying "have a good night!" and offering nothing for the bad food. I literally ate only one piece and started to feel sick. I called to request the correct food be delivered since i had already paid. After 30 minutes, I call to check on the phone and was placed on hold and hung up on. I called again and got the delivery driver. I then ask for a substitution be applied to my order and was rudely told no that the order was already made and will not be changed. After 45 mins, I called to check the status and was received with an irate manager saying I misinformed him of my address, but never called to confirm. Me living there for a couple years I'm pretty confident of my address, but ended up getting multiple expletives from the acting manager (we will call him bob) about how I put in a bad order. That's wasn't the issue as much as them running my friends credit card for about $30 dollars but not guaranteeing it would be refunded. I saw a flier from this "restaurant" in my apartment complex's mail room, so I decided to check them out. They are a mostly a delivery/curbside food joint. From the start I knew it was going to be a "special" experience. Cons: 1. Their phone lines are ridiculous, I was determined to try their food so I called three times and waited for 8 minutes the last time before someone finally picked up the phone. 2. When I asked if it would be faster to pick up the food myself or to wait for a delivery, I was asked to pick up the food myself. 3. When I actually went to the place to pick up my food, it was a strange experience. I once again could not get anyone to answer the phone because they only have one option when you call in. "Press 1 to place an order." There should be a separate option for those who are parked outside and waiting to get their orders. I thought it was ridiculous that I had to wait the same amount of time that I waited to place the order. I gave up and went inside. What some other businesses have done is that they have someone looking out for the patrons and then promptly brings out your order when you arrive. Another option is to have "Press 2 to pick up an order." 4. They are located within a club called the ugly monkey, where a bouncer checks your ID before you can enter to pick up your pasta...ridiculous 5.Quality of the food: lacking in flavor. I specifically ordered the spicy chicken Alfredo and it was anything BUT spicy. The packaging was also a turn off as well. The box revealed pasta that seemed as though the sauce and the pasta were slabbed on separately--classy. Pros: They serve food.
