Service was SSSLLLLLOOOOOWWWWW! From the very beginning until the very end. It took about 15 minutes before our server arrived to greet us, then another 15 for our first round of cocktails to come out, the about a half an hour for us to be told that they were out of 1 of the 3 appetizers we ordered ... so no lie, after being there a full hour we finally received 2 of the 3 appetizers and were then just able to order a second round of cocktails and our main courses. The cocktails weren't the greatest either. We thought perhaps the first round was our fault because we all tried their "blackberry espresso martini" and we knew it was a risk from the beginning ... so we ordered "safer" cocktails for round 2 and the prosecco based cocktails were even worse than the blackberry espresso martinis smh. I truly don't understand how one messes up prosecco + a splash of limoncello and cranberry (that was what was supposed to be in the cocktail) but they certainly messed it up, to the point where I didn't drink it. To be clear, these were kitchen mistakes, not server mistakes. We weren't angry, weren't complaining, and weren't asking for anything for free. What bothered me was watching Gabby take ownership of problems she didn't create, only to have her efforts seemingly dismissed by management. It was obvious she was trying to improve our experience, but when the manager came to our table, his attitude was dismissive and unnecessarily rude. Rather than supporting an employee who was doing everything right, it felt like he was shutting down her attempts to make things right for the customer. The missing items were minor. Mistakes happen. The food itself was fairly lackluster, but the manager's response left the worst impression. Gabby showed professionalism, accountability, and excellent customer service.
