This was our second visit to Inferno. I really want to love a local spot and they have so much potential yet they just haven't hit the mark yet. Pizza is decent, beer has potential, staff is not fully trained. We ordered a ceasar salad and they were out of ceasar dressing. Two of us at the table and they brought a bread basket with one roll in it. Beer has nice flavor yet not poured correctly so it falls flat. Our server was very nice and friendly yet we had to ask for basics like utensils to eat our salad. Seperate Bar area. Main dining area has tables and booths. Large patio, though it is not open yet. I want to start by saying Inferno Brewery is very clean and has a nice overall atmosphere. Our waitress, Cheza, did a great job--especially considering she was the only one working the floor. She stayed attentive and handled everything really well. Unfortunately, the food was a big letdown. My mom ordered the meatball sub--the meatballs themselves were well seasoned, but there was no sauce on the sub at all, which made it very dry, and the roll was quite hard. I shared a pizza with my daughter-in-law, and while the dough was amazing, again there was barely any sauce. What was there seemed to separate in the middle, almost like it was too greasy or possibly undercooked. We also ordered the sampler appetizer, which was disappointing across the board. The onion rings were overcooked, the mozzarella sticks were undercooked, and the chicken tasted like it may have been freezer burnt-not good at all. On the positive side, the cider/beer selection had a standout. I tried an orange creamsicle-style cider that was really good. However, the light beers were not enjoyable--one honestly tasted like a dirty shoe, and it wasn't cold. It lacked that crisp, refreshing quality you expect, which makes me think the keg temperature might be off. Stars are for the restaurant being clean and location & accessibility. The service has been a big fail since the very beginning. Staff were looking at their phones and we were totally ignored even first waking in. The food is mediocre at best. They just really need to do better. Nothing special. Right now, it doesn't even seem like the owner cares. Like other reviews, this place has potential, and we were so excited to have it in the community, but ugh, just a let down. read more

This place has such great potential to be 5 stars. The pizza is good, the beers are decent and the atmosphere is pleasant. The service is inexperienced so they miss the mark on little things. The dining room was not busy but they attempted to sit us at the small table by the entry. If we sat there every new customer coming in would be walking by our table. The server was very attentive but we had to ask for basic items. The beers seem ok but I believe the bartender doesn't pour the beer correctly. Each visit the beer looks to be flat but it doesn't taste flat. A beer should be poured with the glass is half full and then straightened out to allow a small head to form on top. They seem to be in a never ending construction mode. One side of the parking lot is full of construction gear. The patio area is unfinished even though they announced that it was going to be ready by this spring. The construction was all in progress when we visited a couple of months ago too. read more

Full bar, good craft beer, great food menu that changes seasonally, amazing service (thank you Genesis!!!), a couple TVs - but more coming...it's a great spot in little Ranson WV! Don't let the menu limit you - they'll customize almost anything you'd want. But don't tell anyone about this little gem because it's not super huge so I still want to be able to get a seat at the bar when I walk in! read more

Stopped by with some neighbors today. Staff was really attentive and knowledgeable of the menu. Our waitress offered us suggestions and recommendations of her personal favorites. The restaurant is still working out some kinks. Today while we were in they ran out of ice. The food was just ok and the tables were kind of tight. We really want to love this place! Tonight we brought friends from out of town. We had no silverware, napkins and had to ask four times for a knife to cut our subs. The kid who delivers the food said we have no silverware or plates, the dishwasher isn't here yet. Really? Then 2/4 entrees arrive and it takes another 15 min for the rest of the meal. The entire flow of this place is just off.. we were so excited to have a new food joint near us and so far this place has just fallen flat. read more

we should of known not to go in just by how dirty and greas the front door was. We were seated promptly but then sat for 10 minutes before we were greeted. we asked for two beers at 5:55 and she brought them at 6:15 AND they were so warm they felt like they sat out in the sun for an hour. we watched a couple come in and sit at the bar and waited so long for service they got up and left after the bartender never greeted them . note there were 2 people at the entire bar so it's not like she was busy . she was texting on her phone around the corner. This is SUCH a great and much needed addition to the area. The pizza is delish. I've only had the regular NY style cheese but definitely looking forward to trying their others with toppings. They have other yummy options on the menu I'm eager to try as well. Their house salad dressing is amazing also - it has a nice little kick to it but not too much. Their half salad portions are a very generous size. The place is clean, new and cozy. They're working on opening up their outdoor deck which, as someone who has dogs and like to bring them everywhere, THRILLS ME. I hope they have permission to do cute fire pits with some TVs so we can enjoy football and hockey games. The service was great too. They're open every day and I can't wait to come back. read more

Only giving a 1 STAR! Taking into consideration this place is new is the only reason I am giving it 1 STAR! Once seated there was no utensils or napkins. After receiving the app we had to ask for plates and napkins and utensils. The napkins were rolled with utensils which only had a knife in it. Our drinks were never refilled. We were never asked if things were okay and if we needed anything. Over charged for a salad which was supposed to come with a meal. The chicken parmigiana was not fresh and the sauce was watery. Do not recommend Andy's pizza. Try for yourself or wait until Andy can get this place functioning the way it should. read more

We have been ordering meals from Andys/Inferno Brewery and WERE happy with what we got. Things have changed!!! For the last couple of orders we placed the servings were disappointing at best. We ordered two similar subs and it was as though the prep person used the meat for one sandwich and spread it into two. The result was two bread sandwiches with some meat, ALOT of lettuce and mayo not much else. We also love the tiramisu and order it frequently and they omitted it from our order. (they did credit us for the omission; but that's Not the point)! Are you just too busy to pay attention to regular customers? Too Bad. We really supported this place and now they seem like the rest of the poor service places in the area. What a shame. read more

If we could leave zero stars we would. The service was poor. 40 minutes to wait on food. No clarification on up charge for whiskey for a drink. Boneless wings were over cooked. Bartender used no tongs to twist lime into drink, then dropped lime into the drink. Cloth napkins with silverware then serve food in baskets. Side dressings were store bought. We are visiting from out of state and heard good things, however after dining at inferno brewery, we will not be returning. Your staff needs training on the order entry system and you need a licensed Bartender or someone with experience. BTW, the women's restroom was out of TP. ​ read more
