The service is not great. We let the cashier know that it was our first time and asked for recommendations. He responded by saying "everything is good" and walked away, leaving another employee to take our order. That employee got our order wrong and they refused to correct the error. His response was that he would have to "charge us double." Their accountability is poor. I would have paid the difference if that were the issue, but I was not give anything to work with. I will not be coming back and would not recommend this place if you want to be treated fairly. read more

This is my first time here but my mom likes it so far from desserts to their drinks - Coconut macchiato substitute with oat milk: the fragrance is good, sweetness is enough which makes a drink so well with the balance of creamy, sweet, and a hint of coffee. - Coppa caffe in the glass cup: so creamy with a hint of coffee and cocoa and especially with the cocoa coffee bean which is so delicious. I also had a Vietnamese coffee and it was okay, it wasn't bad, but it was just okay I thought. Really lovely service - staff seems to know the regulars really well. Also love that they have Macadamia nut milk! However, 4 starts because I their chai was not good. My medium coffee and scone was just under $10, totally fine. This is my first time entering into In House Coffee. I always passed by this coffee shop every time I go to the gym nearby. Their customer service is great! A lady took my order and she was so warm and welcoming. They were also very quick with making their drinks despite it being so busy when I had went in. When you walk in, there are multiple tables where you're able to sit and converse with friends. It's very clean inside as well. With the price and how everything is so expensive, this is one of the few coffee shops that are so affordable and worth the price. I opted out for a coconut macchiato and I love the sweetness that balances out with the coffee. Their blueberry scone was also delicious! It tastes so good when it's warmed up. It's not like your typical scone where it's hard. It's a bit on the softer side which I thoroughly like. read more

What a cute coffee shop right across from Starbucks. There were so many options to choose from and the workers there were absolutely friendly and helpful in finding what I would like. The various iced coffees on the menu were flavored coffee beans (black coffee) instead of a syrup with creamer type drink. They made sure I liked my drink and ended up making me a different latte instead since I didn't feel like a black coffee at that time. I was excited to try this place because of their highly rated reviews, but was a bit disappointed. First, I will say that the supreme lox was VERY good - no complaints there. Another thing that was nice was there is plenty of seating and it seems like a great place to sit and catch up with a friend. I was mostly here for the coffee, though, and I ordered an iced madeleine latte and an iced toasted marshmallow latte and the primary flavor of both of these lattes was syrup and watery coffee. Kind of like Jack in the box or McDonald's iced coffee. The size is huge, we got a medium and it looked like an extra large, so that was surprising. Maybe I'd give them another try.. not sure yet. It was my second time visiting this coffee shop, and it's quickly becoming a favorite. The first visit was phenomenal and by far the best coffee I've ever had, and it was my first time trying a REAL cannoli. If you haven't tried one, you're seriously missing out. The custard filling in the middle is so delicious that I can't stop craving it! The second visit was just as amazing. I ordered a large coffee this time and didn't expect it to be double the size of the medium. Maybe it was because I asked for light ice, but it wasn't as frothy as my first time. Lesson learned, I'll stick to the medium next time. I also tried the Turkish coffee, which was extremely bitter, but I'm pretty sure that's just how it's meant to be. The shop itself is a cute little hidden gem near the freeway entrance, making it a super convenient stop for coffee. There's no drive-thru, but the service inside is great, so I didn't mind. The only downside is they don't offer free water, but honestly, that's such a small thing compared to the overall experience. The cannoli was by far the best part of both visits. I'd give it a 10/10 I'll buy it again. My boyfriend and I really enjoy coming here, and we'll definitely keep returning. We've officially decided we're done with Starbucks! read more

