    Three meat combo
    Robyn B.

Friendly service, Ordered the three meat combo with coleslaw and loaded baked beans. Brisket sausage and ribs. The brisket was kind of dry had an OK flavor. The rib was pretty good. The sausage was by far the the star of the plate. The loaded beans and Coleslaw we're OK the black berry cobbler was pretty delicious.

Treasure and secrets found! It's all about the meat! Although this is a food truck, they take great pride in providing a large comfy and shaded outdoor picnic area on a gravel lot. Well staffed with friendly service, they will check on you to make sure you are enjoying the food! Now for a little secret- It's not on the menu but you can order a 1/4lb of all the meats if you want to create your own sample platter! All were good but the standout favorites were the pulled pork and beef brisket. Maybe I'll try the sides next time but like I've said in all my other bbq reviews, it's all about the meat!

We ordered from here for our get together. Everyone kept talking about how they come for the sweet potato cheesecake (an interesting combination). Everything was good. The potato salad, the chicken, the beans, the rolls, and oh the brisket. The brisket was so tender you barely had to even cut it with your fork. (I didn't try the berry cobbler, the peach cobbler or the sausage however). The sweet potato cheesecake was good, not outstanding, with the pecan topping and a smaller piece. After also a big breakfast, I was absolutely stuffed. It also came with a peach ambrosia lemonade- yum

Enjoyed sitting outside, the weather was nice.

So glad we stopped by for lunch. Delicious! Highly recommend spooning by. Didn't get any food pics, it was that good.

What a find out here along the MINI Takes The States 2018 rally! First off - this is a food trailer. Let 's get that out of the way. The picnic tables are situated near trees, and there seemed to be plenty of shade. Environment is "rustic" but functional. It's 100 degrees this evening, but "it's a dry heat." I could have easily eaten dinner in the shade. Plenty of parking on a parking lot or on the street. The woman who took my order is a big reason for the 5 star rating. She was very cheerful, welcoming, and helpful without being overly verbose. The food came out promptly. Maybe 4 or 5 minutes. I had the 2-meat combo plate with Brisket and Ribs, with bbq beans and potato salad ($15.00). The smoke on the brisket and the ribs is subtle, but sneaks up on you. Good aroma, and good texture. This brisket is among the top 5 I've had (I rank Bludeso's in LA higher, but Bludeso's intense level of smoke sticks with you, and you're "cured" of your smokey bbq cravings for weeks). Not quite as juicey (greasy) as Lockhart Brisket in Texas. InfiniteBBQ's serving portion is generous: I only ate 1/2 of the serving! Ribs were smokey, meaty and juicy. BBQ beans were decent. Potato salad was very good, with a subtle dusting of seasoning salt. I like this salad, alot! Generally, I consider this a good value for the $15. The server mentioned they do a Kings Hawaiian Bread Pull Pork sandwich. Kings Hawaiian is popping up everywhere! I'll have to try the sandwich the next visit. So if Donald L drove 2 days and 440 miles for this bbq, I luckily stumbled across this (using Yelp) after 3 days and 1,400 miles. So if you're cruising through Farmington, NM and want BBQ, this is a great place. I'd come back on my next pass through!

The best brisket we've had anywhere in Texas, an we've been to many top 50 joints, no doubt. A bit out of our way, but absolutely worth the stop! I'm not even the biggest BBQ person, which says a lot--but their brisket is unbelievable, easily the best I've had and still unmatched anywhere else I've tried. It's tender, flavorful, and consistently excellent. My go-to order is the Frito Q pie with green beans and fried okra. The sides are always packed with flavor, and I love that the okra is fried to order--it's always hot and crisp. But my absolute favorite item on the menu has to be the pork rind nachos. They're indulgent in the best way and completely unforgettable. CowBurners has become such a staple for me that I actually plan a stop whenever I'm driving from Nashville to Dallas, just to make sure I get a fix. That alone should tell you how good it is. This is one of those rare spots that keeps you coming back--not out of habit, but because nothing else quite compares.

When we pulled up I was pleased to find a rustic building with both indoor and outdoor seating. The outdoor seating is covered which is nice because it was actually raining that day. There was a large somewhat rowdy group sitting outside as we walked in, so we opted to sit indoors in the AC. It wasn't very crowded and there were plenty of open tables. You order at a counter, and a very polite young man took our orders and said it would be brought out to the table. While we were waiting a very friendly gentleman stopped by the table to welcome us in and see if we needed anything while waiting for our drinks. I was struck by how friendly the staff was and it definitely made a great first impression. I've been pleasantly surprised to find that BBQ places usually have options for vegetarians because of all the delicious sides (which is my favorite part anyway). I was very happy to enjoy a baked potato, mac and cheese, cole slaw etc as my family enjoyed the typical bbq fare. We were given I think one cup of bbq sauce with our plate but were able to get more when we asked the staff. As we were eating, Moma T herself came out and introduced herself, and just like everyone else we met she is one of the nicest people I've met. So super welcoming and even offered us a slice of complimentary cheesecake. It was super generous but we ended up going up to order and pay for two slices of cheesecake. It was very decadent, maybe a little too sweet for me but they had a ton of different flavors that all looked delicious. The customer service definitely earned the 5 stars for me on this one, I would visit again if I was ever back in town.

Drinks and fixings are also self serve. Counter service was good. They only wait on one person at a time, so be prepared to wait if there is a line. Now for the food. I had the three meat platter. Brisket, Hot Links and Ham, Mac N Cheese, creamed corn and Banana pudding. There were four of us so we all chipped in and order a Full Rack of ribs for the table. Brisket: Dry! Once they start slicing it they leave it on the heat table until it's gone. Hot Links: Very Flavorful, IMO not very Hot (spice wise). Ham: it was good, but still bumming over the brisket. Ribs: Meat pulled from the bones for the most part. There was a large fat cap still on our rack; I'm not a fan of a lot of fat, but some people are. Mac N Cheese: tasted Homemade but nothing special. Creamed Corn: Very good, not much heat. Banana Pudding: Detected Something fake about it. Whether they used canned or powdered banana pudding. There was real banana in it, but it gets ruined by the fake flavor I detected! Overall, for my first time eating Texas BBQ, I was disappointed! I am sure there are other places in Texas that can do better.
