Need to board your dog and forgot his vaccinations they will do it while he is in their care. Easy!!! Didn't groom your dog, nails tapping the floor, they got you. Your furry family member will come home smelling brand new and no more tapping on the floor. Maybe you don't need to board your child but want to pamper him/her they got that. They even offer to do it yourself. Wash and dry pet wash. Just like the car wash. Fun!!! It's hot outside enjoy a private day poolside with you and your friend. They can schedule that. So stop by tell them Zeus recommended this location because there is more than one. Got to go --Zeus is in for a surprise today because he is on his way.

Dr. loverett after two jabs into my dog was unable to give her a rabies shot. At which point I decided to go somewhere else. Also, I got medicine for a yeast infection in her ear that was mislabeled. It was labeled right ear and for a week that's what she got. At which time I went to my regular vet and her infection is in her left ear. The vet showed me it was in her left ear. I tried to get a hold of the office manager, and she declined to take my calls. Instead, they decided to fire me as a patient after going therefore 15 years. If I could give them a zero, I would.

I first connected with Loving Kindness to line up the inevitable for my first doggie Jelly. However, knowing the time wasn't quite right for that, with their guidance and excellent vet care, Jelly had more and better quality of life with me. Dr Dahlgren provided excellent care and was available when the going got tough, whether by text or visit and you know things always seem to happen after hours - and having Dr Dahlgren available to advise versus not knowing if a cold show up at some ER was warranted. Along with our primary vet at Betty Baugh's I am confident both Jelly and Boone got amazing care. Emma was visiting monthly and was always able to find the meds Boone needed at the mg best so I didn't have to cut pills etc and when you get a few meds going, it is very very helpful. Gail gave wonderful care with massages and Brandi was gentle and kind on the phone. Dr Dahlgren spent a complete Sunday reassuring me of how to get thru the day, from upping some anti nausea meds to a diet change. I sent pics of things I am sure she has seen before but who wants that diarrhea pic. I just love her and them. I am forever grateful.

Communicated with our home vet, trainer dedicating ample time to ensure everyone was comfortable. The results were accurate and noted what we have experienced. Dr's were very professional, thorough and patient. One recommendation would be to ensure the assistant is knowledgeable and able to perform desired activities to ensure a proper evaluation. My 14 yr old daughter needed to take the lead rope during the evaluation.

I'm sure they must actually be a great vet since they were recommended to me by multiple people,…read morebut considering the vet and two techs came to my barn, performed 2 physical exams on my horses, and left charging me almost $300 while not giving any vaccines I requested, and instead tried to upsell some wellness plan (to the tune of $450+ per horse, not counting call fee), I feel as though I've been fleeced. I was given an unreasonable explanation about them wanting to wait a month to give vaccines when I told them that my shows start earlier here and I cannot put in entries without up to date records. If I was going to have to wait a month, why did they not have their office person ask for records ahead of time so that this whole ordeal could have been avoided? They wanted to do a Potomac booster, so I'm not sure why they wouldn't give the first shot the day they were here and come back to do the second one with the rest of the vaccines on the timeline they wanted, which left me feeling like the only thing they were actually trying to do was to get not one, but two more call fees from me. I understand that vets need to make money, but this was such an incredibly off-putting experience for me that I've never encountered with any other large or small animal vet.
