In a loud manner trying to embarrass me in front of like 10 other people. I said i wanted to wax my legs, and the woman at the front desk said something to the other woman in another language and she then walked me into a room. I didnt like how she treated her colleagues or how no one greeted me. The waxing session itself was very painful, other wax places don't hurt as much as this did. They use all purpose wax, which she had to repeatedly go over the same areas because it wasn't working well. The lady was so nice though, she was great. I am not coming back because the wax is really cheap and they double dipped.
