Indy Tow, towed my vehicle last Friday evening 8/4/2924 at approx 10 PM. When I called Indy Pro Friday that evening at approximately 11 PM, I was told that my car was towed due to expired registration at 10 PM and the cost would be $200 for the tow and $30 per day for storage. I was leaving to head out of town that evening and was unable to retrieve my car. My car WAS legally registered. I just hadn't received renewed plate sticker in the mail yet. I renewed my registration online 7/30/2023 which was 6 days prior to the tow. I picked up my car Sunday evening 8/6/2023 at approx 8 PM. I was charged $90 for three days worth of storage I told the black heavy set lady behind the locked door that my car hadn't even been there for 48 hours. I was still forced to pay $90 in order to retrieve my vehicle. I'm pretty sure she didn't make it past the 2nd grade. When I mentioned that was going to file a complaint with the Indiana Attorney General's office and small claims. the heavy set lady told me to go ahead and do it. I will be filing the small claims case within the coming days. I spoke to a Fishers place officer before I retrieved my vehicle. He told me to do the exact same thing. I will be suing for $200, the $90 they claimed I owed for three days worth of storage, the mileage to/from the tow yard to retrieve my stolen car and the cost for my car wash which was $22. They PAINTED numbers on the rear window. I went the the automatic was at Crew Car Wash and the the PAINT would NOT come off. This was NOT chalk. This was PAINT. One of the attendants had to use a razor blade to remove the PAINT. This morning, I called Indy Tow to get the heavy set lady's name and the brash women that I spoke to refused to give me her name and hung up on me. All complaints need to be filed with the Indiana Attorney General's Office, Tows@Indy.gov and The BBB AKA Better Business Bureau. This needs to be stopped! A Fishers police officer told me to file complaint with the Attorney General's office and small claims. read more

These people are terrible. No wonder they were on the news for illegal towing. The towed my car from a parking garage that had a parking tag. Should have looked harder and saved me from missing my flights and ruining my week. Patty is the epitome of what a polite adult should be. The car that was towed was our dealership vehicle. We provided all proper paperwork and notarized documents. I was yelled at and forced to leave. I have over 4 witnesses. Forcing us to apply for a new title is unheard of. Dealerships do not register their vehicles to themselves, they remain open titles to be re-assigned. I spoke the BMV and Secretary of State and even they were appalled that Pro Tow would not release our vehicle. The night crew ended up telling me my papers were all good but asked me to come back jn and pay through Patty. When i walked in this morning she screamed at me and wouldn't listen to a word I had to say. I was trying to explain that her OWNER said my documents were good to go and i didn't need the title application. Needless to day, after illegal towing, 2 days of this, 3 ruthless women and storage fees the car was release. I shot a video of how I was being treated and how unlawful your business is. I am sending it to the mayor and BBB and I truly hope you get shut down. Not because you towed me, but because of the savages that work for you. read more

These people are in cahoots with my Apartments. We have seven open parking places for each 16 apartments. They come trolling every night, or will come on a phoned in complaint about your parking sticker missing from a neighbor. Neighbor told me yesterday, he's been towed 3 times in 6 years, parking sticker fell of was on the floor of the car. Min. $150. a tow I'm pretty sure sure there is a split in fees. Don't know for sure. Be sure and take a body guard with you to pick up car, known high area for shootings. read more

I wish I could leave less stars than this. These people tow whether or not you have a tag, and their employees are classless and rude, and are probably actual car thieves when they aren't getting paid to do it b this "company". They should be shut down and businesses who use their service should be ashamed of associating themselves with these people who have no regard for what their job is, but would rather tow anyone and everyone and overcharge you to get your car back even if they towed you without purpose. read more

My car was towed by these clowns last weekend after being parked in a designated spot since 9:30PM the previous night just because a jackass resident called and said I was blocking people in. It was NOT my car but someone else parked next to me. They towed both cars and it cost me $175 to get it out. Total fraudulent and criminal business practices read more
