I was looking for a new Med spa in my area and heard about InjectAbility clinic so I thought I would check them out. The outside of the building is so cute, and that's nothing compared to the inside. The office is decorated so nicely and it was a very warm and welcoming experience. I was interested in trying cheek fillers for the first time and to get my lips done again. I initially met with Leslie, she asked me some questions and completed an assessment. I've never had this done at any other Med spa before, I was so impressed with how thorough their process is here. Ellen was the nurse treating me and she made me feel at ease with everything. The appointment window was pretty long so she had plenty of time to work with me (this is different than most other Med spas that try to get you in and out in 15 minutes) It is clear she is passionate about this work and wants to customer to leave happy. I Love this Place !! It's a Candy Store vibe turned into a Skincare Clinic its Perfect !! From the 1st contact email , phone , front desk , to nurse . I had a great experience at Injectability clinic the other day. The COVID precautions that they're taking are really impressive. I had to wash my hands right away, and I was interviewed to make sure I wasn't at particularly high risk for recent COVID exposure. Pandemic aside, this was a very impressive experience overall. They take photos before treating you to track progress and results. There's a quick appointment with their nurse practitioner, Leslie, to be cleared for the procedures. I've never had a clearance exam before for botox, these guys at injectability are highly professional. They numb for botox (for free!) too which is awesome, I don't think there are many clinics that do that for their patients. I saw Ellen for my injections. She is really nice and very knowledgeable, she answered every question I had and made sure I was very comfortable. I've been to other places for botox before but none as clean, professional, organized, and welcoming as Injectability clinic. To top it all off, my results are great. I love this clinic, they do the best Botox and fillers! I've seen Miriam for three or four visits now and she is very sweet and extremely knowledgeable.
