The clinic itself was cozy and spotless. Polina was both professional and warm. My consult went smoothly and consisted of both an assessments, as well as an opportunity to discuss my concerns. The preparation was done expertly and during the procedure I did not experience pain. The entire process was comfortable and professional from start to end. Immediately after, I was able to see a delicate return of volume in areas that had become hollow with time. When the tox fully kicked in, after a few days, it all came together wonderfully! I am so very happy with Polinas work, as well as with the experience as a whole. She really has an eye for her work as well a a gentle hand. I know Edith from the jewish/Israeli community, I came to her for botox back in November 2020(1…read moretreatment) and she convinced me to try the undereye filler injections, After the first treatment other than some bruises we did not see any changes so Edith said we can inject more filler, after second time I'm guessing she injected too much fillers and I had literally bumps under my eyes and it looked horrible, after few days I texted her about my concerns and she said I have to wait a little for the fillers to settle, after few weeks it still looked bad and I asked to dissolve the fillers, It took Edith few weeks to get the dissolve liquid (she said she needs to specifically ordered it) after the dissolving my undereyes discolored to yellow stains and I am guessing she used too much dissolving liquid since it looked like she dissolved part of the natural fat under my eyes, maybe it was her first dissolve, God knows, now I have disfigured skin under my eyes, I cannot cover it with Makeup since it looks even worse, Edith doesn't take responsibility of damaging my face and I need to get a plastic surgery which will cost my few thousand dollars that usually 60+ years old people do, and I am only 39! I am devastated.!!! I really hope people who sees my review reconsider using her services , learn from my mistakes and only go to a professional nurse or a doctor for cosmetic injections !!! That's a pretty good price, but we're kind of skeptical about using daily deals sometimes (they usually like to up-sell). Fortunately, the experience here was about as good as it could be. The staff was professional, the waiting room was upscale and the procedures were a success. Apparently you have a choice of a numbing cream or an injection and they gave my wife the latter for free, despite it usually being $20. Also, it was a guy doing the procedure, but he was apparently very professional. So yeah, they seem like a great place for skin care and laser procedures and stuff. Only negatives would be a slightly long wait time and the fact they had some annoying Spanish-speaking station on the TV. Try 'em out!

It is a doctor's office environment (not a spa) and the staff seems efficient at their jobs although they do need to keep their voices down when complaining about patients...they probably don't realize just how much their voices carry into the lobby. No worries...they didn't violate HIPA - they were not using a name. Groupon: I bought a Groupon that includes the shots + a body scan (which is similar to standing on a scale but it reads your body) that provides information such as body fat % and BMI, among other things. **feel free to PM me if you want to know more** After the body scan, the dietitian took me to a treatment room to review the scan results. The guy was really in shape so I imagine he knows his stuff but I felt he had a very difficult time communicating the information to me. I have pharmaceutical experience so it wasn't like he was speaking over my level, he just needs to practice his delivery or something. Anyway, I left feeling slightly overwhelmed at how much he talked AT me but I guess it's better than not having any consultation. I will hold my decision until I've had multiple visits He administered the shot to my hip which was rather painless. Subsequently, I had itching, it's been sore and numb for 2 weeks. I've yet to go back for another shot to allow the side effects to subside. I can't definitively attribute the symptoms to the shot (even though the symptoms are in the shot area) because it felt like I was bitten by something but it never bruised it was only red and swollen. Anyway, I will discuss it with the practitioner on my next visit and report back to y'all. BTW: I take the Slim Shot from Diet by Design in my arm and have the typical soreness but have not had any side effects after 6 shots. Lastly, they gave me a take home folder with a copy of my scan and said we would track my results. Impressive.
