Best place in town! The new owners are amazing! They don't only do nails but they also do facials and lashes and man are they good! They really care about their customers and make you feel right at home every time you walk in. My nail lady (kymmie she's the best FYI) recommended doing the powder dip and I've never done that before so I was a little hesitant at first but Kymmie explained to me how much healthy it is for my nails so I trusted her and went for it! Not only were they the strongest nails Ive ever had but they made my actual nails stronger and sooooo much more healthy! I loved how she took the time to explain how much better this was for my real nails and you could tell she cared about my nails it was so nice cuz you don't get that at most places. 3 stars only because the people are nice. To fix a nail it was $8 which is way overpriced. I did dip nails and my polish was soaked off incorrectly, so when I went back to my normal salon out of state, my real nails were completely ruined and shaped wrong so I had to get tips on almost all my nails. Other services might be great but depending on the tech, the dip looked good for the first week and then now my nails are ruined. Don't recommend coming here for $60 dip nails. read more

I had the worst gel manicure I've ever had here. She rushed me in and out in 15 minutes, she didn't push back my cuticles or even clean my nails, cut the sides of my nails (never asked what shape I wanted) before I even knew what she was doing, gave me a one minute hand massage with rough gloves, and my polish is coming off after 5 days! I've been going here several months since last March. I had a manicure done in June the nails broke off and did a number on some of my real nails. so I gave it a couple months for my nails to get healthy again came in in September for both a manicure and a pedicure. Told my manicurist I wanted solar nails ended up I got acrylic nails which proceeded to fall off or rip off my regular nails which are now stubs. Not happy with the girl that I usually go to who was very preoccupied talking on her phone. I did not receive the earlier good service I had in the past and the shape of my nails now we're going to take a month or two before I can get another manicure will not be going back. I want to like this place, but after 2 kinda messed up manicures I'll only go back for pedis. It's nice, clean and new. They put liners for sanitary reasons which is a plus. However the two manicures that I've had were just not good. Your nail beds should not hurt after gel, dip or whatever gets applied. Period. Also, a manicure is the grooming of the nails, cuticles and skin surrounding. They literally just used the electric files to trim my cuticles, slap some lotion on and called it a "manicure" Again, great pedicure. Not so great manicure experience. IMO read more

So disappointed with my gel mani/pedi. The pedicurist was so busy talking to the person behind her that, more than once, she had her head turned to talk to the person behind her and was filing my skin... not my nail. She slopped the paint on and then used a brush to remove excess... except she didn't get it so the gel cured onto my skin and 2 days later was peeling off. They were super pushy about me getting a dip mani instead of gel and despite me telling them no multiple times, they still kept telling me that I was ruining my nails and I needed dip. I think it is just because it's quicker. I am only giving them 2 stars because my manicurist was nice and entertaining. I think his name was Andy... can't remember. I won't be back. read more

Andy is the go to, i got lucky being a walk in and getting him my first time. I went in for a fill and had two nails i had gotten repaired a few days earlier at a different salon and i hates them because the lady made them so thick and clunky looking, Andy took my request of thinning them out and did amazing now all of my nails are back to being snatched. I also told Andy how i get contact dermatitis from some chemicals and he helped me by using certain products that wouldn't cause a breakout on me. 10/10 experience overall he even cracks jokes and is super personable to talk to which you don't always experience at nail salons. I am giving Infinity nail spa one star because they don't offer a choice of zero stars. I had three guests visiting me and we all wanted manicures and pedicures. My regular spa could not accommodate all four of us so I found Infinity spa on line. I booked with them. All four of us were treated extremely rude by the nail technicians. They were down right nasty. Their work was also substandard. I was embarrassed for my guests. All extremely nice ladies. I will never, never go back and would never recommend them to anyone. Every time I come in, there is always someone greeting me, the atmosphere is warm, bright and friendly. These ladies are very skilled and talented at what they do. They give excellent service and care to their clients. When I leave, my nails are perfect, and I feel so relaxed. Coming to this salon is like going to see a bunch of friends that you love. When I first started seeing Mimi, my nail beds had been through a lot, thankfully she reassured me that she could get them healthy again. hello, this salon has had my business since opening day (been seeing mimi almost five years now), i mostly have my work done by mimi and at times with kymmie. never have i had a terrible set or post appointments complications. the environment is friendly and as a male, i can say, they make me feel welcomed. mimi has always gone out of her way to fit me in even if it is last minute and has done so happy and the end results every time are testament to it. *****be very careful with those negative reviews that are left on here, sometimes they may be written by a cheapster who tips probably minimum (i am being generous here) and i can assure ask for all the works on their nails at dollar store prices. they will drag a business with lies and false claims not thinking of long term ramifications (of course since they are not the ones with the business) hurt dogs will holler for sure but there are always two sides to the story. with that said, if you are looking for great nail service and actual attention to clientele, give infinity a try, tell them angel sent you. you won't regret it. :) read more
