I get there and the lady at the front said they are no longer doing them anymore and when I went to check their insta for the promo post they deleted it..... I didn't have a problem paying 40 for a discounted piercing was even planning on getting more of it all went smooth. I lost two of them - the third one I caught- and realized that the post was so tiny I don't even know how it stayed in my ear to begin with- talk about terrible sizing.. my right ear has eight piercings done at the Dallas location and never did I ever have a problem they're all still in there with no problem and no one threading and no losing I was told that it "sometimes happens " So no we won't be going back there anytime soon nor will we be purchasing any additional jewelry from them

She adjusted my earring backs to provide the additional space & prescribed a regimen with products to assist - piercing pillow and a 2X a day cleansing/drying routine for the next two weeks. The Bal Harbour location is also spacious and beautiful. This was my first time visiting this space. I typically utilize both NYC locations for my ear piercing needs. Unfortunately, the two star rating (and that's putting it nicely) is for the artist. I'm currently on my way to try and salvage it with another artist because the final outcome of my tattoo is not acceptable. The design was a minimalist mountain range and two lines of text, nothing too extravagant or detailed. But it looks like it was done by an 8 year old. The font we discussed looks nothing like what is on my back. The lines of text aren't straight, the lettering is barely legible, some letters are thicker than others. It's a mess. He was even making comments about how "this part was going to mess him up" as he has a needle to my back. Not professional at all. I went in as a walk in and it was the biggest mistake I could've made. I didn't get the name of the artist but to be quite frank, I would like to forget this experience ever happen. What a waste of $150.
