We turned it off and called a different company who came out and determined that we needed a new coil, outside AC unit plus we had to replace the heater because it had been damaged from the water leaking. This was going to cost $11,000. We set up service for the next day because it's in the 90s and we work from home. An hour later a friend gave me Igor's number so I could get a second opinion and I called to see if he could come that same day and he did. He looked at everything and said the pipe is clogged and he could blow it out to fix it, which he did and that fixed the problem. He also looked at her heater, and there was no water damage. Igor saved us $11,000!!!! He's a nice guy and he responds quickly and most importantly, he's honest. I have already referred a couple neighbors and friends. By 4 PM everything was installed including a replaced line to outside AC condenser.
