I spent a semester in London when I was in college, so I've eaten my share of fish and chips. Some great. Some served by angry British people who clearly wanted me to go back to America. The Pour House version was top-notch. Crispy batter. Great fish. Not greasy. The kind of meal where you stop talking for a few minutes because you're busy eating. For the main dish, this time I ordered the 20oz bone in ribeye, which was excellent. The only complaint I'd have was that the broccoli was a bit off and I had to leave them on the dish. The mashed potatoes were very good. The "steak sauce" wasn't needed and taste-wise it probably won't be for everyone anyway.
