Woke up early today Saturday to take my mother for her first ever hair appt scheduled for 9. We get there 9:12 (i believe) and theres a stylist there already working. States the stylist Sarah is on her way. To me is a red flag as if youre doing color & highlights your station would at least be prepped already.. we waited sitting there till 9:45 hoping she would show up..never showed up. The stylist there was kind enough to call her again (no answer) and offered my mom help but i declined. We set this appointment up for her as we have a party later today and had the time slot specifically for this. Waste of time & waste of a drive to sit there for about 40 minutes hoping she would show. This literally ruined the day. Didnt get a follow up call or nothing.
