Horrible. Stayed at the hotel for 4 nights and I decided to get to go on day 1. Food is ok, the cheesesteak spring rolls were probably frozen since it didn't have much taste. The shrimp tacos were decent. 2nd night, I decided to dine in before heading up to my room. Not sure if they are short staff or what but management need to do something about the service. I was sat, it took forever to order a drink. No one came back to see if I want anything to eat. So I decided to forget eating then I'll just keep drinking. But still no server around to come check up so I had to order from the bartender even though I was sat on a table. When I got the drink, still no table touch just dropped the drink off and they left. 3rd night to see if it's any better. I honestly just left since I was waiting to be seated and no one was coming to assist me. I was making eye contact to the server he was staring at me and I was pointing for me to go to a table but he honestly just turned around. So I left. 0 stars if I could. read more

Surprising Gem at Infused We planned to go bowling but ended up discovering Infused, and it was the best kind of detour. Drawn in by the tapas menu and great pricing, we made a quick reservation. Though the restaurant was quiet when we arrived, it was vibrant, clean, and welcoming. The staff were professional and friendly, and the bartender was fantastic--he introduced my fiancé to a new favorite drink and made an incredible Old Fashioned. Ironic that a pair of non-drinkers happened to have the day off and decided to go to Happy Hour at a bar. In a Holiday Inn. On St. Patrick's Day. During a PANDEMIC. We walked in and was pleasantly surprised at how modern and trendy it was inside. Service was fine. But considering it was St. Patrick's Day, someone forgot to tell the staff. Not a hint of anything Irishy at all inside a drinking establishment. We decided to try some Happy Hour $6 specialty drinks. Since I love anything citrusy, I ordered something that had orange juice. What I was served was a purple concoction that had no OJ taste at all and was too bitter. I had a few sips and pushed it aside. The three or four options on the Happy Hour menu didn't ring any flavor bells. Instead we shared a $10 hummus platter and it was actually delicious. Glad we got that instead. I met some friends here for dinner and honestly, we weren't sure about this place once we saw it was part of the holiday inn. We were pleasantly surprised! The inside of the restaurant was nicely decorated and had comfortable seating. We ordered several appetizers and everything was delicious. Our entrees were also pretty good, and the plate presentation was really nice. Two of us had the salmon which was cooked well, but needed a little more seasoning. Others in the group ordered the lobster Mac and cheese and the cheese tortellini. Both said they enjoyed their meal! The cheese tortellini came with a lot of sauce and it would have been nice to have some fresh bread to go along with it (note for the chef :)!) We also tried two desserts, the chocolate mousse cake which was delicious, and the crème brûlée cheesecake. I didn't have that but it looked good! My fiancé and I were looking for great cocktails and good food. We were in the mood to try somewhere new and found Infusion. It is located in a Holiday Inn to the right of the main entrance. They have their own store front/entrance. Inside is clean and comfortable with a bar area as well as some booth/table seating. There is a little nook where performers sing or play music. On Friday night a woman was singing. She had a beautiful voice and we both really enjoyed listening to her sing. When you walk in there is a sign that says "Please wait to be seated" so, direction followers that we are, we stood by the sign and waited. And waited. And waited. Eye contact with food runners. And waited. Eye contact with someone at the bar. And waited. Debated on leaving. And waited. Then, one of the food runners/bussers grabbed menus and waved us over to follow him as the woman behind the bar approached and told us to sit anywhere. Not a great first impression. We looked over the menu and decided to order drinks and some of the "small plates" to share. We gave our order, the server asked if we wanted any main dishes and we said we'd like to start with what we ordered first and then move on to the "large/main plates". We waited a pretty long time for our Orange Martini and Tito's Sunset. However, both drink were really good and fresh. Soon after our starter of Fried Brussel Sprouts and Mushroom Flatbread came out. The Brussel sprouts were just okay. We've had better at many other places. The mushrooms flatbread was really light on the mushroom and heavy on the asparagus and cheese. It was tasty, although poorly named, and was on par with average bar food. We decided on more food and wanted more drinks but no one came to check on us for quite some time. We debated going up to the bar to place an order but decided to wait a little more. Eventually the woman behind the bar/server/hostess came over to ask if we were okay and we told her we'd like to order more food and another drink. She acted surprised and said, "Oh, ok, that's news to me" or something similarly obnoxious. We ordered the Lobster Mac and Cheese, Sweet Chili Cauliflower, an Old Fashioned and s glass of water. It was a little too long to wait for drinks and eventually the food came out. The mac and cheese was a good portion and my fiancé enjoyed it although he said he thought there was some crab meat in it, which is not noted on the menu. The cauliflower was super crispy and topped with sweet chili sauce. I really enjoyed it. The Old Fashioned was not good and my fiancé reports that it tasted like there was too much bitters added to the drink. The bill for everything was $99. It's pretty expensive for poor service and average food. To note- there were only 4 employees in the restaurant. 1 woman who seemed to be bar/waitress/hostess and 3 men as food servers/table clearers. While we appreciate that they were busy the overall service was poor. The food runners seemed more kind and connected to guests than the person taking orders. They have a few vegetarian options which was much appreciated. Overall, we would not return. read more

