My husband, 16 year old son, and I are escape room newbies so this only our second escape room experience. The first escape room we went to was pretty intense with live actors...we didn't pass, but we still talk about it and laugh about the experience. Today we were looking for something scary but not "I have to run for my life" scary. Zombie Lab was the perfect mix. I found it easy to book online and love the fact that it's a private session. The owners are great guys and we could tell they are really passionate about what they do. The ambience was spooky but in a fun way. The puzzles were challenging, but not impossible. This was such a fun and heart pumping experience for me and my friends. This is my second escape room, and by far the BEST. It was so suspenseful, and intense up to the last minute when we finished. Decided to do this escape room before an event tomorrow in Orange County and I am so glad I did. I am someone who has done over 35 escape rooms and this is by far one of the best escape rooms I have done with both story line, technology/props, and puzzles. We were greeted by the owners with great customer service and you can tell that they put some hard work and thought into the room that made it so enjoyable. We did escape the room and the puzzles were not easy but also not too hard, and are definitely solveable if you communicate with those in your group and put your minds together. This is a room you will definitely enjoy and I am so excited for the next rooms they are in progress of putting together. I am not from the area but will definitely be back to try their new rooms! If you're deciding if you should try this room you definitely should it is worth it and you will have an amazing time trying to escape. read more

So we came in a group of three and this was our first escape room. The owners were super friendly and could see we were a little scared. They explained the goal and told us to look at EVERYTHING. So we were ready to start!! We used about 4 hints, which we thought wasn't bad. WE HAD A BLAST!! At the end we talked with the owners a while. We played the Zombie Lab last night and had a great time. There were 3 of us and we finished with a few minutes to spare. There were lots of puzzles and the props were really well done. You can tell they spent a lot of time designing the room. Definitely would recommend giving Zombie Lab a try. They are currently working on another room. This place blew me and my bro away, we were fairly surprised by the production value. (Zombie Lab) for a room that's been around since 2018, I think this was great! The location seems fairly small from the outside and in the lobby; but the inside of the rooms were spacious. The experience and overall price is 10/10! Our Gamemaster was super helpful and made our experience fun. This was our first non-linear escape room and though tricky it was exciting. I can't wait to come back and try the other escape rooms!!!!! read more

We had a great time doing the Magic Cottage escape room with our 8 and 11 year old daughters. The puzzles were just the right level of challenge for our group, and included a mix of puzzles that required logic and those that were primarily luck/creativity, so there was something for everyone. The technical aspects of the room (design, interactive features, etc) were creative and well-designed - we loved how often we were surprised! The content was also perfectly "tricky and spooky" without being outright scary for the kids. It was a great experience! The owner/manager was so nice (and even talked through some of the tech after we finished the room - our daughters LOVED this) and gave us hints from time to time (try this, look there) - these prevented anyone from getting frustrated and enabled us to finish the game on time, though we sometimes would have preferred to struggle with it a bit longer before getting a hint. I don't know if they would have given us hints if we weren't doing the room with kids, but if your group likes to really wrestle with the puzzles, you may want to mention this to the owner/manager when you're getting started. (Some escape rooms we've done have a "magic word" to use if you want a hint - this might be a good idea for this room.) We'll go back to Infinity Escape - it was so well designed, and we look forward to their next room! read more

The game masters there are amazing people! The game itself is immersive and filled with complicated puzzles to solve. The zombie theme definitely makes it more interesting because of the horror-esque theme with cool visual effects. Would recommend those who are willing to challenge themselves but also get a few scares here and there! read more

We really enjoyed our experience in the zombie lab. The room was great for 6 people. The design and props used in the room looked great. The puzzles were challenging, but not impossible. Everyone working there was very nice and offered assistance when needed. I would definitely recommend this room! We plan on returning once they open more rooms in the future. read more

Checked this room out tonight with my son, sis, and girlfriend. We have all done multiple rooms and are enthusiast, so we definitely had to try this new one out. We had a blast. The room was amazing and the props were top notch! Very Emerson's and fun theme. We are experienced escape room enthusiast, myself doing over rooms, so the only down side was the room was a little too easy. We would have liked a little more puzzles in the room, which the owners said they already had plans for and that this room is more intended for beginners. All in all though I personally loved the room and props and am definitely going to be back try out their new room, especially since it's supposed to be more immersive and more difficult :) All the props and puzzles were made by the owners and they did a great job on everything! I would definitely recommend the room to anyone. Very friendly owners. Let us know when the new room is out! read more

This is a definite 5 Star Escape Room! The puzzles all made sense, all the tech worked perfectly, and it was a lot of fun! My wife and I don't get too many chances for a kid-free date night, and this was great choice of what to do. I'm so glad we decided to try this one. It's one of the better escape rooms we've done (about 15 in total). We got a chance to talk to the owners, and it's clear that they love what they're doing, and they genuinely care about the experience of their games. I'm a fan. Hands down this was one of my favorite escape rooms!!! I loved all the puzzles, decor, the intro video and the two hosts! The sound effects are also on point! had a really fun time running the magic cottage room with two friends! the people running the rooms were very caring and professional even when one friend had a sudden fainting spell during the room, and went above and beyond to help with the situation! bounced back, thoroughly enjoyed the room (beat it with a minute to spare!), and had a lovely chat with one of the owners afterward--the puzzles were great, the tech was impressive, and the set design was absolutely stunning (with some impressive animatronics)! i would definitely recommend infinity escape to everyone! read more

Our office tried the Magic Cottage. It was everyone's first escape room. There were a lot of cool challenging puzzles, high tech interaction, and the right amount of guidance and difficulty. This place was an amazing find during our short trip to Fullerton!! We did the Magic Cottage room and it was the coolest room any of us had been to despite having prior experiences. The props and effects were well done, the puzzles were fun and a good level of difficulty, and we received many hints to keep us moving along. This particular room was very creepy, and I would not recommend it to anyone who does not like the haunted house / horror movie vibe. Great for people who do enjoy being scared though. read more
