The demo looked like it was hell and they made it look easy. I now enjoy a nice clean yard with automated sprinklers I control via my phone. I love the look my San Agustin grass they installed. They ran all the sprinklers system as well and cleaned up the yard. I would definitely recommend Santiago's they had the best pricing and were promptly available.

We discussed what we wanted and he also gave us some helpful opinions on what would look good on our property. We also discussed an appropriate budget for the work that we wanted - straight to the point, very professional, no beating around the bush! Later on, Bryce sent us a detailed quote of the artificial grass that we wanted to put in and the drought tolerant plants that we wanted in the backyard and frontyard. Once we agreed on the scope of work, we signed the contract and scheduled with Bryce when they would start the work. On the first day of work, they sent like 6-8 guys to demo the backyard! They were very punctual and worked really hard! By day 3, they were about 90% done with our project! Throughout the entire process, Bryce did an excellent job with keeping us informed of the progress via text. He was very responsive and answered any questions that we had in a timely fashion. He was also super knowledgeable about plants! At the end of the project, we did a final walkthrough of the frontyard and backyard, and the artificial grass, drought tolerant plants, and pea gravel looked perfect! We also had some drip irrigation installed that worked perfectly! All in all, working with Bryce and his team was a 10/10 experience, would hire them again for any future landscaping projects!

Omar and his crew at Infinitree more than deserve my high praise referral. I took the time to interview plenty of tree trimming contractors. Several were high profile tree trimming contractors with long histories in the LaCanada/Pasadena area. I have seen their trucks in these neighborhoods for many years. Omar was the most impressive during his on-site estimate. His estimate was also very competitive. But, I chose Omar because he seemed to me the most genuine person of all I met. Speaking of the work? Wow! It was on time, efficient, beautifully trimmed, and clean. I had them trim my jacaranda, one of the largest in the community covering three property lines. Infinitree worked safely and proficiently, never harming any neighbor's property and cleaning well beyond what fell from the tree. I was so impressed with this first time visit from Omar and his crew that I brought them back to do an even larger tree. The experience was just as satisfactory. We recently hired Omar and his team at Infinitree Services and couldn't be happier. They trimmed four of our trees and removed two others, including some large trees intertwined with power lines. Southern California Edison crews were also present, clearing branches from lines of neighbors' properties, and Omar's team collaborated with them seamlessly to meet their expecations for line clearance, and handled everything with skill and professionalism. The crew was respectful, efficient, and safety-minded, using barriers during stump grinding, working carefully around the power lines, laying tarps for debris, and leaving our yard spotless after a meticulous cleanup. Omar stood out as an expert arborist, walking me through each tree, giving thoughtful recommendations during the initial consultation, and he also accommodated a last second request to remove a hedge, then grinding down the stump without being asked -- a thoughtful extra touch. From the moment I spoke with Omar I knew I was in good hands. Our property had been neglected for years so there was much to be done. Omar was professional and courteous, as was his team. He changed his schedule to address some trees that needed to be trimmed immediately due to safety issues (50+ foot tall pines with dead limbs etc.), and concerns over seasonal time constraints. At no time did I feel he was pressuring me to do more than necessary - which is often the case in these situations. The result was a quick and exceptional job well done at a very fair price. Omar Yepez is a great guy to work with. A few years ago, his crew trimmed a large Live Oak in our yard and did a nice job for us. After our house in Altadena burned in January, we asked him to clear the lot of burnt trees and bushes. His team cut three damaged palm trees and ground four stumps, and trimmed the worst of the burnt branches of the Oak, all for a very competitive price. Messaged Saul at 10pm and we were all looking at the tree by 11pm and had workers tearing down the tree at 8:00am sharp the following morning.
