My grandchildren wanted pizza so this was the closest place, so this was it. The kids loved it and the food was good. I had a few slices and we enjoyed it. The kids were happy and that is what mattered. They could pick whatever they wanted. read more

I need a walker and I was standing in front when an employee, a friendly and mature woman, opened the door and said to come in out of the cold. I was waiting for my son who was parking the car. I stepped in and we talked until we got to the register. She asked if I wanted a special pizza,I didn't, and rang us up. Pizzas were all hot and fresh, team behind the counter seemed to work well together. Empty plates were picked up quickly. All in all the staff made us feel very welcome. read more

Great place to take kids or a crowd with different tastes. The servers and cooks were very friendly and seemed very happy, smiling and laughing and very attentive. The food was good with a variety of pizzas, pasta with three kinds of sauce-marinara, bolognese (meat), and Alfredo (cream). There was a salad bar with a decent selection of toppings, two kinds of lettuce-romaine and baby greens, and about 8 choices of pour bottle dressings. The dessert pizzas were plentiful. This is the third Infinito's I visited. With good experiences at Lebanon and Lancaster under my belt (so to speak), we trudged off to this location after a day at Grandma's house. So, if you are unfamiliar, this is a pizza buffet. Last night's offerings included cheese, pepperoni, spicy sausage, taco, buffalo chicken, bbq chicken, margharita, veggie, alfredo, hoagie, bacon/homefries. and a few others. Dessert pizzas included cherry, chocolate chip, and smores. There is also a pasta bar and a very well-stocked salad bar. As for the quality of the pizza, well, let's just say this is about quantity and selection- not necessarily quality. You will sample lots of pizza, you will eat a lot, you wlll be filled, and you will wobble out. However, this is by no means Sbarro or Uno's; the pizza is prepared right in front of you, but it is mass-produced. It's certainly not offensive, but it's pizza. It's decent, it's plentiful, and it has plenty of iterations to choose. Of all things, I do think they have a very well stocked salad bar. No, I wouldn't go there just for the salad, but it is a good break for the gullet, and for the digestive system. Cost of the buffet is $5.99, plus drinks. Kids are cheaper, depending on the age. Take out is available, for a pretty reasonable price..$12 for three three-topping pizzas. The food at this Infinito's was similar to others...no better, no worse. Call it a draw. The aspect of this location I wasn't crazy about was the cleanliness of the facility. It wasn't that I found rat hair in my pepperoni, but for the mass of humanity that passes through these doors and put their salivary-fingers on all the tongs, counters, etc. I saw very little cleaning going on. I picked up three forks to find a clean one from the utensil bin. They do bus the empty plates from your table, but between patrons I didn't see any tables getting cleaned off. In some places the floors were dirty, and everything just looked as if it needed to be cleaned well. Bathrooms were clean, but I did the "air lift" for my son, so he wouldn't lean against the porcellin, as 4 year-olds do. Had I seen a little more sanitization in action- or pizza slice spatulas being changed out with each new pizza served, I'd feel a bit less heebie-jeebie. Granted, the place was packed...but...ehhh. Best to BYO hand sanitizer! I'd normally give Infinito's two stars based on food quantity and value, but the heebies drop this a star. read more

Do you enjoy dining to the tune of upper respiratory infections while sitting at a filth-caked table? If so, infinito's is the place for you! Seriously though, they didn't fill the pizza quick enough. The bathroom had no toilet paper. Strangely felt like they washed the table with pancake syrup. Cheap dry pizza as expected. You're paying for quantity over quality at this joint, and they typically deliver. Multiple options, dessert pizza, salad, pasta...they pretty much have it all. It's not going to be gourmet, but for the variety and amount of food you pick up along the way, its well worth the price and effort to check it out. read more

