Even on a busy Monday, Ramy was able to give me an estimate of the costs and answer all the questions I had regarding the project. I called Edgar after 5pm that same day, and he answered. He even tried reaching out to his guys to see if someone could come out that night. Although that wasn't possible (which was completely understandable given the timing), he made it a priority to come out the very next day with one of his employees. We live in an older home with less than ideal plumbing, and Edgar quickly identified the issues. He offered helpful suggestions on what could be improved, but never once tried to push additional work. We truly appreciated his honesty and approach.
