We recently hired Omar and his team at Infinitree Services and couldn't be happier. They trimmed four of our trees and removed two others, including some large trees intertwined with power lines. I had a major job for any tree service. I hadn't been maintaining my many very tall trees since Covid hit, but I needed to do something because my trees were growing out of control. My job included taking out a dead, very large, tall pittosporum that was leaning and threatening to fall on my roof, taking out a giant eugenia looming over the house and trimming several other trees that had branches extending over my roof. When Omar came to see the job made a very careful survey of what needed to be done. It was clear that he understood -- both aesthetically and in terms of what insurance companies want -- exactly what we needed. It was a five-day job and Omar and his crew showed up promptly at 7:30 each morning ready to work. They did splendid work. Not having hired them before, I'd been afraid that they might go too far and leave the property bare or not do enough and leave me needing to have someone else to finish the job. I needn't have worried. It's beautiful. Omar and his crew are artists. Omar is bright, intelligent and he works with his crew like clockwork. The guys in the crew are all great at their jobs, very neat, very efficient and very pleasant people. What's more, the final invoice reflected exactly what Omar quoted in his estimate and he even threw in a few things that he said he thought would make the place look nicer. Omar is absolutely the best. We needed some 70+ ft tall pine trees trimmed and got quotes from three companies. To give you an idea of what's out there, a very highly rated tree design company showed up FOUR hours late and their quote was off the charts expensive. Look, I know things are extra pricey right now, but their quote was insane. The second guy was cheaper than Omar but didn't seem as knowledgeable and discussed topping the tree which is generally a bad idea. Then Omar came. He was right on time. He was extremely knowledgeable about trees and is a certified arborist. He's very conscientious and detail oriented which are skills you want but rarely find. He walked us through multiple options on trimming the trees and told us the pros and cons for each. He answered all our questions and never once made us feel rushed. So we hired him. He and his crew arrived at the appointed time (seriously, exactly on time) and did an amazing job on our trees. He was done when he said he'd be done and completely cleaned up afterwards. Hiring tree trimmers is a difficult thing. You love your trees (at least I hope you do) and want them to be cared for. It's expensive so you want to find the right people. There are a lot of "tree trimmers" who are really just guys with chainsaws and ropes. You have to be careful to hire someone who knows trees, is licensed and insured, who won't overcharge you, and will deliver what they promise and not butcher your trees. Omar is that guy. We had some pine trees that needed all different things - one needed to be topped, one needed its dead branches removed, and another just needed a regular ol' prune. Omar came for a quote, was easy to talk to and get a hold of (+1 for super quick text responses!!), and was just a pleasure to deal with. His quote was reasonable, and the fact that Infinitree came recommended by a few neighbors on our block, it was a super easy decision for us to go with them! Omar was super understanding I had to reschedule, and honored his initial quote over 2 months later when we were ready. Recently I had 40 or so fan palms trimmed and skinned at several locations and the work turned out fantastic. I have worked with INFINITREE Services twice in the past several months. The first time I met with Omar who is an Arborist. He is very professional, knowledgeable and took care to listen to my fears. I live on 1/4 of an acre and I have many old trees, some of which I thought were dying or dead and had to be removed. This could have been very costly and Omar suggested I wait because he thought trees could be saved. He tended to them, fed them nutrients, removed dead branches which gave more sunlight. From the moment I spoke with Omar I knew I was in good hands. Our property had been neglected for years so there was much to be done. Omar was professional and courteous, as was his team. He changed his schedule to address some trees that needed to be trimmed immediately due to safety issues (50+ foot tall pines with dead limbs etc.), and concerns over seasonal time constraints. Omar and his crew at Infinitree more than deserve my high praise referral. I took the time to interview plenty of tree trimming contractors. Several were high profile tree trimming contractors with long histories in the LaCanada/Pasadena area. I have seen their trucks in these neighborhoods for many years. Omar was the most impressive during his on-site estimate. His estimate was also very competitive. But, I chose Omar because he seemed to me the most genuine person of all I met. Speaking of the work?