It's cheap, fast food. This isn't high-end eating, it's "I'm hangry and don't feel like spending a lot!", but you knew that before you pulled into the parking lot. My wife and I go to Infinito's every so often, maybe four times a year. My favorites are the non-traditional pizza flavors such as BBQ Chicken, Bacon Chicken Ranch, and the dessert pizza Chocolate Chip. The Vegetable is decent too. The buffet also includes breadsticks, cinnamon rolls, a smallish salad bar and pasta bar. The pasta was overcooked (really soft) the last time I tried it. The one thing they have really expanded is the beverage selections. While it used to just be Pepsi products, they have expanded over the years to include various flavors of iced tea and juice (orange, apple, cranberry and grape). On this last visit I saw that they've also added coffee urns with to-go cups, a nice touch! Be sure to join their Mobile VIP Club - they outline it on their website (text INFINITOS to 49798). They send out text throughout the year for limited time specials such as "buy two beverages and one adult buffet, get an adult buffet free" (which we just used on Sunday). So far, I've been here a handful of times. Mainly to purchase single pizzas. Hopefully one day I'll get to stop in and try out the buffet itself. Walking into this particular location, I get a vibe which is part pizzeria and part Little Ceasars. The dining area is sectioned off from the entrance, so basically you're heading towards the register before things open up on your right. Behind the counter you can watch as they make the many variety of pizzas being prepared for the buffet itself. Essentially the counter doubles as a display of what's ready for consumption. Considering the concept, I think it's kinda cool. There's quite a variety of pizzas to pick from (even dessert style) and you get to watch the staff as they churn out one after another. From my own experience of purchasing single pizzas, I like the fact that they allow you up to three toppings on each. And you have a wide selection to choose from. Are you a meat lover? Then get carnivorous. You say you want Hawaiian style? Well, aloha baby... You get the picture. Just pick up a menu and you're good to go. In conclusion, I am rather impressed by this establishment. It's the only location I've been to so far as I didn't even realize it was part of a chain until recently. Overall I like the concept itself. The atmosphere is unique and the staff courteous. I was just there for the second Saturday in a row. This time order ahead because last week the service was terrible. They dont clean the tables and they all seem like they dont want to be there. This time order ahead because i like the pizza and have been coming to infinitos for a long time. Told me to come in 40 mins i got there and still made me wait another 30 mins. Took my card to charge me and didn't even change gloves. After that the 3 girls working Saturday night went to the back and took their phones out and instead of getting my pizza ready they were just talking and laughing. After handling their phones none of them change gloves and handle food again even the girl wearing black and i asume she is the manager. Will not be coming back to infinitos ever. Never been to the infinito's in reading...but have been to the york and lancaster ones. Food is consistantly good. The staff is friendly and the place is clean. They will make you ANY PIZZA on the menu FRESH and put it up on the buffet. Ask for the Chicken Bacon Ranch or Bacon Cheese Fry....my favorites! Salad bar is full of fresh ingredients and the meat sauce tastes homeade. The chocolate dessert pizza is to die for. amazing quality at a great price. read more

Very disgusting place nothing was clean bathroom tables floors etc..... and don't get me started on the gnats. The people were a very disrespectful staff And manager. I called for a pizza and it wasn't made until the end of my visit. Food was okay but I had to wait for plates to be cleaned. And i called for a to go because i didnt want to go and eat in that place again and they have poor communication and the to go was late i had to wait more then 20 mins for it. If you are looking for authentic Italian pizza, please keep driving as this is NOT the spot for you. If you are on a budget and want a solid selection of pizza with a variety of toppings, a decent little salad bar and some cinnamon buns to finish your meal, this is the place for you. I've been to Infinito's at least a dozen times and have never had a bad experience. I've noted recently that server friendliness has increased tenfold. They must have had customers complaining about service that resulted in a big team meeting or something as it was a very noticeable difference during my last visit. In any event, service was always decent in my opinion and is now much better, especially in the "smiling face" and "how was everything, sir?" department. While it is not the NY style pizza that I typically love, the pizza here is always fresh with multiple toppings/styles available. Off the top of my head, they have stuff like 'taco', 'ham hoagie', 'white', pepperoni, sausage, etc. etc. on their rotating pizza buffet. Plus you can request anything and it will be made immediately for you. This is a solid value, especially if you are feeding a family on a night out. Recommended. read more

HORRIBLE. Never eating there again. Walked in to a majority of tables still with plates and trash all over, our table was so sticky I couldn't pick up my napkin, dry old pizza and pasta was set out, and the staff did nothing but stand around the restaurant in huddles while on their phones. I have mixed reviews on this place. It is my kids favorite spot hands down, and one of our favorites for the pure reason of cost. It is so reasonable for a family of four, especially if you have the rewards card or are a VIP text member. The food is great, staff is super friendly, all is well. Where the negative comes in is #1 the cleanliness. The bathroom walls were literally lined with bugs last week!!! And i am not one to exaggerate, i mean the walls were COVERED!!! It made me sit back and think if this is the area the public sees then what is the kitchen cleanliness like where we can't see??? The other gripe i have is, the entire place at night is Hispanic. I come from a mixed family and love everyone of shapes, sizes, and colors. However, when the entire place is 30 kids running around screaming, fingering up all of the buffet food, and none of them listen or even speak English, THAT wrecks the entire experience for everyone. read more

I took my two grandchildren out for lunch, as this was their choice. Upon arriving I was charged $39 for two children and adults. While I was trying to resolve this with a cashier, and a male employee came over and touch my 9 year old granddaughter on her shoulder and told her she had on a pretty shirt. This was totally inappropriate. We stayed, I'd paid but I had dagger eyes on this person. When my granddaughter went up for her food a second time he spoke to her and asked how she was. I also observed him approach a child about 4 and tried to scoot him on his seat telling him he didn't want him to fall. I spoke to the manager about my concerns and she listened to me, however didn't indicate what actions would be taken. My granddaughter was creeped out (her words) by this man and I personally felt that there was reason to be concerned. Parents, please keep a sharp eye out, it's possible a pedophile is their midst. read more
