As a registered nurse, I'm a stickler for credentials including such things as education, experience, publishing, peer reviewed research etc. I chose Injectability Clinic because Leslie actually exceeded those standards. I was prepared to sacrifice bedside manner for her expertise. So, a warm and welcoming atmosphere was the last thing I was expecting. First of all, this place is adorable. I got an almost immediate vibe that "Everyone really loves working here." Leslie and Ellen are clearly pros. After a thorough assessment, they tailored treatment recommendations to my individual needs. Leslie truly has an artist's eye where injectables are concerned. I could literally see her vision for reconstructing my "younger" face. Ellen executed all the treatments. What can I say about Ellen? Starting with making the appointment, Emma working the front desk was polite and was able to accommodate my last minute appointment request (seen within 48 hrs). I have been coming to Injectability Clinic for awhile now. Each visit has always been nice with great results. The entire staff are beautiful both inside and out! They are truly awesome.... always friendly and sincere. I have been there for Botox Voluma and Vobella. I was really happy they finally had a Saturday clinic, and hope they will offer more Sat. appointments in the future, or maybe some evening hours during the week. My only disappointment is that they don't take Care Credit. It's a great card and so many cosmetic procedure places to take it, including plastic surgeons. I was gonna let my bad experience with Leslie slide and just go back to my doctor and let him fix for what Leslie failed to deliver. Holidays are coming, so I checked my Brilliant Distinctions account and thinking I can use my points. I was furious to find out that they redeemed $50.00 but argued with me when I was checking out that I only have $40.00 on my account. At that time I left my coupon at home so I called BD before checking in and was assured I have $50 there. But that's not the main issue here. I made an appointment for Leslie to do Botox. This is my 2nd time with her. Last time it wasn't that bad. She performed these microtox procedure & spent enough time delivering these tiny injections. Not really a fan of it because I want my glabellar area frozen. I can't remember how much I paid but I know it was over $600.00. This time I mentioned that I just had Dysport maybe about 2 months ago (more or less). First time I tried it, and realized I'll stick with Botox. I told her I wanted to have a little lift on the eyebrows and my main concern is my glabellar line. She side okay and did it so quickly, And was out the door before I even hardly warmed up my seat. I've been doing Botox for a decade and I can tell a difference when something is off. I even made a comment "quick, quick, quick"? On my way out I wasn't sure if she only did a touch up because I still have Dysport but nothing was mentioned how many units she's going to use. She charged me $660.00 and was told 55 units were used. I had to pay$620.00 after the points are deducted. If you have enough Botox you can tell the difference even after 4 to 5 days. 2 weeks passed, I don't see an improvement & went for a follow-up. She told me that it's due to the Dysport, that I previously had. She even said that she shouldn't have done the Botox. She's not going to give me a courtesy adjustment (which most doctors do), because her time is valuable! Are you kidding me? My doctor charge me less than what she did, and did a touch up with no charge. She told me she will fix it but she will charge me $187.00 more! Really? What a joke! So why did you do it in the first place and now you want to "fix it" to collect more money? After I found out that you guys redeemed $10.00 than what I paid you, (it's not even about that). I know that you're in for the money and not to make your customers happy. it's also about honesty & principle. Now that I caught you & brought this to your attention you're going to credit back my card. How do I know that she gave me 55 units of Botox! Maybe I don't want your Microtox and want some parts of my face frozen? read more

WOW!! This clinic is so awesome! Leslie Fletcher and her team are one of the best I have seen. I'm so glad they are close by here in South Bay you don't have to drive to Beverly Hills or Hollywood to get the celebrity glam. The pics on here and oh their website don't even give them much credit o what they can do!! The talent they have is 2nd to none. And I come from medical and beauty industry and no one can really sell me anything. I can basically make any formula at my manufacture and even with that I had these ugly tiny old acne scars and rough skin that I could never find good treatment for it other than Drs were recommending laser or dermabrasion and I have olive skin and love my skin color I didn't want to miss with that, these Drs never really admired that these treatment may give me hyper pigmentation, well not may be, 100% they will and that's what scared me and I lived with this rough/ uneven skin texture most evident on the left side on my face, all until someone told me about Leslie and I thought heck why not!! And Leslie recommended something called derma roller but please be careful don't do this with anyone else! Her technique is just so unique and I was SHOCKED after my first treatment with her! I could not stop looking at my face in the mirror ( yeah I normally look a lot in the mirror . LOL) the improvement I saw was like 60-65% from the first treatment!!! For just $350 come on give me a break! And a dr in Beverly Hills wanted to burn my skin with some chemical peel and do other stuff for $5000+!! The down time from this treatment was very quick like few days, first day my face was reddish and 2nd day my skin started to get dry but protected it with sunscreen and then for the next 3 days my skin peeled a bit here and there and that was it. No only this there was this deep wrinkle (yes wrinkle not wrinkles :), but was deep and very prominent) on the outer side of my left eye I treated all my tiny wrinkles under the eyes with creams I make and they were gone within a year but this creepy one kept looking at me every time I look in the mirror and I hated it and this micro roller took care of it as well!! I can't believe this. I just finished my 2nd treatment with Leslie yesterday and again there is so much improvement I'm so happy I found her. I'm going to stick with her until I'm 90 years old LOL. I also have seen her patients in person who have done other type of treatments and honestly none of the pics she posted are showing the actual work she has done. In person these patients looked way better. She needs to get a better camera to capture these awesome after look. read more

I have visited a bunch of medspas and I am particularly picky about who does my botox because I prefer to have less movement in my face, but prefer to split up my visits into two visits. It is a personal preference and nothing more. The staff here were wonderful and made me feel welcome and did not try to push anything on me. I felt like they listened to me and tailored their approach to me. Ellen made me feel like she was really taking the time to listen to me. I left feeling confident that my botox treatment was exactly what I had asked for. Over the two weeks in between my visits, my botox developed and when I went back, the staff was ready to adjust to what I wanted, and what needed to be done. My face looks amazing, and they were super knowledgeable and incredibly welcoming. I will never go to another medspa. This was the best experience I have ever had at a medspa. I was looking for a new Med spa in my area and heard about InjectAbility clinic so I thought I would check them out. The outside of the building is so cute, and that's nothing compared to the inside. The office is decorated so nicely and it was a very warm and welcoming experience. I was interested in trying cheek fillers for the first time and to get my lips done again. I initially met with Leslie, she asked me some questions and completed an assessment. I've never had this done at any other Med spa before, I was so impressed with how thorough their process is here. Ellen was the nurse treating me and she made me feel at ease with everything. The appointment window was pretty long so she had plenty of time to work with me (this is different than most other Med spas that try to get you in and out in 15 minutes) It is clear she is passionate about this work and wants to customer to leave happy.