Nice that the flavors aren't from syrups. The espresso based drinks are good too. A little too sweet for my taste but they are happy to do adjustments when you're ordering. Staff is great but they've gotten my order wrong every time. It's always minor but seems like they're too busy and just having trouble getting it right. Tried only 2 baked items before and they were a bit too sweet for my taste, they say it's fresh but it seemed kind of stale to me. My sweet tooth and my caffeine fix was definitely satisfied after having two of their lattes that were served in mugs per request by yours truly. I started off this adventure with their banana macchiato that was decorated with a design resembling a snowflake. So I sipped and slurped my way to the coffee which was quite good. I also found myself swirling it around to get all of that delicious taste. Next up was their chocolate macchiato and it was pretty much the same deal but with a chocolate snowflake. It wasn't your normal lattes but it worked well with what they're trying to do here. The service is good and most of their drinks are served cold but you can request some of them hot. I ordered a cappucino with 2%. They ask if whole milk is okay with your order & you can add cocoa or cinnamon on top if you want. The espresso was good & not burnt like many other coffee shops. They have so many pastries and cakes as well as an extensive coffee and tea menu. Id like to try the thai iced tea sometime too. You can add various flavors to your drinks even some like elderberry. Tiramisu, espresso mousse, forest fruit, pistachio cheesecake, and the carrot cake w/ cream cheese frosting were some of the recommended cakes. I ordered the forest fruit cake that came with berries on top. I'll have to come back to try the rest & to try the cannolis. There's some seating inside, not a good spot for big group gatherings. Hands down, my favorite coffee shop/breakfast spot! I've been making the drive here every weekend, WITHOUT FAIL, for about a year now. I just LOVE this place so much! Now I'm a huge coffee gal, I can't go a day without it, and the coffee at In-house is some of the best. The variety here is unreal. If you're looking for something sweet, they have the greatest variety of latte flavors (coconut, hazelnut, banana, pumpkin spice, caramel, vanilla, etc.). If you prefer your coffee unsweetened (like me) the amount of flavored coffee options is AMAZING. My favorites are the brownie, tiramisu, coconut/hazelnut, and caramel iced coffee flavors with just a splash of oat-milk... it is DIVINE. I can't get enough. And if coffee isn't your thing, they also have extensive tea and non-coffee beverage options. Also, can't forget about their food options. My favorite and go to every Saturday morning is their jalapeño bagel breakfast sandwich (sooooo good). And on the days when they run out of their jalapeño bagel (which they do because it's that good), I've tried all their other sandwich bread options (plain, everything, asiago bagels, croissant) and they are all fantastic. The bakery items are all made in-house and so unbelievably fresh, they're unmatched. For their sweet treat items, my favorite are the muffins! Banana nut, pistachio, cinnamon, double chocolate are just some of the delicious options. Their donuts, sweet croissants, brownies, and cookies are also amazing! Honestly, there hasn't been anything I haven't liked and I've tried a lot of the different options. Although their coffee and food options are amazing, the people behind the counter are really the best part of a trip to In-house Coffee. This is a collective review of many visits of Inhouse cafe. What I love about this place is the quality of coffee, drinks, pastries I usually get. I went to Inhouse coffee several times. During my visits, I tried many new drinks and  I enjoyed them all and their unique flavors. No matter the drink I ordered, it had a great, balanced taste and perfect sweetness. The pastries and desserts are phenomenal! They are fresh, flavorful and so delicious. Throughout my different visits, I tried  many drinks. To mention a few; chocolate Macchiato, Caramel Macchiato, Banana Macchiato, Orange Mocha Macchiato,Hibiscus tea and more All the drinks  were very refreshing, and have the adequate balance between the richness of espresso and the creaminess of milk. Their pastries and desserts are phenomenal! They are fresh; decadent and unique. I tried many of their desserts and pastries; Apricot muffin, Orange Muffin , different flavors of Cannoli,  Baklava cheesecak,  Cappa a Lemon, ice cream,and  croissant. I love their savory spinach and feta cheese. It is really delicious. The restaurant is always very clean. The owners are so sweet and friendly. Shoutout to Julia! Wanting to try some place different aside from Klatch Coffee before catching a movie at the local AMC, I found this place on my Apple Maps. This used to be a Starbucks, and I love what the new owners have done with this place. The ambiance is warm and welcoming. The tunes are pretty awesome and add to the vibe. And the staff is just all-around warm, welcoming, and a pleasure to interact with. I had over an hour to burn, so I decided to do some writing before movie time. The plus seats are comfortable, and the temperature inside is just right to get away from the heat. The latte tasted amazing.
