States the stylist Sarah is on her way. To me is a red flag as if youre doing color & highlights your station would at least be prepped already.. we waited sitting there till 9:45 hoping she would show up..never showed up. The stylist there was kind enough to call her again (no answer) and offered my mom help but i declined. We set this appointment up for her as we have a party later today and had the time slot specifically for this. I loved the work she posted on IG and reached out via text. I sent her what I was looking for and she was super responsive, helpful and nice! We scheduled a consultation and prices what I wanted out into 2 sessions and went through the steps of what she would do. My first session was a cut and dye I had asked to try and match my natural color as close as possible and she did! It was almost identical! I then we scheduled the highlights.