This would be the only reason why I would do 4 stars, their sense of urgency for a reservation wasn't there, and I understand it was Valentine's Day (place maybe half full if that) and they had a few servers. Just a tip - seat your guest poor water and continue. He must of walked past us 10 times lol. Anywho once we were sat, everything was pretty good. The server Michael was great. The live music was a nice touch. Now to what you've all been waiting to actually hear about - the food. So I started off with Brussel sprouts without the bacon. They were cool. Had the pleasure of having Mother's Day brunch at Infused. Loved that they had a live pianist playing, really set the Mother's Day mood. Rolando our waiter was sweet and attentive-you could tell he loves his job. The prefix menu was so good I couldn't decide what to have! Ordered the strawberry and spinach salad with candied walnuts and it was absolutely delicious and refreshing. Next up the eggs Benedict, the potatoes were cooked and seasoned to perfection and the eggs were nice and runny coated in a delectable hollandaise sauce. Expectations were not too high based on location because it's at The Holiday Inn... butttt to my surprise, it is really nice inside! The bar decor is pretty... stylish and classy. We were not greeted right away and stood awkwardly at the entrance, but they were also busy filming a commercial so there was a lot going on. Eventually one of the staff members sat us at a table near the bar and service from then on was great! I mainly wanted to try their cocktails, but we ended up getting some food eventually. I'm not sure why the reviews are so low, but I enjoyed everything! Food: Tapas style! They had a bunch of tapas style items, which if you are super hungry, this probably wouldn't satisfy you. But if you want a night out to enjoy drinks and some food to munch on, the atmosphere is pretty nice. We had the tacos, hummus and chicken lettuce wraps. The tacos were really good and I wanted more! Hummus was good but nothing special that stood out to me. The chicken lettuce wraps needed more sauce for flavor... but still tasted good! Cocktails They had some great cocktails to try and they weren't watered down either! Just enough :-) To top of the experience, we got to be in a commercial. Stumbled upon this place trying to find a cute restaurant to grab a drink on a Friday night and was pleasantly surprised! First, the restaurant itself is cute and modern and definitely does not seem like it would be in a Holiday Inn. The parties were being spaced apart and it wasn't overcrowded. Food and drink: It was still happy hour, so we were able to grab a drink from the happy hour menu (3 craft cocktail options and food options). We then ordered from the regular menu...plenty of options for cocktails and food. Please try the crispy Brussels sprouts...amazing! We also had the salmon and crab hash, which was very good as well. The plates are on the smaller side as I think they are meant to be tapa style. The drinks were great, could have been a a tad bit stronger, but overall very good and not the run of the mill drinks. Bonus....they had a live singer. She had a beautiful voice and sang mostly top 40 songs. it was a welcome surprise and made you forget momentarily of the chaos that is going on. My lousy review is based on one visit so take it in that context. Nothing bad happened and I wasn't mistreated. This restaurant is the sort of place you might eat at in an airport, anonymous, sad, forgettable as soon as you leave. It's decor is sterile the atmosphere is cold and uninviting. Actually the restaurant was extremely cold as well. Food worse than mediocre. I guess if the food were better than frozen-quality, I might be able to grant more than one star. But it wasn't. I cannot think of one reason to eat here unless you are guest in the hotel it operates in, and even then I don't see the point I would just go to any other place in the area for decent food. Truly egregious. One quirk: Apple Maps directs you to the opposite side of route 70 from the restaurant and hotel. That's an extra 10 minutes travel time. read more

As we where waiting, daughter killed an ant on table, thought ok, one ant, we will be ok. No not the case, my side of table started with ants also. Sorry to say we left.
