I was contacted promptly, which I appreciated. I told the technician that I would share the model number of my washer and explain my experience. He said he would need to come in to do testing for $80 and then tell me how much it would cost to fix the problem. I requested that he at least give me a rough estimate of the most likely problem. The technician interrupted me, raised his voice, and said that he doesn't conduct his business that way. This is his business, and he can run it however he sees fit. However, to proceed with me, I needed a ballpark estimate. He refused, and I did not appreciate him interrupting me or raising his voice over a simple request. My request was reasonable--I wasn't asking for the exact cause or cost, just an estimate. Therefore, I do not recommend his service. read more

Mario fixed my old water heater (needed replacement thermocouple) in about 30 min. He verified correct function of the water heater afterwards, gave me a few maintenance tips, and had it working again. His fee wasn't exorbitant either, Mario clearly knows what he's doing... he mentioned he had repaired aircraft in the military. Very friendly, explained what he was doing and why very clearly. I called Mario for our broken stove, and he didn't show up for our initial appointment because he "forgot." Since he's local in MH, we set up another appointment, and I paid him $100 for "coming out" to check out the problem. Fast forward, almost three months later of waiting. Our stove is still broken, and nothing is being done. He is so difficult to get ahold of, and if he responds, he does it in the middle of the night--1258am, to be exact. He kept telling me that the parts were backorderded and should look into replacing our stove instead. I got tired of waiting and found a reliable technician who fixed our stove within 3 weeks. Be very careful on getting a professional service from Mario because he is not a professional indeed. I was desperate to get my freezer fixed at the soonest time so despite poor YELP reviews, I contacted this person who sounded very personable on the phone. However, he did not show up on our agreed time and wasted my time supplying him with information about my freezer. Just a word of advice to other service providers: let your "yes" be actually a yes, and your "no" be a no. Please do not keep your customers hanging. You are in a competitive market and there are so many alternatives than you. Additionally please STOP harassing me by calling me multiple times and sending obnoxious messages in YELP just because I made this objective review. Your actions just depict your unprofessionalism and they sound LOUDER than words. Mario is my "knight in shining armor". As a busy, professional woman, with very limited spare time, I need my washing machine and tumble dryer to work. Three days ago, my dryer stopped blowing warm air and, effectively, became useless to me. It only blew cold air. None of our clothes would dry, no matter how long they were in the machine. Ugh! Based on other people's Yelp reviews, I called him up and he came to determine the problem. Fortunately, he had the part in stock and was able to do the repair immediately. My Samsung washer was getting an error code after shaking violently during its last spin cycle. I reached out to the top Yelp reviewed repair men, and Mario far surpassed the others with his knowledge, his flexibility, and price. After assuring me he could replace the suspension rods, he was in my house three days later and extremely polite and professional with my family. He went above the repair to clean the inside of the machine as well as under and around the appliances after pulling them out. Mario was awesome and very responsive. I'm somewhat mechanically incline and was able to help describe some of my microwaves symptoms and diagnostics. Mario guided me to help troubleshoot my issue even more before even coming to see for himself. Once I finally gave up, Mario came by and did his inspection and was able to get my 1 year old microwave back and running in less than 10 minutes. Apparently it was just a loose wire somewhere, which is kind of embarrassing on my part. Being that I didn't need any parts Mario gave me a discount off of his already fair diagnostic fee when compared to other repair companies. Before he was ready to leave he noticed one of my kitchen shutters were out of square which I was having problems getting repaired from the installation company. Come to find out...Mario used to do shutters before his appliance repair business! He ended up fixing 2 of my shutters that were out of alignment which were separating at the corners which was an added plus! Its also a plus that he's in the neighborhood. He did take a look to assess and reached out to Samsung to get us an extended warranty on the parts of the dryer! So while Samsung made us go through their technician, Mario spent almost 2 hours with us talking to Samsung back and forth to ensure the extended warranty was honored and we'd only pay for labor. read more

Mario is the greatest! He saved me more than $1,100.00 AND rescued my pride!!! Highly recommend! My 2-year old LG Side-By-Side refrigerator quit cooling. I called the manufacturer. I have never been so frustrated in my life! The connection was terrible. I could barely hear over a loud crackling noise. And then, they kept transferring my call around the "out of warranty" department and making me repeat the same information. It made no sense because my understanding was that the fridge was covered by a five year warranty? After two hours on phone with LG, they still had not confirmed the fridge was under warranty. And then, the person on the phone muttered something about there not being any technicians in my area and hung up on me. I was livid! I decided to cut my losses and call a repairman myself. I called Mario. Mario was fantastic! He arrived on time and was very friendly. It did not take him long to confirm my fridge has suffered the dreaded LG compressor failure. The cost of the repair is more than $1,100.00. I looked at my husband and groaned. I know he was thinking, "I told you so..." because I had absolutely insisted we get the more expensive LG refrigerator over the basic refrigerator he had chosen. However, Super Mario came to my rescue! The refrigerator was still under warranty, he announced! And then, he proceeded to contact LG on my behalf and file a claim. The next day, he called to inform me that the claim had been accepted and a warranty repair scheduled. That repair was "no cost to me". And, as a licensed technician, Mario was able to save me the usual one week and two appointments to fix the fridge warranty process. Usually, LG will send a technician to diagnose the fridge and order the parts during first appointment and fix fridge during second appointment. Mario eliminated the first step. He had diagnosed the fridge and had the credentials that LG would not argue with. Therefore, when the LG repairman came with parts in hand and ready to install. Mario even followed up with me after the LG appointment to ensure the LG repairman had fixed the fridge to my satisfaction! Mario is THE MAN. We had an issue with our central A/C, it was blowing air, but not cold air. We called several other "brand name" HVAC companies to have them come take a look at it and it was a waste of time and money. All they did was insult us saying "wow, that's a really old A/C unit..."etc. One company even tried to tell me it needed a $400 "starter kit", strange because it's been working without one forever, now it needs one?? Then they try to upsell a new HVAC system and act like they will give you the best deal. I felt like I was at a used car dealership. I don't have 8-10k to spend on a new HVAC. That's when I called Mario, I didn't think he would be able to see us right away, but he did, same day. He came over promptly and was professional and courteous.
